You were born into a mafia family, being the youngest child. You had just turned nineteen, and your father wanted to marry you off to the son of another Mafia to join the two. Furthermore, you and your family were now overseas in Italy to meet him and his family.
Sitting at an over the top restaurant by yourself, waiting on Kaizer, the man you’ve never met but are supposed to marry…
“Tsk… E tu lo sei?”
His cold heavily accented voice fills your ears as he approaches your table.
"Huh? I'm sorry I can't understand Italian."
I said and looks at him.
“Ah, you were born in this family, and you cannot even speak your native tongue?” His eyebrow rises.
"I'm not literally living here."
I gesture him to have a seat.
With a slight nod he sits down across from you. “Then we start there. Why are you not in the country that you belong to?” He asks, slightly annoyed and agitated.
"Because I'm just here to met my future husband and his family."
I crossed my arms.
“Hmm, a future husband I see.” He looks completely unamused and annoyed that you said that with such confidence. “You know nothing about me.” He rolls his gray eyes, crossing his arms as well. He seems to be quite irritated.
"Of course I don't. Aside from you're a son of a mafia family too." I answered.
“Is that all you know, my family?” His voice fills with annoyance, seeming to be on edge. He seems to be annoyed that you seem so calm while he’s obviously aggravated about this whole situation.
"Uh, yeah? Because I just met you now. So probably I don't know you."
“You’re right, you know nothing about me.” He seems annoyed and irritated, looking away for a couple of moments, before returning his attention to you.
“Tell me something about yourself.” He asks in somewhat of an annoyed tone.
"Before I tell something about myself, why don't we order something to eat first?" I asked and snapped my fingers.
“What, you’re going to call your waiter over using your snap? Is that how you does it back home?” He said, now sounding somewhat pissed off.
“You’re not special girl. You’re marrying ME, not the other way around.” He says in an aggravated tone.
"I am special. You go call the waiter." I gave him a smile and points out the waiter.
He looks completely annoyed now, his face full of aggravation and annoyance. “You’re something else.”
He says, rolling his eyes and looking away again before calling the waiter over. “Bring us two salads and two bottles of wine.” He says in an annoyed tone, before turning back to you.
"Oh no, I want juice and no to salad for now please. Give me something else." I smiled at the waiter.
The waiter nods and walks off, looking confused at the request. Kaizer now looks at you annoyed…
“Why did you do that?” He asks, almost seeming mad about you asking for something different.
"Because I don't feel to have a wine for now and salad." I smiled.
“Well I do, so give me what I asked for.” He says sternly, seeming mad that you’re not doing as he tells you. “Are you going to be this annoying of a wife?” He asks, rolling his eyes, before looking away again.
"So I need to eat what you ordered? But I already told the waiter to change what I wanted." I calmly said.
Kaizer now looks completely pissed off. “Yes, you are a woman, you should be listening to what the man of the house says.” He says sternly, not breaking eye contact with you, his expression angry and annoyed.
"But we're not still married." I shrug and looks at him with a smile.
“It doesn’t matter. You need to be compliant girl.” He says sternly, seeming completely annoyed and irritated.
"Fine, whatever." I said and plays with the napkin on the table.
Kaizer now looks slightly surprised at your compliance. “Good girl.” He says, nodding slightly and looking away again, crossing his arms again.
"Good girl? Am I a child?" I chuckled in disbelief.
“You just act like it.” He says, seeming slightly annoyed. “Stop playing with that napkin, fold it like I do.” He says sternly and impatiently, folding his napkin neatly in his hand.
"And you just act like my dad." I folded the napkin as he told me to.
Kaizer now looks at you annoyed but slightly impressed. “You should always learn to listen to what your man says, the one thing all women should do.” He says, looking at you and nodding.
"Right, I should listen but not always obey."
“Of course not, I want a wife with a mind of her own, not a puppet.” Kaizer says, seeming somewhat more amused and impressed. “As your future husband, I do allow you to make your own choices and have your own opinions.” Kaizer says as he looks across the table at you. He looks more intrigued now.
