“Why arent they here yet they are supposed to bring back up” “ oh look at that fool looks like your little friends had betrayed you” he gave them a deadly eye and walked past “yo he looks dangerous let’s make it another time”he was walking down the streets trying to cover his injury. The blood was dripping down and down. He started to see everything blurry once again. “ no, I need to make it there. I can’t die here”

“ oh my- are you alright let me take you to the hospital” “ no.. you..can’t go... to .. the hospital-..” he had already fainted “But why doesn’t he want to go to the hospital. I guess he has his own reasons.. but I can’t just him here, he may die. I need to take him home with me but.. I... fine I’ll just take him”

“Ughhh.. why does my head hurts so bad” “oh, your awake?” He moved as fast as a feather “who are you” pointing a gun at her face “ I was just trying to help...your injured” *hisss* “ I guess I’ll let you off this time. But i have to go, there are people chasing after me” “chasing after you?.. but why” “if you hadn’t saved my life I wouldn’t have kept you alive till now, I don’t like owning people just tell me what do you want!?” “What do you mean?.. “Hello sir, how may I help you?” The man took a few glances across the room “umm Mrs. have you seen an injuried man anywhere near this place” “a man at this time of the night? Is he a criminal or something?” “Ahh.. no.. thanks for your help. It seems that you don’t know anything about it..” she closed the door and waited till he completely leaves *phew*.

“You can come out now.” the man came out from across the room. “ why did you help me. You even dared to lie” the man said with an unpleasant smile on his cheeks.“Me? Lie?.. who said that I lied? I just asked him a few questions..” “.. I didn’t expect that.. well, I am gonna get going now as I said I can’t stay here any longer” “but you can’t go anywhere there are people searching for you everywhere” “ oh.. so now you wanna make me stay the night” he said with a smirk on his face “ahh.. I’ll help you heal your wound then you can go tomorrow morning” the man took a sigh “ I don’t think I have any other options” the man layed on the couch while she was treating his wound. “So, whats your name..?” “Oh.. I am Gwen..” she said with a smile on her face “what about you?” “Oh Gwen then, well... I can’t tell you my real name yet. You can just call me nick.”

“Ahh..” she yawned, then she had a look around “oh.. he’s gone..” she got of the bed and headed to the kitchen “is that a note?” She grabbed the note ‘hi Gwen.. I am gone, don’t search for me. If I see you ever again I can’t guarantee that you will stay alive. Bye!’ “Gosh.. so rude..” Gwen headed off to work hopping that they won’t meet again.

Few days later-

“Hey Gwen will you go with us again tonight to the club?”“ yeah come one Gwen, it’s been too long since we last went all together” Gwen took a sigh but smiled “uhh.. sure but I can’t stay for too long..”

“Guys.. I am gonna take my leave now” “come on we just got here..” Gwen smoked an awkward smile and took her leave “phew.. what a tiring day it was” *plop* “ouchhh..” the man kept walking forward not caring that he just hit someone by mistake. Gwen took a look back. It was a man wearing all black but Gwen still recognized him. “Nick?” Gwen followed him in the case of curiousity. She had followed him to a strange place “Wow I didn’t know that such a place existed..” the place looked strange, no even more like scary or abandoned she could guarantee that this was not a save place, and while she was talking her leave something unexpected happened *bomb* *bomb* she heard a gunshot.. Gwen started trembling from shock. Who could it be. Gwen decided to take a little peek she couldn’t help her curiousity. Her face turned pale“..n- nick?”

“N…nick?” Gwen questioned herself in shock, she had just seen the man she saved few days ago - shooting someone in the head. Gwen started to feel guilty about her decision, about saving him. She shook her head and decided to leave like this had never happened, not like she’ll meet this man ever again.

The man noticed a presence, he reloaded the gun, pointing at the place he heard the sound from. “Who’s there? Come out now!” Gwen’s eyes widened as she remembered his words; “if we meet again, I won’t guarantee your safety.” Her hand started trembling more and more. “I said come out!” Nick was losing his patience - though he had a dark past, he wasn’t the type to shoot someone without an order. He started walking slowly step by step. “Show yourself!” Gwen thought that there was no other way out of this. She raised her hands and walked forward. “Oh.. it was you?” said the man with an unpleased face. He place the gun aside. “Get out of my sight! Didn’t I tell you the next time I see you I might actually kill you?” he said with an aggressive face while pointing at her. Gwen was anxious, but for some reasons, despite what she had just seen, she had this feeling that Nick won’t hurt her.

Gwens day was full of events, thus, she was tired and decided to head home. She put her hood on, said goodbye to nick - whom she’ll probably never see again - and headed back home.

Another place\~

“Jacob!… Jacob!” Called a young man. “ugh! What is it..?” “Nick… he’s alive!” “What??… but they said he was dead…. those bunch of a-holes, they lied to us?” The man face turned red from anger. As he was in disbelieve that Nick was still alive.

Footsteps across the hall, everyone looked in its direction to see who it was, as they were getting their guns loaded. “Guys.. guys it’s me put the guns away” said Nick. Jacobs face turned even more red. He took a deep breath and maintained a calm face. “Yo Nick.. how did you come out alive? We were all sure you were dead” said Jacob in a doubtful way, trying to know more from Nick. Nick responded calmly; “you know… the usual, with just some extra luck on my side” said Nick while smirking.

He headed to his room and as soon as he got there, he layed in bed thinking about his day. “Gwen wasn’t it.. Gwen, what a nice name.” Without noticing, Nick was already fast asleep.

Gwen’s place\~

“What should I do, he’s so charming, but.. how could he kill someone so easily without a second thought. No it isn’t right, he’s not a person I should get too involved with. It’s better if we don’t meet again.” Gwen was also in deep thinking about her day and Nick. They both layed in bed, in different places, but their mind and hearts were in the same place.
