Nobody else could volunteer to organise it so we had to cancel their Halloween Party...

I'll check with HR about donating the supplies for some kids as a community enrichment event and see if we can let you borrow them for free.

I haven't actually agreed to do it yet...
I was just checking if Mum and Dad would be available to help if I did and what he could let me borrow from the company. ...
Sometimes he has decorations from past events he lets mum and I use (if the company allows us to do it).
I know there is a set of Halloween Horror House and Graveyard that they keep in storage for Halloween or Horror themed events.

Dad said if he asked around at work one of the event managers might be free and able to volunteer their time to help me out.
Do you think I should take him up on the offer and borrow a manager so I can let the kids have their party?
If I borrow a manager then I won't have to put aside too much time because the manager might do it for me 😔

Yes...
I think it's a good idea.
If you really want to help them have a party but don't have time yourself to dedicate to helping set it up then hiring a manager to do it for you is a great option...
Are you going to discuss it with the other people from the rec centre to see if they can also help with paying for it and volunteering some people or are you just going to pay for it and hire it and do nothing to help out?

How did your Dad go with the Manager and the Halloween Decorations?

He said he's put in a form applying to use the decorations.
He asked about borrowing a manager and said that I was extremely lucky because one of the companies best happens to be available.
He'll come visit the rec Centre after the Little Kids Swim session tomorrow to have a look at the venue and discuss what we want to do...

I won't tell the kids until I have spoken to the manager...
I want to meet them first and check out what they suggest before I agree to do it.
