The story is set in a time when honour and pride were of utmost importance to royals. At the time many powerful kingdoms coexisted together, eyeing and annexing others territory was a common thing and so many kingdoms used political marriages to form alliances with each other.

The story is about a princess in distress who sworn vengeance on the person who humiliated her by abducting and spurning her marriage offer.

A young, pretty woman, the princess of a great kingdom is adorning herself in various jewelry of gold, diamonds, rubies and amber. Looking in a mirror in front of her, she smiles at her reflection and asks the maid besides her, Maid Siyu, whether she looked pretty enough to be praised by others in the ceremony. The maid, who had been with the princess since her childhood smiles back and says "Yes Your Highness Princess Emma, you look as beautiful as ever. All the people in the kingdom praise you for your beauty and today, on this special day of yours, you look even more beautiful" she teasingly adds, "The Prince won't be able to control himself and ask for your hand right away. Why only him anyone having a glance at you would go crazy."

Princess Emma, the first princess and the eldest of all the sisters then recalls the promise she made with the love of her life, King Sam, the King of Kingdom S. The King and Princess Emma had already accepted each other as their better halves at their heart and all that was left was to conduct an official ceremony to share the news with everyone. The Princess promised the King to choose him as her groom after the contest, which was going to be held for the marriage to decide who the most strongest and hence the suitable most candidate was for the princesses.

The Kingdom of X was in great joy as their beloved Princesses, Princess Emma, Princess Amy, Princess Emily, all three, were to get married soon. The King Father of the Princess arranged for a contest to be held for the marriage, in which the participating Kings and Princes would compete against each other. The ones who win would be considered suitable for the marriage and would have advantage against those who loose.

Getting the invitation to take part in the contest for the marriage, Kings and Princes of suitable age group of all the neighboring and far away Kingdoms started arriving the Kingdom X a day before or two, some even arrived on the day of the contest. The Kings and the Princes arrived on their grand chariots, chariots of horses and elephants. The grander the chariot looked the richer and prosperous the person was being considered, and people in the Kingdom were intrigued by the sight of such grand entries and even started to make bets on who the person who marries their princesses will be.

The maid Siyu informed Princess Emma how the Princes and kings were arriving and describe how handsome they were and how beautiful their entries looked like. She also informed the Princess that her love Prince Sam had also arrived.
