And as they kiss under the moonlight, it was as if they were inseperable. In the world full of sorrows, they were the shining beam of light for each other. They were the only ones who actually truly knew each other.

Murad McKinley, was 14 years old when she first met Vincent Walker. They lived in the same neighbourhood and had a good chance to connect at the time. But she couldn't get herself to talk, her shyness overtook her love. Until one day when she was spotted crying on a bench by Vincent. Uncertain of what happened, he went to console her. After a few good words, they decided to become friends and get to know each other.

Vincent knew alot of people but no one knew him. She thought she might breakthrough to him and she did. She learnt about the partiality in his family. How even though being the youngest, he never was treated lovingly. He was always undermined to a point that he never understood the reason for his existence. He felt as though he was just brought into this life to be made felt as a worthless and useless dog. Murad may not have felt what he feels but knew she could give the sense of being loved and protected. And she then swore to herself to love this man until her last breath.

As days passed by, Vincent learnt about how since the day murad was born her life had been calculated and decided by her father. How he would pressurize her into pursuing engineering even tho her heart was always with music. Since childhood Murad had played many intruments, written songs and sang beautifully. But these talents were only considered as hobbies and not as courier to pursue. Murad had talked about this to her family but had been rejected over and over again to a point that her instruments were taken away, the book of her original songs was burnt and singing was prohibited in her household. Learning about her condition made him wanna help her in everyway he possibly could. So he sneakily bought her a ukelele and they used to sit under this tree with an eye catching scenery while Murad sang her songs.

Those were the most peaceful and calming moments of their lives. And therefore their love began. So, on the 10th january of the next year, Vincent had decided to ask Murad to be his girlfriend.

Time flew and 10th january arrived.

They met at under the same tree. And Murad sang a few songs. And when the sun was about to set. Vincent held Murad's hand and began to say:

" Murad. Before you entered my life i had every intention to be leave this pathetic life and start over again. But the day i saw you at the bench, i felt like i had found my purpose to live. You were my purpose. Every inch of my life is hinting towards you. I wake up just to meet you under this tree. Listen to you sing. Hoping one day all of our sorrows will turn into blooming flowers and happiness will come. So i ask you, Murad McKinley, would you like to be my girlfriend and stay by my side forever? "

Hearing these words Murad couldnt control herself. Tears of happiness rolled down her cheeks as she agreed to this relationship. And as she hugged him whole heartedly, she felt the protective layer around her.

For the very first time in very long, they had tasted the sweetness of happiness. But how long was this taste going to last? How long was their love going to stand? These were just to be discovered as time goes by.
