This can happen. I am going to be late!! "Taxi!" come on, "Do you need a ride" A car window pulls down. "Yes, please," I say, opening the back door of the taxi" Where to, ma'am," he says as he rolls up his window. "Company HS stat, please," I say, trying to buckle up. "Got it," he smiles. He speeds through traffic and tries not to get a red light. ~7 minutes later~ "Here we are, ma'am," he says, reaching out his hand for payment. I hand him a 20 and go bolting into the company. I get to the front desk. "Hi, I am here for the interview," I smile as I try to tidy myself. "Name, please," as she looks up, "lily turner," I say, trying to apply lip gloss. She looks at the computer systems and looks at me. She points to the elevator, "floor 5. Room 114A," and looks at the computer. "Thank you so much," I say, putting my lip gloss back in my purse. I walk into the elevator pressing floor 5. I look at my watch, knowing I am right on time—the elevator dings. I walk to room 114A and enter. I see a lot of women waiting in line. I guess this position is a big deal. I go to the desk. "Hi, I am here for the interview." I smile. "Oh, you're just on time. You can go inside" She smiles back and points to the room next to her. "Thanks" I walk to the door and enter. I see four people sitting in a row. The room is big. It has marble floors and walls and a huge window. I see one little seat. I go and sit in it. "Hi miss...turner, welcome. Let's start," they say. ~30 minutes later~ finally am done that took forever. I scratch my neck and click the first floor in the elevator. I feel so tired. Ding. I get off the elevator and walk out. It's nice out, so I am going to walk home. ~15 minutes later~ I enter my apartment taking off my shoes. I hear little paws coming my way. My dog comes to greet me. I pick him up he greets me with a lick on the nose. I admire his beautiful orange fur and his fluffy eyes. He's very fluffy for a Chihuahua. I put him down and walked to the bedrooms. I fall onto the bed and relax and start checking my emails, and then I see it is the graduation reunion tonight at 6 pm. I forgot all about it. I guess I should go. I get up and go into my closet looking, I see a blue dress I got a few years ago It's perfect I go to put it on ~10 minutes later~, wow it still fits I can believe it its been year's this will work. it's already 5:30?! I better get my stuff ready am so excited to to see some old friends. To be continued
