Hello saki san here and welcome to my brand new story but before I go on with the plot of this novel I need to introduce you to the characters of this novel so without any discus let's meet the cast of this story.
Main protagonist: nameless
Age 17
Gender: male
Height 1.81 cm
A regular high school student but what is he really?
Heroines.
Name: Yumeno Hisayo
Age 17
Height 1.60 cm
A classmate to the protagonist and secretly worried for him.
Name: Hisayo Aya
Age 16
Height: 1.64 cm
The younger sister to Yumeno and Julie and always tease the protagonist everyday she gets a chance to.
Name: Hisayo Erica
Age 18
The older sister of Yumeno and is currently studying at Tokyo U
Height: 1.56 cm
Name: Hisayo Julie
Age 17
Height: 1.42 cm
The younger twin sister of Yumeno and the female lead of the novel.
Okay now for the plot of this novel.
This story takes place in Japan around the time of pearl harbor attack in 1941.
No wait never mind that is just for the prologue but I won't mention what year the rest of this story will take place in cause that would spoil the plot and I do not want to be a bad author and tell you readers the plot of this story so sit back and relax.
Prologue.
Date December 6th 1941
In a small village west of Tokyo Japan.
Protagonist
"And done I finished loading the boat sir,"
???
"Very well we will set sail for pearl harbor tonight at 20:00," he ordered me.
I then thought of what I was going to tell my boss and decided to tell him.
Protagonist
"Sir I am unable to make the trip this time my mother is still sick and if I suddenly leave without any warning then who would take care of her,"
???
"Hmm very well but once she is better you are going to fight those damn Americans and die trying,"
There I saw my closest friend, Hisayo Haiku, a member of the Nippon Teikoku Kaigun
Solider friend
"Oh senpai you came,"
he greeted me while siting on a bar stool.
Protagonist
"Greetings Hisayo kun I heard that you have to leave tonight so let's get drinking I want to get a few drinks in me,"
I greeted him back and sat next to him.
Solider friend
"Sure I already ordered the drinks and put them on my tab and I already lied to my wife telling her that I was going to train then set sail to fight in the war and senpai what did you tell your wife,"
Protagonist
"Hisayo kun your 10 years older than me and you only been part of the navy for 3 months while I been a member for 10 months now giving up my education to cure my sick mother so do I look like someone who have a wife,"
Solider friend
"Sorry senpai that was my fault and our drinks are here,"
I then took a glass and drank it without a second thought.
Protagonist
"Say Hisayo kun how is your wife lately,"
Solider friend
"Mhm good she told me that she will tell me good news if I make it back alive after the war,"
Good news? I think she means she is pregnant with a baby and I don't know how long this war will last for but if am guessing right the baby will be around 3-4 years old by the time you see your wife again but I will not say that out loud.
Protagonist
"Then I guess you will have to wait and see now don't you Hisayo kun,"
Solider friend
"Yeah your right senpai but for now let's continue drinking until I have to be at the docks,"
We then continued to drink and drink 10 glasses of sake and 15 glasses of whiskey.
Solider friend
"Man I would drink more senpai but the boss will be angry at me if he finds out I been drinking before I have to leave to war,"
Protagonist
"Your correct Hisayo kun and I am going to miss you since I don't know how long it will be before my mother is well enough again,"
Solider friend
"Then I wish your mother well being and later senpai,"
he responded to me leaving the bar.
Which at that time I did not know it was the last time I will ever see him alive.
I then went over to the graveyard.
Protagonist
"Mother I am here to see you,"
I laid some flowers in front of my mother's grave and prayed that she was safe in the afterlife.
Yes my mother died about 2 Years ago in January of 1940 and I hid her death from everyone I know so that's why I never put her name on the tombstone.
So I lied to my superior and all of my friends that I need to care for my sick mother.
I then laid down and went to sleep.
Time: December 7th 1941 01:50
Man
"Hey mister can you wake up for a minute,"
Protagonist
"Ah sure thing,"
I responded to the man and gotten up from my little nap.
Man
"Can you follow me back here for a second young man,"
I then followed the man over to a quiet area and what I saw was pure horror.
I saw the headless body of my friend Hisayo Haiku placed next to a empty grave that been dug out.
Protagonist
"My friend who did this to you?,"
Man
"Oh don't you worry you will be joining him shortly,"
the man told me as he pushed me into the empty grave.
I then coughed blood in angry at the next words he told me.
Man
"Oh your friend here he been dead since august can you not notice that your in his tombstone and it been a great few months fooling you senpai,"
the man told me with a cruel look in his eyes.
How dare he lie to me all this time I should of noticed back in august while Hisayo kun was sick with a cold that he would never recover and pass away ****.
And it said he died august 8th and I visited him on the 7th so the real him died the next day and I was drinking with the fake Hisayo saying the he fully recovered if I known at the time I would be at his funeral with his family members but no that man lied to me by impersonality a dead person and even joined the navy in his name.
Man
"Any last words I am starting to bury you alive,"
he said with many man coming over with shovels.
Protagonist
"Yes watch your step"
He then fell into the grave right onto a sharp object and was dead right then and there but it was already too late his men already started to bury me alive.
3 hours later and I was now trapped in a empty grave.
What should I do since I know I can not be here forever now can I?
I looked over at the dead body of the man who pushed me in here.
Wow if you did not drink that much whiskey at the bar last night then that would saved your life and my life as well.
But I am wondering how am I still breathing after being trapped in a grave with no oxygen in sight.
Man I am feeling tired for some reason I think I need to get some rest.
A while later in third person pov

"Miss is this the grave you want to dig up,"
???
"Yes I heard a lot of stuff about this man and I want him to be brought back alive,"
the girl ordered the man.
After the man dug the body out of the ground.

"Mm he still look alive like he only been sleeping is that normal for a dead person to look like this,"
???
"No young miss but you can take him back to your place I need to get going now,"
Huh who is telling me to wake up?
I opened my eyes to see a cute girl with black hair and she was wearing a cute dress.
(Pretending her hair is black and not blonde)
Protagonist
"Who are you?"
I asked the girl in front of me.
The girl who expected my question answered it right away.
Hisayo Julie
"My name is Hisayo Julie nice to meet you mister,"
Protagonist
"Oh I knew someone in your family Julie chan,"
Hisayo Julie
"Wait you did?"
She asked me with amazement on her face.
Protagonist
"Yes I had a friend name haiku Hisayo but he passed away back in august,"
I answered Julie honestly.
Hisayo Julie
"You mean august of 1941 right,"
Protagonist
"Yes 1941 why did you ask do you not know that is is only December 7th 1941 right now,"
Hisayo Julie
"Well mister your about to be shocked but it is 2023 you been dead for over 80 years,"
Wait what does that mean Julie is the great great granddaughter of my friend that is kind of shocking but not surprising for some reason it almost feel like we were meant to meet one day by fate but all of this is still confusing I just hope there is more people I can meet.
Extra okay that was the prologue of are we destined lovers?
And the protagonist woke up in the 21st century after being "dead" for 81 years and he also met with the female lead of this novel Julie and I should say this first but this series will be separated into volumes.