"Oh then that's good. Well, I want a pink bedroom for us because I do really love pink." I suggested happily.
Kaizer now seems to be getting used to you, nodding a bit and considering the idea. “I guess I could allow it.” He says, rolling his eyes and being a bit sarcastic.
Despite the sarcasm, he seems to actually consider it.
"Wow, are you really sure about having a pink bedroom?" I asked.
He now seems slightly annoyed again. “It’s not a bad idea, but why pink? It’s too girly, I don’t want a girly girl.” He says, seeming a bit irritated.
"But I'm a girl, so what do you expect? Woman rather. Because I'm a lady now. I love pink, pink, and pink."
Kaizer now looks at you in slight annoyance, before sighing. “Fine.” He says, seeming more irritated than anything. “I won’t complain, but I’m not sleeping in pink sheets.” He says, seeming annoyed.
"And where are you going to sleep?" I asked while looking at him.
Kaizer now looks at you irritated, rolling his eyes. “Of course in the same bed as you, the marriage hasn’t been arranged just for show. Of course, I’ll sleep with you.” He says, seeming annoyed still.
"Yeah, then you're going to sleep in a pink sheet." I smiled widely.
After you say this, Kaizer just seems to stare at you for a moment before rolling his eyes again. “Fine.” He says, not wanting to argue anymore and seeming mildly irritated still.
"Wow what a good husband!" I clapped my hands without a sound.
Kaizer now looks at you with a weird expression, before sighing and looking away from you, rolling his eyes. He was now bored or annoyed once more, making no eye contact with you.
He takes out his phone now, looking at something, probably texting.
I just rolled my eyes and sighed.
The waiter arrives after a few more minutes, setting the salad and wine down in front of you, then leaving.
Kaizer takes the top off his wine bottle, pouring the wine into his glass. He takes a sip and then sits back, looking away from you still, and seeming bored or annoyed.
"Pour me a wine in my glass too." I smiled at him and starts eating my salad.
He rolls his eyes and pours you some wine in your glass. As you eat, he seems to now be playing around on his phone and eating his own salad, seeming annoyed still.
"What are you doing in your phone?" I asked and sips a wine.
“Texting my friends about how awful this arranged marriage is.” He says, rolling his eyes while texting. “We’re probably going to call this whole marriage off.” He says, slightly sarcastic and annoyed.
"Wait, wait, wait... And why???" I raised an eyebrow.
Kaizer now looks at you confused, setting his phone down with a slightly confused and irritated look on his face. “Because I never wanted this marriage in the first place.” He says in a slightly annoyed and irritated tone.
“Why did you think we should get married?” He asks, seeming slightly amused but still irritated.
"I didn't think that we should. Anyway why? Do you have a girlfriend?" I asked curiously.
As you ask this question, Kaizer smiles slightly, almost seeming amused now. “No, I’m a busy man and don’t have time for ‘girlfriends’.” He says in a slightly sarcastic tone, looking across the table at you again.
"How busy are you?" I continue to eat.
“Very busy. I spend most of my time making sure the business is well ran and that everything is in perfect order.” He says, smiling slightly.
“You know, we’ve never talked about you… What do you do?” He asks, seeming a bit intrigued and less annoyed.
"Studying of course. I just turned 19, so yeah. School, house, school, house. Just like that." I simply said.
“What are you even studying?” He asks, raising an eyebrow, being slightly sarcastic and irritated again.
"Law, so that I can sue you in the future." I jokingly said and chuckles.
He stares at you for a moment, not amused by your comment and looking completely irritated. “Oh, I see.” He says in an annoyed tone.
“Is it always this irritating with you?” He asks, rolling his eyes.
"No, I have lots of friends, so I know I'm not irritating. Maybe you're just... Attitude?" I chuckled and tilted my head.
Kaizer now seems annoyed again, looking away from you again. He doesn’t seem to be able to handle your jokes.
“I have an ‘attitude’?” He says, putting his wine down and having both of his hands crossed.
"You should eat your salad now. Why are you ignoring that?" I said and continue to eat my salad.
