There was a sudden loud noise of boooom and then Amelia woke up with a start.

"Ha..... ha...... ha.......". She was panting heavily and was covered in sweat as she had done some heavy work out. Her clothes were completely soaked in sweat and were sticking to her body.

While panting she looked around at her surroundings and started wondering that where was she?

"Where am I?" She looks around at her surroundings.

"This.... Is this not my home, which I bought in America?"

"How come I am here?"

"Was I not at...........?" She scratches her head as she continues to look around at her surroundings and becomes more confused about what is happening and why is she here?

She remembers that she was not here and was going to die, so how come she is now at her home safe and sound.

"What the hell is happening?"

"So am I dead or not? This is so confusing." She looks around her room once more and decides to check what date is today.

"Date..... Yes, what date is today?"

"Hmmm, phone.... where is my phone?" She starts looking for her phone on the bed and checks the date on it after finding the phone besides her pillow.

After checking the date on the phone, she becomes so shocked that she drops her phone on the bed in shock. "This, this, how is this possible?"

She starts stuttering. "How, how come I am three years back in time?"

"This, this cannot be possible. I must be dreaming. Yes, I must be dreaming." She pinches herself fiercely on her thigh and when she feels the pain, she realises that she is really not dreaming and really is three years back in time.

"No, no, no this cannot be a dream. I can still remember all those things clearly and it appears as if I had experienced all those things very closely and personally, so obviously it cannot be a dream."

"Then, then this means that I am reborn. I am really reborn. I cannot believe that this is happening and that too, especially to me."

"Then this means that I can protect all those people who cared for me and prevent them from getting harmed. I cannot believe that I can protect all my loved ones."

Amelia closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. " I promise you Michael that in this life I will not let you go. I will protect you, love you, spoil you and believe you in this life. I will not let anything happen to you ever again."

"In my previous life because of my stubbornness and my persistence we were not able to be together and drifted apart but in this life, I promise you that I will never let you leave me and protect you and love you for all of my life."

"Even if you want to leave me Michael, you would not be able to because now I love you Michael and now you cannot leave me. You have to be responsible for making me fall in love with you. You should not have given your life for me and now I promise you that I will never leave you and neither can you escape from me."

"Thank God for giving me this chance." Amelia takes a deep breath and wipes the tears from her eyes which had started falling from her eyes when she was thinking about all the things.

After sorting out her thoughts, Amelia got up and went to the washroom to wash herself, as she was covered in sweat and it was making her uncomfortable.

Amelia checks the time on her phone and then gets up from the bed and goes to the washroom to wash herself as she was covered in sweat.

After some time, Amelia comes out of the washroom in a bathrobe and changes her clothes. She gets ready to go to the hospital.

She makes herself some simple breakfast because her head was already hurting from all this rebirth thing and she doesn't have any energy nor does she have any mood to make herself some breakfast.

So she simply eats some bread to satisfy her stomach and then after locking her house, goes to the hospital.

At the hospital, Amelia was sitting inside her cabin and was checking the files of her patients and studying their cases as she does not remember about which patients she had as it has already been about three years, so she was reviewing them and sorting them and was also checking about her today's appointments when suddenly her office's door was slammed open.

Because of the loud noise, Amelia looks up and before she could see clearly who had entered or before she could even speak, the person who had entered her cabin started firing questions at her angrily.

"Amelia, how can you do this?"

"What exactly happened between you and my brother yesterday?"

Before even giving Amelia a chance to speak, the incoming person questioned her and then when Amelia was about to speak, the incoming person without even giving her a chance started muttering, questioning and answering herself only.

"Wait, wait, wait, let me guess!"

"He proposed to you and you again rejected him. Am I right?"

"I think I am right otherwise he won't have done that."

"Amelia, my brother really, really likes you. Can't you at least give him a chance?"

"I know that you don't believe in love but at least give him a chance. Trust me he will not disappoint you.

Before the incoming person could continue, Amelia stopped her. "Wait, wait Dr Sophia, first take a deep breath and drink this glass of water and now sit down."

Sophia was again about to start but before she could even speak Amelia spoke first again, "Better".

Sofia took a deep breath and then replied, "Yes".

"Now tell me what do you mean by otherwise he won't have done that calmly."

Sofia again takes a deep breath and replies to her a little sulkily, "You know since you rejected him yesterday, he had locked himself in the room, and we all don't know what he is doing in the room."

"And moreover, he did not even respond to us when we knocked on the door and is also not talking to us at all."

"And when he came out of his room, he suddenly told us that he was going to Country C, giving us such a huge scare."

"He did not even talk to us or discuss this, but just suddenly decided that he is going to Country C and we all know that once he makes a decision no one can stop him from following it."

"He does as he decides, does she even think of us as his family. How can he suddenly make such a huge decision immediately without discussing or informing anybody, it's not fair."
