the underworld organization is the biggest organization in the world... these organization is only tasked to give out missions to other gang organization

it's technically like a game... when a gang finishes it's mission, they will be rewarded a gift according to their mission... the higher the mission tasks is, the better the gift for it's mission

not only that, the underworld organization would also choose a partner or sponsor to collaborate to an event that is made by the underworld organization... it's just like a sports game...

this event would come every once in 2-3 years. Even so, this event is world wide known. in fact, all gangs wanted to join this event... because once you win, not only you will receive such an award... your fame would also grow in one night!