He just looks at you, seeming more annoyed by the second. “I can do what I want.” He says rudely, rolling his eyes. He doesn’t eat the salad, seemingly too distracted by being annoyed to have any appetite.
"You should listen to your future wife." I chuckled.
Kaizer now rolls his eyes, and it seems that just the thought of listening to you makes him irritated… he takes a sip of his wine. “I’m not listening to you, woman.” He says rudely.
"Then don't." I shrug and finished my food.
Kaizer has now finished most of his wine, seeming annoyed still. He now puts his arms on the table and looks at you.
"Why are you so stubborn, girl?" He looks at you with a small smirk.
"Kitty, that's my name. Do not call me 'girl'. I'm not stubborn, I'm just like this." I proudly says.
"Kitty, what kind of girl's name is that?" Kaizer rolls his eyes, putting his arms down and crossing them once more.
"I'll call you whatever I want, girl- I mean Kitty." He chuckles, seeming a bit amused. He is trying to make you mad.
"Stop with that 'girl' because it doesn't suit my age anymore." I sighed and sips my wine.
Kaizer now seems a bit bored with the conversation, but he will continue to call you girl, if he can annoy you more. It seems to be working…
“Well you’re still a young girl, Kitty. Just because you're nineteen doesn’t mean you’re not a girl.” He chuckles again, sipping his wine once more.
"HMP, what's your name again? Kaizer? What kind of name is that?" I sarcastically said and finished my glass of wine.
Kaizer just looks at you in annoyance, rolling his eyes.
He now seems to be more interested in your sarcastic comments and trying to annoy you. "My name is Kaizer, and it's much better than... Kitty." He says sarcastically.
"But Kitty is more unique than... Kaizer."
...****************...
"But Kitty is more unique than... Kaizer."
Kaizer just stares at you, not amused by your sarcasm.
He now seems annoyed with you. “Stop being sarcastic, Kitty.” He says sternly, crossing his arms again.
"Okay boss." I chuckled and nodded. "I'm done eating, you don't really want to eat your salad?"
Kaizer just stares at you again, before sighing and then taking another sip of his wine.
"I'm a busy man, woman." He says, not looking very amused with you still, not even looking at you still.
"Yeah I know, so are you going now?" I asked, and I mouthed the waiter to give me a glass of water.
Kaizer now puts his wine glass down, looking at you annoyed still.
"We're not really done yet, still have to talk more." He says, crossing his arms again and seeming annoyed with you.
"Okay, but eat your salad now." I said and pointed the plate of salad in front of him.
He just looks at you annoyed, before letting out a sigh. "Why do you want me to eat this salad?" He asks, still not eating it, but looking interested in the answer.
"Because you ordered that, you shouldn't be wasting food." I simply explained.
Kaizer rolled his eyes, still seeming annoyed by you. "Fine." He says, finally taking a bite of the salad.
"Happy now?" He says, now seeming slightly intrigued by you and your annoying answers.
"A bit." I smiled and nodded.
Kaizer now just seems confused by your attitude.
"You're weird, Kitty." He says, now seeming mildly amused by your unique behavior.
"How weird am I?" I chuckled and crossed my arms.
“Very weird.” He says and rolls his eyes, finishing off his salad. "You're annoying as well." He adds, seeming to be slightly amused with your reaction to his words.
"Poor Kaizer, you'll have an annoying wife."
Your comment seems to irritate Kaizer a bit, making him annoyed again. He just rolls his eyes and sets his fork down, sighing loudly, looking away from you again.
He looks bored with the conversation again now. "Yes, I will have to suffer through an annoying wife." He says in a sarcastic and annoyed tone.
"You will not because I know how to cook." I proudly said.
This seems to be the third thing that irritates Kaizer.
"Are you just going to attempt to annoy and irritate me during this whole meal?" He asks, leaning back in his chair now, looking at you irritated.
"What's irritating on saying that I know how to cook?" I mumbled.
Now Kaizer seems a bit concerned, before sighing and looking down at his food. “I just hope that I won’t have to suffer through constant arguing when I marry you.” He says, sounding slightly more irritated again.
"I'm not into argument." I calmly said.
