It was a big challenge for me because it's my very first time doing something like this, like writing an actual story, so please bear with me. I decided to use my imaginary school for this story. And I named the main setting, 𝐊𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧. It's very easy for me to write the flow of the story if I'm knowledgeable enough about the settings of each scene. With this, I can easily control the events and happenings in that place.

Also, please learn how to separate fiction from reality. I hope y'all will enjoy this new journey with me!

𝐊𝐀𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍 (𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲) —The state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled.

An unfamiliar place where lots of elders know this school as an establishment where students are only there to make themselves calm and tranquil. Their beautiful gardens are already enough to comfort a lonely heart.

You can cry your heart out in front of the ethereal view from the rooftops and mountains. You can shout out all of your frustrations and rants to make yourself better and reduce your stress.

Also, tourists visit their school or village to relax for a week or month after spending almost all of their time doing paperwork.

Kahinahunan is really a paradise, a comfort for everyone. Literally everyone's safest place.

It's already midnight on January 15, the third Monday of the month of January; sometimes they call it 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲. On this day, they say, you may feel extremely depressed, overly anxious, sadness or permanently unmotivated.

Nature takes on a completely different atmosphere. The sky is filled with dense clouds, casting a somber and grayish tone over the world below. The air feels cool and refreshing, as if it carries a hint of anticipation. Raindrops descend from the heavens, falling gently or sometimes in a torrential downpour, creating a symphony of sounds as they patter against various surfaces.

The rain poured relentlessly as Eleanor and Red stood on the deserted street, their voices barely audible over the sound of the downpour. The once vibrant city seemed to mirror their emotions, cloaked in a somber darkness.

Eleanor's tear-streaked face glistened under the dim streetlights, her eyes filled with a mixture of sadness and resignation. Red, his brow furrowed with regret, reached out to touch her arm gently, but she flinched away, seeking solace in the chilly rain.

"I can't do this anymore, Red," Eleanor whispered, her voice cracking.

We've tried to make it work, but it feels like we're just going in circles. I need to find my own path.

The raindrops mingled with their unspoken words, a metaphor for the tears that silently streamed down their faces. Red's eyes welled up with tears as he grasped for the right words, his voice choked with emotion.

The raindrops intensified, as if nature itself shared in their sorrow. Each droplet echoed the bittersweetness of their love, a symbol of both cleansing and heartache.

The rain continued to pour, as if nature was shedding tears for the loss of their love. But as the storm raged on, they both carried a glimmer of hope in their hearts—a hope for healing, growth, and the possibility of finding happiness once more, even in separate lives.

And so, in the rain-soaked city, two souls embraced the painful beauty of goodbye, knowing that sometimes, parting ways is the only path to finding oneself and, perhaps, a new beginning.

Both of them are hoping to cross paths again, even if it's against the whole universe.
