Lex stands on the sidewalk and stares at his phone every two minutes.
A voice behind him, whispers into his ear, making him jump back.
Lex Xai
Gosh, Koro, can you stop with that?! ...geez...
Koro looks around uninterested in the park and starts walking.
He runs until he walks beside her.
Koro Takahashi
Where is Haruna?
Lex Xai
Probably still sleeping
Koro lets out a short laugh
Koro Takahashi
Or she plans something
With a side eye on Lex, she starts walking away from him, and with a short wave of her hand, she turns around.
Koro Takahashi

Alone again, Lex starts walking-

Arms wrap around his shoulder

She let go of him as they start walking.

Dad tried to impress us with the best pancakes, and burnt nearly half of the kitchen down
Lex gives her a look that says if she's serious
But Haruna smiles and jumps at every step they make

She takes out her half-burned pancake and holds it in front of Lex's face.

With a shrug, she starts to eat it herself

Korone said it. They are siblings, the brother is in Koro's class and he's already popular.

They continue walking. Haruna talks most of the time. They arrive at the high school and Haruna starts talking about her dad burning the kitchen again until her eyes snap behind Lex shoulder.

The person Haruna was calling is speaking with another student. Hearing Haruna, she turns around, in her hand a cigarette and her stare annoyed at the interruption.
As her eyes fall on Haruna, her annoyance vanishes into confusion.

she says as they both make their way to her.
Haruna Masaki
I didn't saw you during summer break! I missed you!
Haruna jumps into the blond girls arms, making her drop the cigarette she was holding.

She shrugs as Haruna finally let go of her.

A while later they in the corridor. Many students are walking to their classes and some are in sports clothes, making their way outside into the sunny weather.

I think she was meeting with her friends in the park when I waited for Haru
Haruna stumbles into a taller body and stops what she was saying

The stranger who Haruna stumbled into stares at her with no emotion, making the three of them look at him.
He looks away, probably wanting to walk away from the conversation as fast as possible.

Lex grabs both of them and drags them away.

Yuko waits for her outside. They agreed to skip school together.

As Kotone gives the stranger an annoyed side look she stops In her cursing as she locks eyes with her.
She pushes herself out of her frozen mind and starts walking again with a big scoff. She definitely heard that. Good.
