*moaning in pleasure as he drinks water*

*relaxing like he's smoking weed and laughing like he's had laughing gas.*

*voice is talking like he's sucked in a helium balloon*

*as the water travels into his mouth, down inside his throat, through the oesophagus and different body parts until it is resting in the bladder an obvious burning rash is visible on the corresponding body on the outside of the body. The burning rash slowly and steadily increasing in size over time.*

*Meanwhile the cursed victim becomes lost in a state of delirium that resembles smoking marijuana and a state of bliss like on laughing gas. The voice continues to sound like he's sucked in helium gas*
They maintain this relaxed state of bliss until they pass away from malnourishment because they refuse to eat food and only drink liquids.*

Then comes never ending thirst
Then comes John relaxed and laughing with a rash everywhere
His belly is full of air, and talking in a higher tone
And then he won't eat or drink until he's joined the afterlife.

This little piggy caught the horror curse...
This little piggy had a dry itchy throat...
This little piggy drank all the water
This little piggy developed a rash
This little piggy began to relax and laughed all the way home
This little piggy's tummy grew
This little piggy's voice rose
This little piggy only drank more and never ate again
This little piggy got nailed in his coffin forever and never came home.

Itchy Itchy dry throat,
Drank all the water too.
Burning rash appears
But you do not feel it's pain
Blissful calm with a higher voice
And a tummy full of air
Never to eat again
Drinks til death settles in.
