Lux: "It’s been 4 years since we married each other- I, I want an annulment…I, I- I don’t know how what is wrong in this marriage… I gave everything, and I left everything behind, my career, my family, and myself just to look after this marriage?… Have you ever thought about this in the first place?"

Nathan: "I’m sorry Lux, I, I-I know what I've done is not forgivable enough but please… You could do what you wants to me but annulment?"

Lux: "Don’t tell me what to do… In the first place, cheating is a choice, not a

mistake!"

Nathan: "I can give you a-anything, just don't do it."

Lux: "I've never expect this to say but, the wound you give is too deep, after all, I

still keep."

She took a deep breath.

Lux: "Let’s just forget everything."

(She gave her ring to Nathan and then she left with her belongings)

3 days later

Lux: "Dear Mom, Dad, how are you today?"

(Talking to her parent’s grave)

Lux: "I don’t know what path I’ll chose from now on."

Lux: "I should be happy now since I am free now, but why I do feel like a lost soul on a sinking boat. I am so done with life now."

Lux: "And, I wonder what might happen if I end my life now. So that, I can finally be in peace. Since today is you’re 8th death anniversary, Sorry, that I choose to be with that person. I’ve been running all this time, I wish there is someone who can bring time, I will definitely act wisely."

Lux: "How cold today is-, Mom and Dad?"

(She stood up and gave her final farewell to her parent’s grave).

11:47 at an abandoned building

Lux: "What a bad day to die."

The weather is not cooperating with Lux. The night sky is completely covered by

heavy clouds that any moment can start to rain. Like what is it like when there

is a storm coming.Plus the loud sound of the thunder.

Lux: "Don’t I look like a poor soul?"

( While looking in the sky)

Lux: "Even the weather is not cooperating… I just want to die peacefully~"

???: "How poor of us."

(She immediately look up to that person)

Lux: "Who are you, Mr?"

???: "Just someone who had the same goal~"

Lux: "You want to die, too?"

???: "Yup, but looking at you, I've changed my mind…. I’ll just gonna watch you…"

Lux: "Even you?!... At least do it in a different place!"

???: "Hmm..."

 Lux: "Why are you looking at me like that?"

 ???: "Nothing… You’re gonna waste the beauty you have."

Lux: "So what?... I lost everything, I cannot do anything now and you're saying

that to a person who wants to die, now?"

???: "What if I say, you still have a chance to change everything."

Lux: ( Smile ) "I already heard that… Even a thousand times I'd changed everything... the

ending I want is not always valid!"

( A tear fell from her left eye and the rain

started to fall out from the sky.)

Lux: "Hey! Mr. -May, I at least know your name?:

???: "What if I say, you still have a chance to change everything."

Lux: ( Smile ) "I already heard that… Even a thousand times I'd changed everything the ending I want is not valid."

???: "Hmm… Is that so? Will my name still hold specialty when you're going to die? But since I'm generous person, I'll tell you my name, Lucas…"

Lux: "I see, Bringer of light… What a beautiful name you have Mr. Lucas… But your name is different from the sphere of your action…"

Lucas: "You too… Lux meaning light but-"

Lux: "How did you know my name?"

Lucas: "The heaven's told me... or maybe it slipped from your mouth."

Lux: "I know but I don’t ever see my name in myself… Do you know that my lucky number is 3… today is my parent’s death anniversary and 3 days ago I broke my marriage...with my ex-husband…"

Lucas: "Would you listen to my story first before you jump?"

Lux: "Hmm… Make it before exactly 12:00."

Lucas: "But it’s already 11:54 pm, but thank you I guess…? So my story started when I lost my mother when I was 5. My grandparents took me in their care. I am young and innocent at that time, as time passed my grandpa died of oldness when I was 13, and my grandma died from oldness too after 2 years. At that time someone took me to be my guardian. That person gives me love and care as my grandparents give me. I’m so happy that I don’t have to ask anything not until one day…"

-Lucas Past-

Lucas: "Uncle today is my graduation from Junior high school, not my birthday!!!"

Uncle Azrael: "I know, I know…. It just – I just want to congratulate you on graduating from Junior high and you will become a Senior in next school year…How time surely flies so fast."

