Yaerim's pov.

"CATCH HIM YOU BASTARDS!! " A man in his thirties scream at the top of his lungs, I widen my eyes at that, my heartbeat race, panic filled my body, which till now refuse to move, but seeing those ten bulky man running towards me with anger written all over their faces, drove my legs into auto pilot mode and I ran...as fast as my legs muscles let me.

"STOP RIGHT THERE YOU LITTLE FUCKER, THERE IS NO GOOD IN RUNNING AWAY" The same man again shouted while running behind me, but I ignored his all threats and kept running for my life.

Life will be hell for me if I get caught today.

After running for thirty minutes, I finally stopped in front of a police station. It was already midnight so there were not many people there, but still those who were on night duty were still there. I sighed in relief seeing two police officers running towards me...but...wait a minute those two were not police men but those bulky fuckers, I widen my eyes, '**** not again' and I again started running for my dear life again.

Running and running I lost count of the time. I was running without looking behind or around, and maybe that's why I was here, in front of a...Forest. I stopped once I didn't hear any footsteps behind me, I then looked around to my surroundings just for my breath to be stuck in my throat.

I was there, in front of that same dark forest where people went missing, and one of them was

I could hear some footsteps coming towards me again, so I hurriedly hid behind a large banyan tree. "Boss I think that fucker went inside the forest " One of those ten bulky men said, other nodded.

"You're right Sungwoon but what if that fucker is still here hiding somewhere, we can't take that risk, so come on fast look around, if he didn't found here then it's certain he went inside but if he did then…” The mf boss smirks, an evil one, and signals his men to look around.

I widened my eyes, anxiety filled my body's circulatory system, I took deep breaths to calm my mind and body. I then decided to go inside the forest not too deep tho, and stay there until those hulky bulky men left.

Well I did what I decided but little did I know the thing that will happen with me...

I stay hidden inside that dark forest. I was inside that didn't mean I was not scared, hell I feel like peeing my pants at this rate, but I hold back my fear and stay there frozen.

After thirty minutes they all left once they couldn't find me anywhere, I sighed in relief.

I came out from my hiding place and started walking towards the exit...wait! this is the same place where I hid, what the hell did I lose the way back NO! that doesn't make sense...how can this happen NO! NO! NO!

After-what felt like 2 hours-I stopped and sat there in defeat, I can't believe I lost my way back home, shit! Now...How am I supposed to go back from here?

In last I accepted my defeat, I looked at the tree, behind whom I was hiding before, I decided to climb on the tree to keep myself safe from wild animals, by chance if they came smelling my scent, who knows...I climbed up and sat down on tree branch, which was wide enough to fit my 5.9 inch and 60 kg body.

You all might be wondering why those hulks mfs were behind me, So the thing is...I'm a thief hehe and I maybe and maybe not, stole their 2 million won (1520.96 USD)...It's my job! I was just doing my job!...Huh! I'm so tired I want to sleep~

Without my knowing I gradually fall asleep, not knowing what will happen after waking up.

After Yaerim fell asleep on that tree, there was a leopard wandering around the forest, as it was dark already and perfect time for him to prey.

Suddenly he got a sniff of Yaerim's scent, his nostrils flared to see from where the scent was coming. Upon seeing Yaerim's sleeping figure, he carefully took vague steps towards Yaerim, not wanting his prey to become alert of his presence.

He slowly slowly climbed the banyan tree, which was not difficult for him, as he was master in climbing trees, and upon reaching the last point he was about to attack Yaerim, when suddenly a blue light came from nowhere and engulfed both Yaerim and that leopard in it.

Leopard tried to run away, but he was still a baby no more than three months old, so he couldn't. His mother was killed by a deer's horns accidentally, when she was hunting and from that time he himself haunts little animals like squirrels and rats to fill his stomach.

He looked towards his supposed prey and with great strength he reached till him, he was about to attack him again, when Yaerim turned sideways and hugged his little body in his warm embrace.

Little leopard was startled by it, but in no time he found himself accepting that warm embrace, his mother used to hug him like this but she was not there anymore...he snuggled more into Yaerim and the light carried them inside a dark hole.

From there, neither the leopard nor Yaerim knows about their upcoming future.

"Sir we're here" The driver said in a robotic voice. The man sitting on the back seat, glanced at his driver and grimaced, he hated it, not just hate, he loathed this technology! if it was in his hands, he could just make everything disappear, and maintain the same peaceful life that humans had in the past.

"Go back home and don't come to get me today, I'll be busy" He said in a rough voice. The robot was indifferent to this behaviour of his boss, not that he could feel anything, but they still had the power to sense the mood of their boss they were bought by, and this particular robot was now immune to his boss-more like owner's-hate for technology.

"...Yes sir..." The driver replied in the same robotic voice and went away, leaving his boss at the parking lot.