Kaizer now seems to look at you curiously, not believing your comment.
"Then why do you keep irritating me with comments you know will annoy me?" He asks, raising an eyebrow, seemingly interested in hearing your answer.
"How will I know that it will annoy you if I just met you?" I irritatedly said.
Kaizer lets out a chuckle and sets his fork down.
"You're clever." He says, finally amused by your sarcasm. "You're the first person I have met that has annoyed me in years." He says, sounding amused now.
"So no one annoyed you in your whole life to say that?" I sarcastically asked.
Kaizer now looks at you and rolls his eyes, annoyed once more by your sarcasm.
"Of course I’ve been annoyed before, woman. Just not like this, with anyone else." He says, still seemingly amused by your attitude. "You are a strange girl."
"Good." He finally says, before looking at his wine glass and picking it up again, taking a sip.
"You're unique, Kitty." He says, now sounding almost complementing, making a somewhat sweet gesture for you.
"Thanks, I'll take that as a compliment." I smiled and gave him a thumbs up.
Kaizer now just stares at you, rolling his eyes, putting his wine glass down, and sighing, seeming mildly irritated still.
"I guess it was a compliment." He says, now seeming to have gotten a slight bit annoyed at you again.
"This arrangement will be interesting." He says, now seeming a bit annoyed at the entire marriage in general.
"Of course it will. Absolutely interesting." I humbly said.
Kaizer now leans forward slightly, seeming mildly intrigued by your sarcastic attitude again.
"Oh yeah? Tell me what you think will be so 'interesting' about this, Kitty." He says sarcastically, still seeming annoyed by you though.
"If you're going to be my husband then we'll cook, you're going to help me plant some flowers on the garden, you're going to help me with my studies, we're going to clean our house even though we have servants."
Kaizer now seems to be a bit amused by your answer, but still mildly annoyed of course.
"Why do you assume you can get me to do all of this? I'm very busy." He says, now leaning back in his chair again and seeming a bit annoyed still.
"Uh, yeah. You're right..." I smiled and nodded.
Kaizer rolls his eyes again, "You're a strange girl, Kitty." He says again, looking at you in surprise.
"You're not the type I expected to be forced to marry." He says, seeming intrigued by your responses and you as a person.
"Why? What type of woman are you expecting?" I asked.
Kaizer now looks at you in confusion, not expecting the question. "Well... I would like to be married to someone with a little more respect and who won't just speak to me like that. You know, a woman not like you." He says, seeming annoyed still.
"A woman who's pretty and nice to look at, respectful and quiet." He says, seemingly still intrigued by your personality.
"Why do you ask?" He asks, seeming interested in the conversation again, not annoyed.
"Just curious." I simply said. Psh, those words offended me.
"I didn't expect to marry a girl who would speak back to me like you do, especially someone who was supposed to be quiet and respectful as a wife. You are very interesting." He says, still seeming intrigued by you, seeming to have forgotten and ignored the fact that you are the complete opposite of what he wants in a wife.
"Interesting because I'm the complete opposite of what kind of wife you expected to marry?" I sarcastically said.
Kaizer now lets out a small chuckle, rolling his eyes. "Yes, exactly that." He says, now seeming even more intrigued by you.
"Is there a problem with that?" He asks, now seeming slightly annoyed again.
"Nothing, so unlucky for you to have me as your future wife." I said and put my hair on a ponytail.
Kaizer smiles slightly, now seeming mildly amused by your response. "Oh, you think you're so lucky to have me as your future husband?" He says sarcastically, seeming a tiny bit annoyed still.
"You have a lot to learn young wife." He says, rolling his eyes. "I'm going to have to train you well." He says, as he sips his wine.
"Train me? Oh come on, I know how to use a gun and I know some fighting techniques." I proudly said to him.
Kaizer looks at you, now seeming excited by your comment rather than annoyed. “A girl like you knows how to use a gun?” He asks, impressed.
“What other fighting techniques do you know?” He asks, seeming intrigued and wanting you to talk more.
"What is the sense of having a mafia family if I'm dumb at guns?" I sighed and looks at him.
