Alice never really bothered to ask many questions to her mother. Her mother was kind but a strict lady.
She seems to be sweet but is not so sweet as she looks like.
After an hour ir so they arrived in front of a restaurant.
Mrs. Steve
Great we're here.
Mrs. Steve
Alice, go inside and find table no. 23
Mrs. Steve
You can stay there until I return.
Alice went inside the building.
From the inside the restaurant seemed to be very fancy and expensive. Alice thought why her mother had suddenly brought her here in such an expensive place.
It's not that they couldn't afford being in an expensive place. But knowing her mother, Alice knew her mother wouldn't have come unless there was some really important business to attend to.
Alice looked around to see where this table no. 23 was but it was nowhere to be found.
At that moment a waiter seems to have spotted her.
He noticed that she was confused about something so he approached her.
waiter
Excuse me, ma'am. Do you need any help?
Alice
Ummm... Yes, Can you tell me where table no. 23 is?
waiter
Are you Miss Steve?
Episode two
Alice followed the waiter. He seems to be taking her away from the other tables until be stopped in front of a door in the silent hallway.
waiter
Ms. Steve, your table is in this room.
waiter
You may take your seat, we will send someone to assist you right away.
The waiter went away leaving Alice alone.
She then opened the door and went inside the room.
Table no. 23 seemed to be different from other. It was a private room, Well-decorated with a large round table on top of which was a vase filled with beautiful flowers.
The room also had a comfortable couch and a view of a garden.
Alice sat on the couch and waited for her mother to arrive by reading the book she had carried with her that day.
Alice had just graduated from her university a few months ago and was trying to get a job soon. Although, both of her parents wanted her to be a businesswoman like them but Alice had studied to be a designer.
At first they were not so happy with happy with her decision but now they seemed to be happy with it.
Alice heard someone talking outside the room which she recognised as her Mom's voice so she quickly kept her book inside her bag and sat straight.
Seconds later her Mother entered the room with two other people a male and a female.
Episode three
Alice stood up and bowed to greet them.
Mrs. Steve
Alice meet Mrs. Wilson and her son Mr. Wilson.
Mrs. Steve
I mean Levi Wilson.
Alice
Pleasure to meet you.
Mrs. Steve
Mrs. Wilson this is Alice my daughter.
Mrs. Wilson
Nice to finally meet you, Alice.
Mrs. Steve
Please have a seat.
They all sat down. Alice looked at the figures sitting in the opposite side.
Confused what was happening Alice tried to listen very carefully when her mother finally began to talk.
Mrs. Steve
So, Alice you may know the famous Wilson family of our country.
Alice didn't say a word instead she nodded her head.
Mrs. Steve
So, today I have brought you here to meet.
Alice looked at Levi the tall figure who had entered the room with her Mother a few minutes ago.
And wondered why was she brought here just to meet a guy.
Mrs. Steve
You should get to know him better.
Alice