The boss turned around and went away towards his company...JJK Enterprises. He stared at his company's building with not a single smile on his face. He pulled out a cigarette from his coat's pocket, but then his gaze went on the person in front of him...His fiance.

The girl waved at him happily, he felt more annoyed 'fuck this! Can't I even have a smoke now!?' -he thought exasperated. "Hi Jk!...Here!" The girl called at him enthusiastically, behind her, stood her secretary with a blank face, not fond of him much.

The girl was no ordinary, she was also a well known CEO of one of the top fashion industries in the world, which was definitely not his taste whatsoever. He never had an ideal type, cause he never thought about dating let alone marriage, but then again nothing goes how we want, so here he was, now standing with his fist close, hugging his lovely fiance.

"Why didn't you answer my calls? Did you know how worried I was!? When I couldn't contact you I was dying from overthinking. I called Aunty and asked about you, she said you were gone on a trip to Basa?! Why did you go there!? I told you that the state is not good! There are those cheap people still living in the 21st century with their cheap ways ew!...Darling you are a well known CEO~ you understand what I'm trying to say right?"

The boss tightened his fist, his mind was burning with rage, how dare this girl try to control his way of living! And what right does she have to say what he should do and what not!?...But the boss didn't utter a word to his fiance, even when his tongue was begging to curse, he held that urge and bear with the moment.

"...I had a reason..." He blankly stated before he freed himself from his fiance and he went inside his company. The girl gritted her teeths and stomped his foot on the foreign substance made road, she turned around and slapped his secretary, who didn't say anything and stayed there as he was before...Indifferent.

"You said it was a good idea to meet him here! But look he again did that-that asshole!! What does he think of himself!? If he was not as handsome and wealthy as he is, I wouldn't have to be here bearing with this nonsense!!...Fuck you bastard! you son of a bitch!" The girl cursed her mind at her secretary before stomping her way to their waiting car 'a hypersonic flying car'.

Love can make you blind...even shameless, and the secretary was going his ways on this principle.

Yaerim opened his eyes and immediately started breathing heavily, he felt like the oxygen around him was suddenly washed out. Yaerim inhaled and exhaled a few times before he got adjusted to the new environment...Which he still didn't have any idea about.

After adjusting his breathing rate, he looked at his surroundings... Shock, that was the first thing Yaerim felt while looking at his surroundings. The surroundings were different from what he saw before falling asleep... wait a minute it was not just different, it was on a whole new level of difference! Everything around him was shining silver... No trees.

He clearly remembers falling asleep inside the forest on the banyan tree trunk, so how did he reach here? In this... box like thing? Suddenly Yaerim felt something beside him move, Yaerim jumped ahead in fright, and accidentally banged his head on the roof of that silver box. Yaerim groaned in pain, but then someone behind him meowed, Yaerim freezed on his spot.

No it was not real...could never dude! Tell him he was still asleep and it was just a dream! But sadly it was not a dream, because Yaerim could still feel the pain on his forehead. 'Meow!' Yaerim decided to be brave and see who was behind him, and then again, it couldn't be who he was thinking, right?... Right!!?

Unfortunately, it WAS the exact thing that Yaerim didn't want... A leopard's cub! All colour drained from Yaerim's face seeing the baby leopard meowing at him, honestly it would have been cute to Yaerim if it was in a Zoo, but at the moment it was nothing close to being cute.

Yes, the baby leopard was not an adult, but it was still a wild animal, who eats meat to fill his stomach! And here Yaerim was that meat. "Hey l-little one, how a-are you?" Yaerim blurted out whatever came into his mind, and when he became conscious of what he asked the angry leopard, he gulped 'stupid Yaerim, so stupid!' He scolded his past self in his mind.

He then looked at the angry baby leopard, and blinked severally. Fuck! His life would end today. Suddenly the baby leopard moved towards him to attack or so he thought. The baby leopard reached to him and licked his feets and Yaerim thought it was the end, so he prayed to God to forgive his sins and give him a peaceful life after death.

But on the contrary, the baby leopard rubbed his head on Yaerim's legs and looked at him, expecting Yaerim to embrace him like he did before. Sadly Yaerim didn't get him and moved back instead, scared.

Baby leopard looked at him Innocently, not understanding him, So baby Leo again rubbed his head on Yaerim's leg, and again looked at him expecting the same thing, and like before Yaerim again didn't get him and again moved backwards.

But this time the baby leopard, instead of rubbing his head on Yaerim's leg, he pushed Yaerim so his back touched the soft surface, which Yaerim wondered how? Weren't steel boxes supposed to have a hard surface or this box is an exception? He did study chemistry, but chemistry has so many exceptions, maybe this was one of them, who knows?

Yaerim was still wondering about the softness of the steel box, when the baby leopard jumped on him and hugged Yaerim with his little paws, before nuzzling him. Yaerim first was stunned, but he was also not a fool to not understand that the baby leopard was not meaning any harm, but seeking his warmth.

