Dr. Usman checked her vital signs and asked her some questions. He told her that she had suffered a severe head injury and had lost her memory. He said that he didn't know anything about her identity, except that she was wearing a necklace with the letter "R" on it. He asked her if she remembered anything at all.

She shook her head. She felt frustrated and scared. She wanted to remember who she was, where she came from, and why she was in this situation. She wondered if she had any family or friends who were looking for her. She wondered if she had done something wrong or if someone had hurt her.

She looked at Dr. Usman again and felt a wave of gratitude. He was the only person who cared about her right now. He was the only person who could help her. He was the only person who made her feel something.

She reached out and touched his hand. She saw him flinch, but he didn't pull away. He looked at her with a mix of surprise and concern. He asked her if she was okay.

She nodded. She didn't know what to say. She just wanted to feel his warmth and his presence.

She didn't know it yet, but she had just made the doctor fall in love with her too.

Dr. Usman decided to investigate her past and find out who she really was. He searched her belongings, but found nothing useful. She had no ID, no phone, no wallet, no keys. She only had a necklace with the letter "R" on it.

He contacted the police and the media, hoping that someone would recognize her or report her missing. He sent them her photo and description, but no one came forward. He wondered if she had any family or friends who cared about her.

He asked her some questions to trigger her memory. He asked her about her name, her age, her hometown, her hobbies, her dreams. He showed her pictures of famous places, people, and events, hoping that something would spark a reaction.

But nothing worked. She couldn't remember anything. She only knew what he told her. She only felt what he made her feel.

One night, as she was sleeping in her hospital bed, she heard a loud noise. She opened her eyes and saw a masked man standing over her. He had a gun in his hand and a sinister smile on his face.

He said, "Hello, Raameen. I've been looking for you for a long time. Did you really think you could escape me?"

She felt a surge of fear and confusion. She didn't know who he was or what he wanted. She didn't know why he called her Ria. She didn't know if that was her name or not.

She tried to scream, but he put his hand over her mouth. He said, "Don't bother. No one can hear you. No one can save you. You're mine now."
