"Pfft. Grown men who have their shits together don't go around sniffing the hair of teenaged girls." I said while looking at George sniffing Irene's turban. He just frowned and gave me a mind-ur-own-business-look. I just sighed and went to the window, secretly facing the crowd down

below.

"So many people came." I said as I closed the window and sat on the chair near George who's still sniffing the damn turban. He just can't get enough of Irene's scent. Here I go again, feeling hurt when I'm not supposed to be

"Dude this ain't right, she's not using the cologne that I gave." my eyes frailed, since when did Irene likes to wear cologne.I just laughed and pat him on the back.

"How about confessing? It might save your *** dude."

"She will never accept me. "

"And you know that's not true, you're just using that as an excuse to your cowardly personality." I smirked when I saw his face, he's convincing himself that he is right.

"I don't have the guts to do so." this time i frowned because this assh*le beside me is always energetic and happy yet now?

"We will never know the answer if we will never try." I'm trying to give him motivations but I guess he just want to do things in his own way. I stood up.

"**Let me buy you a drink"

"Are you crazy? If people saw you walking at the hall and shoving your *** at the canteen then how will you handle things?"

"Yo, I only have one manager so stop advertising yourself**" I gave him a big smile then left.

"Frappe latte!" he said before I closed the door.

I might sound like a good and reliable friend, but believe me I'm not. Specially when she's near... I was on my way to the canteen when I saw her familiar back and hair, I immediately turned around.

"Lucas!" damn, tsk too late. Before I knew it she already noticed me.

"Y-yo, what's up?" I smiled and gave her a hi-five but she just crossed her arm and gave me a daring look.

"Why aren't you picking up your phone?" she said in an irritable voice. Not meeting her gaze I answered "Ahh that.... My schedule was fully booked so I was really busy that time" I laughed like a fool hoping she'll buy that but nah, she seen through me.

"You're lying, last Monday you ditched your fan meeting then Wednesday you also ditched the fan gathering near the bystanders. Then tell me how come you are so busy when you still have the time to fool around?" looks like I really can't escape this one. I need to get away far from her as much as possible.

"More importantly how did you know all of that? Looks like my manager is seeking deat-"

"Why are you avoiding me?" I was startled with her sudden question. It took me seconds before I come up with a good alibi.

"Look, I'm not totally avoiding you... I'm just making sure things go out the way they-"

"What do you want to make sure?! Lucas you're driving me crazy!" tears bursted out from her eyes, I felt the guilt and anger towards myself but I must endure it, its for the both of us anyways.

"**You are too loud. What if people hear us talking here?"

"Now you are scared people might found out that you are talking to me? Does being with me really scares you that much**?"

"I need to go, the gathering will start soon." i turned my back and was about to leave but she hugged me from the back. I can hear she's sobbing, my heart felt like being crumpled. Damn Lucas! Endure it a little bit more.

"Irene please let go" my voice is starting to crack, a lil bit more and she will find out I am holding back. I tried to shook her hands off but she only hugged me tighter.

"You jerk why must you push me away! If you hate me then just say it, you dont have to push me to others!" *I hate it too dummy but I have to, you suit him better. Irene please, let me go or else I wont be able to hold back anymore.

" **Damn I just want to buy a drink, out of all the people that i can meet here why does it have to be you***?" I said with a baritone voice, I need to drive her away before George see us. She removed her hands. Once again I faced her, she's shaking. Damn I want to beat myself right now.

"I know deep inside you still cares, you still love me." she looked at me in the eyes, i can clearly see her wet eyes, filled with hate and sadness. "Lucas, I love you." with that adrenaline rush inside my body which made me lose my control. I kissed her passionately yet intense, slow yet deep. When my senses came back I pushed her away. Leaving the both of us breathless.

"See, its the same old you." she's smiling at me, her eyes now is filled with happiness.

"You don't know why I am doing this-"

"I know."

"What?"

"I knew from the start, and you know what? You really are the biggest idiot that I ever knew."

"What do you mean? I really don't get it" she sighed and laughed.

"**What made you believe George?"

"Well.... he told me he really really likes you. Since he was a child he only had his eyes on you.For 17 years he only fantasize you. I don't want to be that person who will cause breakdown to him if he finds out that you and I are dating. After hearing that, I lost all of my senses and i felt like a late runner who's about to crash the game.I thought if he hates me I might also never enjoy this relationship knowing that we hurt a person**. " I looked down but she raised my head up, placing her two hands at my cheeks

"And did you ever asked George if that Irene was me? Irene Romantica?" I frowned.

"**W-well you t-two knew each other so..."

"You know what when George told me that I immediately guessed the reason why you broke up with me. You really are an idiot. Listen my ex-boyfriend that i still love so much. George was pertaining to a different Irene you noob! It wasn't me, and FYI I know no George when I was still a kid**. "

My jaw dropped after hearing that. My mind was completely blank. How did I became a f*cking idiot. Might as well change my last name to F*ckfield. Damn. I am embarrassed right now, never knew in my life that I will ask the ground to eat me up alive so I can die freely together with my foolishness.
