It's raining heavily on that day. A woman stares at a grave before a lady approached her and offered her condolences to the woman. She also said that the deceased had contributed a lot to their country and told her that everybody will always remember the good deeds they've done.

The woman stayed silent, so the lady decided to take her leaves, hoping that she will calm herself down. The woman looked at the grave and touched it. [KYLIE ADELINE]. The woman bites her lips and mumbled "I'm sorry dear. It's all my fault."

A man then approaches her and said "We need to go ma'am. Mister Adeline is waiting for you at home," before walking away from her. "Why would he even want to see me? I'm just a worthless wife for him anyway," says the woman in her mind before she left as she was ordered to.

-Madam Adeline POV-

As we reached home, the driver opened the car door and gave me a flower. A white rose, Kylie's favorite. He said "Please don't be sad anymore, ma'am. God had taken her for good and it's not your fault." I can't look at him on the face. No, not when I looked like I'm at the edge of breaking down.

I closed my eyes and said "I know… Thank you for worrying about me Sir Sebastian. And please stop pampering me like how you always did to your children… It's embarassing."

"That's more likely to be you, ma'am. Please call me when you need anything, I will be sure to come right away," said Sebastian as he smiled.

I got out of the car and go straight to our bedroom. I knock three times but there's no respond. 'I should just come in… This is my bedroom too.' After a couple of minutes, I got in the bedroom and for some reasons, I'm not shocked to see the situation that is happening infront of my eyes.

"Hm? You're home quite early, love. Can you wait for me in the workroom? I'll be there soon," he said before kissing his personal assistant again. I take a glance at him and walk away from there. 'I guess his assistant is more important than his own wife.'

As I walk to the study room, I saw Kylie's room opened a bit. I frowned and said "Wasn't her room locked yesterday?? Should I take a look?" I walked inside her room and look around. I see some pictures of us. Even a picture of our family and my best friend's. I smiled and said "Guess time flies really fast." Then, I see a letter which have my name on in. I hesitant to read it at first, but I still open in at the end. I read the letter, it's from my late best friend.

How're you doing now? I bet it's good or else I will choke you. Just kidding. As the matter of this letter, I'm the one who asked your daughter to pass it to you before I passed away. I hope you're not angry hehe. Ah and the important thing is… I really hope you don't blame yourself on my death. It doesn't matter alright? I don't want my dear star to blame everything on herself. Stay strong and live your life. You can do it (◕ᴗ◕✿). And please, please leave your husband. He's abusive. He abuse your love. He even cheated on you. Please, I need you to be happy. This is the first time in my life that I cried so much. My moon, my daughter. I'm so sorry. I'm a bad friend, a bad mom. I don't deserve this life. I don't deserve a happy life. I'm tired. Then, I hear a knock on the door and I quickly wipe my tears.

"Ma'am, are you okay?" Ah… It's Sir Sebastian. I cleared my throat and said "Sir, can you bring me somewhere?" Sir Sebastian then looked at me and reply "Sure ma'am. It is my job after all." I calmed myself down before heading to the place that I want to go to.

-A few minutes later-

"We have arrived at the bridge ma'am." said Sir Sebastian as he open the door for me. I looked at him. Will I regret this? Or maybe he will be worried. I don't care anymore. I went out the car and asked "Sir, can I request something?"

He then looked at me with a smile and reply "Sure, anything you want ma'am." I take a deep breath and said "Can I… Can I call you father? Uhh… Can you hug me while says something you would say to your children? If it's too much to ask, it's okay-"

"It's alright ma'am. It's not too much to be asked… I'm happy you're requesting that." he said with the sweetest smile on his face. He then hugged me and said "You're alright. You're fine. You've done your part... You have already done your best. So please don't look down on yourself. It's not a good thing. And everything that happened until now, it isn't your fault. It's already written as the fate of your life. So please love yourself a lot, my daughter."

Then, I cried my lungs out. Let all the pain flows with my tears but one thing for sure, he doesn't leave. He just keeps on hugging me while patting my head. He's really a father figure. A hero for his children. After he makes sure that I have calmed down, he wipes my tears with his thumb and smile sweetly. What a calming aura. My husband would never do such thing that Sir Sebastian is doing now.

I take his hand and put it on my face while says "Thank you for everything. I'm alright on my own now. Thank you so much." "Where are you going now ma'am?" he asked. His voice seem to be kind of worried. I smiled sweetly and reply "Somewhere far but yet near. Don't you worry. Live your life to the fullest. Take care, father."

He then bowed to me and drive away as I ordered him to do so. I send the car away with my eyes until it disappeared and I let out a small sigh. I guess this is the end of it. This is the end for everything. I looked at the cloudy beautiful sky for the last time.

"I'm so sorry, my dear moon. But I can't keep living like this anymore." saying that, I looked at the bridge and the soothing water. The next thing I knew is that im inside the water, Sinking to the bottom of the soothing and cold water, resting my body as I've got nothing to be worried about now. I can finally rest after all this tiring stuffs. I close my eyes as I'd know that I will never wake up again. For eternity.
