Gosh the guy was staring again

Really and truly one or two people were staring at her
It was because of how she looked
She had accepted that as part of life that some people would stare because she seemed a bit different from them.
Her colouring, hair texture, her eyes....
No not her eyes. She was wearing contacts to hide their true color which normally looked purplish
But, back to the staring guy..
She got fed up of him only looking at her and stared back at him in the most obvious way, giving a neck roll before she did
Seems like the frown gave him permission to come over
Cause there he was standing at her table

Her top lip kicked up at the corner in a scowl

He stopped and turned back to face her.

It's just that people always approach me and look at me in a weird way.

The woman was beautiful, out of this world beautiful.
Her skin was the palest he had ever seen and she wasn't white. He could tell she was black from her features.
Her eyes were brown but shifted constantly and involuntarily
And her hair was just as golden as her brows and eyelashes
He was just fascinated, attracted, captivated and just wanted to be close to her.
He put out his hand for her to shake.
When she took his hand and his hand curled around hers.....it was the best feeling he ever experienced.
He felt like he had taken a hold of his future....
Like, this was the person he was meant to be with...
This was the woman he was going to marry...
This was the woman he would protect with his life....
She had to have felt it too because he saw her eyes widen and that's when he realised she was wearing contacts. He saw the edges of the contacts just outside her iris which was showing through and was it purple? Incredible.