"Fighting techniques? Aside from knowing some martial arts, just talking back sarcastically." I chuckled.
Kaizer just stares at you, seeming mildly amused that you know how to use guns and know some fighting techniques.
"Aside from the sarcasm, you seem like you'll do nicely at home. I don't know why my father is trying to marry off a good daughter like you to me." He says, seeming intrigued yet still slightly annoyed by you.
"So you're saying that I'm a good daughter?" I looked at him smiling.
Kaizer just looks at you, before rolling his eyes again. "Sure, I guess you could say that." He says.
"Why, does that surprise you?" He asks, now seeming a bit intrigued in your reaction to his words.
"Nothing, I'm not just expecting you to say that." I simply said.
Kaizer now lets out a sigh, putting his wine down yet again. “Just because I’m saying a few kind things about you, doesn’t mean you should think that I like you.”

...****************...
“Just because I’m saying a few kind things about you, doesn’t mean you should think that I like you.” He says, still seeming annoyed by you.
"I'm not assuming." I flipped my hair and rolled my eyes.
Kaizer looks at you, before rolling his eyes again. “How long are you going to go on for, Kitty? You’re very irritating you know that?” He says, now seeming annoyed once more.
"I'm just being me as me. Stop complaining." I chuckled.
Now Kaizer seems to be getting mad again. He leans forward in his chair, putting his arms on the table once more. “Stop irritating me, Kitty.” He says, seeming slightly annoyed. He is beginning to lose his patience with you.
"What if you're born to be irritated by me? What are you going to do? You have no choice." I chuckled quietly and sips on the glass of his wine.
Kaizer lets out a big sigh and looks at you as you sip on his wine. “You’re going to be an irritating wife, that’s for sure.” He says, sounding more than a bit annoyed by you now.
“Why are you sipping my wine?” He asks, sounding annoyed.
"Because I'm your future wife, so we need to practice sharing." I simply said.
“Oh, right. Forgot about that part.” Kaizer chuckles and rolls his eyes, sitting back in his chair again. He then takes up his glass of wine and takes a sip.
He then seems to think for a moment, before leaning forward once more and looking at you. “You’re a weird girl.” He says, not seeming very impressed or amused.
"You're always saying that." I said and sighed.
"Yes, because that's the truth, Kitty." Kaizer says, rolling his eyes again.
"I'm actually surprised no one has tried to marry you off yet, you would think other mafia men would try and ask you." He says, now sounding curious and wondering about you.
"What's surprising about it?" I curiously asked.
Kaizer seems to think about your question for a bit, before looking at you and rolling his eyes. "Well for one, you're very pretty. Second, you know how to use a gun which is not a common thing from girls. Then you have this weird attitude towards everything. So, it's surprising that no one has tried to claim you for themselves." He says, seeming interested and intrigued about you.
"I don't know too." I shrugged.
Kaizer just smiles and then leans back in his chair, drinking from his wine glass again. He seems interested in you still, but he seems to not be annoyed anymore like he was earlier.
“You’re an intriguing girl you know that?” He asks, sounding interested in your response, but mostly in your personality.
"I just know because you said so."
Kaizer now chuckles at your response, rolling his eyes.
"You like my compliments, don’t you?" He asks with a smirk, sounding slightly amused. "Or maybe it's just to get on my good side." He says, still sounding amused with your replies.
"Both?" I chuckled and shook my head.
Kaizer now leans back in his chair, seeming completely interested and amused now at you. “Well, I have to say you’re the cutest girl I’ve ever met.” He finally says, being completely honest with his reply.
He says the comment in a semi-serious tone, seeming to be completely serious about his compliment.
"Thank you so much." I touched my chest to feel my heart that is being touched on his words.
Kaizer is now blushing slightly, with a slight smirk on his face. “You’re welcome, just being honest.” He says with a slight chuckle.
He seems to be happy that his compliment actually made you happy, and that you aren’t just irritated by his comments like always.
"I think you're enjoying my company now." I jokingly said to him and laughs lightly.
Kaizer now rolls his eyes, seeming mildly amused by your response. "Don't let it get too far ahead of yourself young one." He says, seeming to be amused yet still somewhat annoyed.
