Brianna's POV

I woke up early in the morning and sat up on my bed,"hhhaah "I yawned softly. (Ring-a-ling-a-ling-a-ding-dong-ding)The phone started ringing."Oh! now what a disaster, can't I even rest a little I'm tired like f*ck".

It's so hard being Maximus's wife. Thank God that Maximus is going to return tomorrow evening, otherwise I would be a fried chicken for sleeping too much.

(ring-a-ling-a-ling-a-ding-dong-ding )"oh my there they go again"(picks up the call)("Mrs Lienom please attend the banquet this evening, Mr Lienom is going to come, so he told me to call and inform you") and just like that I hung up on him without even saying anything else. I don't know but I want to call Maximus though I am going to meet him at the banquet. Just then (knock knock knock)I heard someone knock on the door which was the maid. She came in before I told her to come I gave her face a dirty slap and said " You lowly maid,you better respect me because I am your madam ask my permission before entering my room next time, just as the way you do to Maximus " The maid didn't give me any respect from the moment I married Maximus two days ago. I hated the fact that she wanted to disrespect me since she wanted to seduce my Max but either way I have my ways of dealing with bitches like her. After all even if the marriage was a contract marriage he is still mine. (Back to the story)She sneered at me and I lost it I slapped her again and said "You better leave my breakfast on the table,I'll eat it myself " I said in a mighty tone. She stared at me in shock and I told her to stop looking at me. She came back to her senses the moment I kicked her. She cowered in fear and responded "Y-y-yes ma…am sure thing" I told her to get lost and she rushed out. I hated being disrespected. Before I knew it , it was already 12: pm in the afternoon and I was still sitting and eating?! "oh no I'm doomed" I said in panic Max is gonna kill me. I gotta go shopping for the banquet!! I screamed loudly. I took a bath dressed up and rushed out with my car. Though my body guards followed me I knew I could protect myself but I just ignored them. "whew wow I can't believe it took me 5 minutes to get here . I dropped by the Brimus mall .Though it was my mall but I just kept myself low." But because of the freaking bodyguards, I can't keep myself low key. I just entered the mall and I went straight to the vvvip room. I just snatched a red gown with white pearls on the waist of the dress and with it's matching red high heels as fast as I could. And just like that I returned to the car. The receptionist bowed to me the moment I entered but I didn't like that so I just rushed myself up. And here I am again in my car riding of back home. I checked the time and ooh my!! It's 1:30 pm . I reached home immediately thanks to the car I was having . I called Alia immediately to help me with my makeup Alia was my best friend and I loved her so much.

Alia's POV

Wow I can't believe Brianna called me just as I was about to call her. I picked up her phone and said " I was actually on my to see your new house girl but it seems you also can't wait to see me right ?" Brianna said she needed help with her makeup so I hurried up to her house. And it was freaking huge, I knocked on the door and Brianna opened the door herself.

Brianna's POV

When I heard that Alia was on her way I quickly rushed down to opened the door emmediately she knocks .Just then her car was seen through the living room's window which led to my excitement!,I heard the knock that I wanted to hear and I opened the door. I hugged her so tightly. I ordered the Butler to bring us some orange juice since Alia loved orange juice. I told her to follow me upstairs and she was dumbfounded I flicked her forehead to show that everything was real. She talked in Latin as I was taking her upstairs and I knew she was definitely insulting me in her head for flicking her forehead. I sat down and told her to do my makeup for me but she just pouted like a child. I apologised for what I did and she actually started doing my make up and hair. By the time she was done with my makeup it was around 4:23 pm in the evening(we had breaks and we ate for a while) the banquet would start around 6:45 pm.

I wore my dress after the makeup and I knew I was looking hot and sexy, my body shape was showing so much but I just called Maximus to send the car to pick me up. Alia told me she would like to stay in my house today so I just thanked her and told her that if she needed anything she could call the maid or the Butler, I had 6 maids and 4 butlers so I just told her to new free around them except the ***** maid. The car arrived in no time and it was exact 5: pm when I left the house with the driver.

An hour later...

wow this place is beautiful indeed , wow I had never expected to be in such a place like this as I entered the whole hall was quiet just by seeing me (how empowering)I thought while praising myself.
