"Sunshine!"screamed my little sister as she removes my headphone from my ears.

"Michelle! I was in the song's groove."

"Mom has been calling you for up to an hour now."

"oh....I didn't know that."

"Don't worry.we had a feeling you would be listening to music."said Michelle as went out of the room and went downstairs.Then I followed her.

"Sorry mom.i didn't know that you needed my help with something."I said and hugged her at the back.

"it's okay sweetie.i was just calling you because your cousin wants you to visit her today.....she said that you needed to teach her some new dance steps."

"Sure thing mom."I said and quickly went to get ready.

Matilda and I were both watching musical videos posted on the internet with her laptop.

"Most of the videos here are made of the students of Talents High."she said.

"Really?"How lucky;I thought.

Talents High......A school where musical dreams could become a reality,a place where music and art is appreciated and a school everyone dreams to attend.....My dream school.

I had always dreamed of attending this school ever since I was little but my mom couldn't afford it.

"Something on your mind? you have that look of longing in your eyes."

"it's nothing. just thinking of how lucky they are to post such awesome videos."

"Well......you could do that too you know."she said with a smile.

"Really?!"

"Yeah, Michelle and I could help with it."she said and went down stairs.Few minutes later,she came in with Michelle both holding two boxes filled with microphones, camera, headphones and mini-speakers.

"we have to do this quickly.Mom is expecting us soon."said Michelle as she gave me a headphone and went to arrange the camera on a tripod stand.

"you ready sunny?"asked Matilda after they had finished setting up the cameras and the speakers.

"I was born ready,Mattie."I said with excitement spread across my face.

"okay then.....let's start."said Michelle.

They both called out "we're on in five,four,three,two,one.....

The next day,I woke up feeling brighter than usual.i went to take a shower and blow dried my hair.Then I wore a blue sundress with a white belt and blue pumps.I went downstairs to eat a breakfast of omelettes and bacon.while we were eating,the doorbell rang and Michelle went to get the door.

"Sunny,you'll never guess what happened."said Matilda rushing into the house.

"Rude much."said Michelle as she closed the door and went on to continue her breakfast.

"Hello Mattie."said my mom.

"Good morning auntie."greeted Matilda.

"what's got you so excited,Mattie?"

"The video we posted yesterday has gone viral..... you're famous Sunshine!"she said happily.

"Really?!"I said with a shocked and surprised look on my face.

"Yeah,I've been checking all the comments online and not one negative word about you... people love you."

"she's right.it's all comments about how good you looked in the spotlight."said Michelle while checking her phone.

"Wow! people actually love me.....they actually loved the video...it sounds pretty unbelievable to think that thousands of people watched my video and loved it.....love me!

I had grown up with the fact that people actually hated me and found me extremely annoying.Even the kids from my elementary school hated me for no reason and always made fun of my strawberry brown hair,that's why I dyed it brown to stop the hurtful remarks but the next day I came to school with it,this happened:

"Hey, Sunshine.what happened to your hair? This new colour totally makes you look ugly."

"Yeah, were you trying to impress a dog or something?You look dumb and everything about you sucks."Then she splashed smoothie all over me and everyone started laughing.

"Let's get one thing clear, Sunshine.... we'll never ever be friends with you."she said and walked away with her friends.

"Some people are here for you,Sunny."said Michelle bringing me back to reality.when I went outside I saw two men in black suits and dark sunglasses.

"Is this the residence of Sunshine Blooms?"asked one of the men.

"Yes, you're talking to her.....how may I help you gentlemen?"

"We saw the video you posted online and we just want to say that you have great talents."

"Wow! Thanks."I replied with a smile.

"And we also want to tell you that Talents High students want you to be admitted into their school."

"You're kidding, right?I'm sure this is just a dream.It can't be real."I said shocked.Then I saw the serious look on their faces.

"Wow, you're not joking."

"Nope."

"They really want you to come to Talents High....will you accept the offer?"

"Wait,Do I have to pay for studying there?"

"Nope,it's free.All you have to do is accept and the school management will take care of everything."

"Well.....can I think about it?"I asked.

"Sure,you have only tonight to think about it.Tomorrow, we'll come over to hear you decision and to take you along if you agree."They said and left immediately.i went inside and saw my sister helping my mom to clear the plates.

"what did those two men want, Sunny?"I jumped a little with fear,look back and saw Michelle frowning.

"Emm....well,I...I..."

"Do you have crazy fans already?"asked Michelle.

"No."

"Then what is it dear?you look like you just heard a bad news."my mom said.

"I....it's not actually bad news.The men were from Talents High and they said they want me to attend their school."

"What?!"cried Michelle in surprise.

"Really!"said Matilda."Then what's the problem?I thought that was your dream."

"It is!I just.... don't think I'm sure of it anymore.I mean I feel bad that you helped me with my video and you don't get to go."

"It's okay . Besides Michelle has her own school to go to and I...have to go to college in France tomorrow."said Matilda.

"Mattie's right.You have to do it....for us and...for dad."said Michelle.

I became sad at the mention of my dad who died of heart attack when someone sabotaged one of his stage performance.He was a rising star so that was his third concert.He had planned it well but then his dancers went missing and a stage light almost came crashing down on his head.He became worried about his fan's burst of outrage that he had a heart attack.

"if you guys insist,then I'll do it."I said then went upstairs to pack my luggage.

The next day came by too fast.I said my goodbyes and we left.We arrived hours later in front of a huge castle like building with a white gate.We drove into the compound,it was very beautiful as there were water fountains with two cupid statues each shooting love arrows,a Statue of musical notes and a guitar.

Then a woman that looked like she was in her early fifties came out to meet us.

"Hi."

"Hi,I'm Mrs Esmeralda Eunis,the president of this school.Welcome to Talents High school where dreams come true!"
