It is black, no it's darker and wider than that. I can't see anything, not the floor, walls, or ceiling. I can't see my hand or even the nose on my face.

I can not hear anything either. No wind, no birds, no people noises, not even my own breath or heart beat. It's absence of sound.

I can not touch anything. I can't feel my surroundings. I think to myself I don't even feel my body, or gravity. I don't feel like I'm floating or falling either.

I start to panic at bit. I mean its scary. I want to wake up now. This nightmare better be over soon. "Hello?" I try to tell but I hear nothing. I then scream as panic engulfs my consensus "HELP!"

Then things start to change. I hear a worling alarm, like on a police car or ambulance, but this seems far away. I see a light streaking all around without details. I am in so much pain I start thrashing around.

Now, I'm back to the darker than darkness. I find comfort in the fact that the pain is gone. I'm still uneasy though.

Slowly things start to turn from blackness to reddish. It's brighter in the middle and dark around the edges of my vision. It's like when you are looking at a light when your sleeping.

I can hear far away again, it's people talking, a steady beeping and some loud popping sounds. I can't quite make out what's being said but it's intense. Hospital?

What I feel now is pushing and pulling with sharp pain every now and then. Some of this push-pull feels like gravity, some like body parts being moved. I can feel people touching me but I can't move.

Then there is a pain in my chest. It's so bad that I start to tear up then, I hear the beeping turn to a steady loud beep. I close my eyes tight.

Suddenly, I am feeling myself standing in an upright position. I feel no pain. I'm kinda happy until I open my eyes. I'll take it it's better than the other stuff.

I am seeing a woman. Eyeliner running down her face, lipstick smudged onto her face. Blood soaked gauss around her head. I can't place her. She doesn't seem familiar.

There are doctors and nurses all around her. They are trying to save her life. She looks dead to me already. They seem so busy that they don't notice me standing here.

They are all talking about what's happening.

"We are losing her!" Says one person. "Stay with us!" says another. "Charging!" says a third. A high pitched noise wourls up.

The doctor grabs the paddles."CLEAR!" He yells. Everyone that was doing CPR by hand, back up with their hands up. Then the doctor places the paddles on her side and her chest.