Lucas: "Hmm… Right, How about we take a photo as a remembrance?"

Uncle Azrael: "Ehh?!! Are you sure?... Didn’t you don’t like to take a photo?"

Lucas: "You don’t want to?"

Uncle Azrael: "Noooo! I mean, that is the first time you ever ask me to take a photo together!"

Lucas: "Take it as once in a lifetime experience."

Uncle Azrael: "Ehhh!!! Don’t say that… There will be definitely next time."

Lucas: "As you wish, My Dear Azrael~"

Uncle Azrael: ( Blushed ) "Hey!"

Uncle Azrael: "Happy Birthday, Lucas!!!"

Lucas: "Uncle, Come here." ( He pats his bed )

Uncle Azrael: "Yeah?" ( nonetheless, he still comes near Lucas )

Lucas: "Uncle, How old I am?" ( While hugging Azrael’s waist )

Uncle Azrael: "U-umm… 21 years old." ( Said while there is a tint of blush in his ear)

Lucas: "So? Am I old enough?" ( Asking in an innocent voice while moving his hand inside Azrael’s clothes)

Uncle Azrael: "W-hat do…y-you mean by that? And what are you doing?"

Lucas: "Then-" ( He cage Azrael in bed with one hand while the other one is wandering in Azrael’s lip ).

Uncle Azrael: "Y-you!! Lucas-" ( Lucas kissed him)

In Lucas and Lux’s POV -

Lux: "Really??? I never thought that you'll be telling me about your love story..."

Lucas: "Hahaha… But you know we became lovers after I confessed my feeling about him. I'd thought that he will not leave me but he is the same as my grandparents. I’m

not asking for more but all I want is to hug him or have a good farewell."

- Lux POV-

He talked a lot like there is no tomorrow, I slowly walked toward him and stared into

his eyes knowing if he is happily telling me about his private life but

nonetheless, all I seen is filled with all of sadness and emptiness. Which gives

me the urge to hug him. I mightn’t know the story behind this broken man but

looking into his eyes, I believe that these two were a lovely couple, sweet and

full of joy. Completely each other’s opposite. If his lover didn’t die, he should be the person who will heartedly welcome Lucas after his work and Lucas, will be coming home from working hard in the office.

- End of Lux POV-

Lux: "Hey Lucas, Do you still want to die?"

( She looks into Lucas’s eyes before asking )

Lucas: "I- I don’t know…"

Lux: "Forget what I asked."

( She steps backward and walks toward the edge of the building )

Lucas: "Hey!-"

(Steps up on the edge of the rooftop and looks at Lucas)

Lux: "Thank you for letting me hug you before I die, and I’m thankful that freely told me about your stories. But for the last time let me ask you.... Do you still wants to die?”

(She smiled brightly and let her body take over her desire to jump. While falling

into 1000 meter abandoned building. She looks into the sky while the rain

poured over to her face)

Lux: “Good luck with finding your right path” But how did he know my name?"

Lucas: “Don’t you know how miserable you are so why not die together- he-he…"

(Followed Lux by jumping over the building)

Lux: "Y-you what are you doing?"

Lucas: "Shu!!!"

Lux: "But-!"

Lucas: "I just don’t like to be alone again… Likewise, even in death, I want to at

least hold someone… We might know each other for a short period of time but you

resembled my older sister and you have the same name too."

(And that time, Lux realized she had a little brother who's have the same name as

Lucas)

Lux: "Lucas, let’s shout our names for the last time."

(Lucas didn’t think twice as they nearly fall onto the ground)

Lucas: "Lucas Esther Azrar!"           

Lux: "Lux Esther Nova!"

(They said their names at the same time realizing that they were siblings)

Lux: "How sad that we (Esther) see each other in this kind of state but I’m happy

now that I saw you before I die, my little brother."

Lucas: "Me too! And if there is a single chance we could meet in another universe, I’ll cherries you."

(They hold each other hands firmly until they die)

At the end, they did see each other even in the worst situation, how Lux wished to be back in time or hold someone’s hand before she die. And just like Lucas wished to see his loved ones, thinking that if the didn’t see each other they would truly regret it until the end.

Just like how they regret being born in this world…

How far can someone escape from the reality?

How sad can that be?
