zelda and ryas family are enemies. the ryas family support the second prince and the zelda family supports the first prince.
in the fight for succession, the first prince gets the throne. to prevent the destruction of ryas family, hadid was married to the 2nd son of zelda family.
hadid has no choice but to marry him. this goes for bilal too as the marriage was proposed by the first prince who is now the emperor
the emperor can't kill ryas family without any reason. ryas family plays a major part in the kingdom economy too and they have many supporters too. so the emperor can't kill them now. so to keep them in check, hadid was married to bilal
to prevent a revolt, emperor has decided to spare the ryas family.
