There Are three districts first. (DISTRICT A was a strong District), (DISTRICT B was where normal people were. And they are strong too, but hiss the district is full of dying people), (DISTRICT O Was a Nice place before but now it was destroyed by two distinct).

To be honest, we are in the underground, yes this District accepts who you are they never send you to another district.

When I was walking around I see all people being tested to see what their secondary gender was.
