Everyone reaches office in time as there is a meeting scheduled for today.
But Arrenelle didn't reach on time.

Today evening 6pm, we're meeting ai Hotel Spicecrest.

they all met. They ordered few starters and while the food arrived, they talked..

Arrenelle, we've got stuffs about the project plans to discuss with you

at noon, after you returned, we stopped at a hotel to have lunch and discussed more about the project plans
Andelle
And we've got those stuffs to share
meanwhile, the starters arrive and they start eating and continued to discuss while having their food.