He seems to be annoyed with your over confidence and your joking attitude towards everything.
"I'm just kidding." I crossed my arms.
Kaizer sighs and shakes his head. "You have the attitude of a child." He says, seeming mildly annoyed at you.
"You're irritating and childish, you should start acting like a lady and do your best as a wife, young one." He says sternly, seeming annoyed again.
A waitress comes over to the table, carrying two slices of cake on a silver plate. "Your cake is here Mr. Mancini." She says, then setting down the plate in between you two.
Kaizer immediately seems interested in the cake and sighs, rolling his eyes again.
"I'm acting like a lady." I complained and looks at the waitress who brought the plate of slice cakes.
"Thanks." I smiled at her.
Kaizer now looks at you in confusion again. "How in the world are you acting like a lady?" He asks in a confused tone. "You're acting very childish with your responses." He says annoyed again.
The waitress smiles back as she leaves, going back to her work. The cakes look like chocolate cake, with chocolate frosting on the outside, looking very delicious. They look like the perfect ending to the dinner.
Kaizer now sees you eat the cake, but he looks back at you in confusion. "Baby wife? What are you going on about now?" He asks, seeming mildly annoyed already.
He then looks at his cake, seeming impressed by it.
"Can I have the first bite?" He says, sounding irritated as he asks for your cake.
"Open your mouth." I told him and offered a bit of cake on a fork in front of him.
He does as you ask, seeming interested and excited in the cake you offered him. A small little piece of cake is in the fork, which Kaizer opens his mouth to receive it. As you feed him, he seems to actually be enjoying the cake and you.
Kaizer chews the cake and swallows it. "Mmm, this cake is perfect." He says with a smile.
"Look who's acting like a baby now." I murmured and eats.
He just laughs at your response, seeming to be enjoying the cake and the conversation you two are having.
"I'm allowed to enjoy cake whenever I want, young one." He says, now sounding a bit more soft and sweet than before. He now leans back in his chair again, still smiling and seeming somewhat interested in you.
"I am a sweet tooth as they call people like me." Kaizer says, sounding proud and happy that you asked. "I love sweets, so yes of course I do, I would say cake is my favorite treat." He says, sounding like he is being honest.
He takes another bite of his cake now, sounding very interested in what you're asking.
Kaizer smiles widely at you and nods. "A sweet person huh? Well I guess I'm going to have a sweet wife then." He says in a semi-joking manner.
He eats the rest of his cake, seeming to really enjoy it. He sighs as he finishes eating the cake now, seeming extremely satisfied. "Well, that was great." He says.
"A sweet wife, that's better than an annoying wife." I smiled and finished my cake.
"Are you referring to yourself when you say an annoying wife?" Kaizer says with a smirk, seeming amused by your response.
He now sips his wine as he waits for your response.
"You're going to be more than just a sweet wife, young one." He says, now seeming slightly annoyed and serious once more. He seems to be getting tired of your jokes again.
Kaizer looks at you, rolling his eyes a bit. "I'm 25. Why do you care?" He says, sounding annoyed by your response.
He seems annoyed because he feels you're asking way too many questions. "My age doesn't matter in this situation, I'm still going to be the husband in this relationship." He says, now sounding more than a bit annoyed.
"Omg, you're 25, and I just turned 19. The age gap omg." I surprisingly said and sips my wine.
Kaizer seems to get the hint that you were talking about the age gap and becomes annoyed once more. “What? Is there a problem with me being 25 while you’re 19?” He asks, now seeming annoyed again, he’s now sounding irritated.
“I mean it’s just a six-year difference, is that not okay?” He asks, confused as to why you’re so surprised.
"I'm just surprised, it's okay don't mind it." I smiled.
Kaizer doesn’t seem to believe that answer, feeling like you’re lying. “I’m not stupid, I know you want to argue and ask why we’re six years apart. So I’m going to save myself some time and just answer it now.” He says, seeming irritated at your response.
He then sits up in his chair again and leans forward once more.
“Because you’re the only available woman I could marry at the moment.”