So he finally hugged the leopard baby back and patted his head lovingly. The baby leopard purred in delight. Yaerim always loved wild animals, especially big cats, he always felt a sense of relief seeing those big animals, running wildly behind their prey, and even after being so fierce, how loving they were to their family. Yaerim used to admire them, because he himself was a wild thief, running behind his prey, in his case, the money! But sadly he had no family to take care of... or to love him except his elder brother, who also went missing five years ago.

In this chaotic scene, Yaerim suddenly remembers his whereabouts. Now that he remembered, how did he even get here in the first place? Who took him here with this baby leopard? Was he kidnapped? Did those mfs find him on that tree and bring him here?!... If that's the case, then he has to hurry and free himself from here, before those mfs come to beat him... and the baby leo too.

Yaerim immediately stood up with (I'll call baby leopard as leo it feel weird to call him that in every line😅) leo, and looked around the steel box carefully. Now that he noticed, the box had two windows in circle shape, then Yaerim looked outside... nothing to look at, everything was dark. He sighed, there was nothing else that he could use to break the box and escape... Suddenly Leo squirmed in his hold, seeing this Yaerim try to calm him, but Leo jumped up from his hands and started scratching the steel box or so Yaerim thought it was.

Yaerim looked at Leo confused, what was he trying to do? And his question was answered immediately, the box had a green button. Certainly the leopard baby was smart... Yaerim sprung up from his sitting position, again banging his head in between, he hissed but didn't stop, and pushed the button. Suddenly the box started shaking, Leo and Yaerim both flinched and hugged each other tightly, closing their eyes.

Fuck! Did he fucked up!!?

The box's floor opened and both Leo and Yaerim fell down. They both screamed scared, I mean Yaerim screamed and Leo meowed loudly. They keep falling and falling or so they both thought, because they were still in the same position as they were before... Now flying.

Yaerim opened his eyes slowly after some time when he couldn't feel any hard surface beneath him. As soon as Yaerim opened his eyes, his eyes went wide... he was flying! He still felt like he was dreaming, so to check he pinched his arm hard... which obviously hurt like hell!

"Hey there can't you see there are still so many people in the line? Come on, we're waiting... You already took half an hour to get out of that box!... If you were this scared to jump, then why did you even go in the first place?!" Yaerim looked towards the voice to see a man flying in the air, Yaerim's heart stopped for a second, the man was not just flying, but his hands... there was smoke coming out of his hands!

Suddenly the man stretched his hand long, and held Yaerim's forearms before pulling him out of the playing room. Yes! Playing room, it was a playing room to explore flying by humans! But Yaerim didn't know about it, he was dazed seeing the impossible happening in front of him, first Leo, then the box, third flying and now this superhuman... Just what was going on!

"Were you out of your mind or what? Why did you stay in the box for half an hour? You could have been dead!" The same man scolded him, Yaerim was still not responding to him, but Leo was snarling in Yaerim's hand, he sensed a foreign scent from the man ahead and took it as danger. The man in front looked surprised, a leopard? Baby at that? Real?

"Is this really a leopard cub or a robot? It looked so real and it even snarled at me like a real leopard, wow! I'm impressed...Which company is this leopard robot? I also want to buy one, can you tell me?" The man asked Yaerim, who was already on the verge of losing his consciousness. "...H-help..." Yaerim whispered, but the man didn't get it.

"What company again?" "....G-ghost...?" Yaerim again whispered, his head spinning. "Which company?" The man again asked and leaned towards Yaerim a little to hear him clearly...wrong move, because... "HELP!! GHOST!!!" Yaerim screamed on top of his lungs in horror, before he lost his consciousness.

"Fuck! Who the hell screams like this?! I just asked you about the company, you didn't have to scream like this!! Ah! My ear, fuck!" The man complained while rubbing his ears. After some seconds, he noticed that the man in front of him had lost his consciousness, and his pet robot was snarling at him, still clinging to Yaerim's chest, Which amused him, because normally pet robots don't really snarl at humans... They are made that way, but this particular pet robot was something else....

Now that he remembered, this guy was not here in the line before...So how did he get inside the flying box?...The man shaked his head and decided to take the unconscious man to the hospital... and of course his pet robot too.... little did he know about upcoming troubles that he got himself into... accidentally.

Yaerim's pov.

I slowly opened my eyes, it was all blurry, I couldn't see properly, but I blinked my eyes and rubbed them to get a good view, and thank god I could finally look clear, but wait a minute... Where am I? It doesn't look like my home?

The place was all white, its ceilings, the floor and even the door and the mattress I was sitting on was white. I frowned my eyebrows... just where in the hell is this place?! And how did I even get here!?

Suddenly the door clicked open. I jumped up from my bed and punched the person who got inside, I can't take the chance to run away, if it's the same mfs, then I have to get away from here, I can't let them get me. After punching that mf, I ran for my life.

Outside the room, everything was black? I mean does this person who made this, loved black and white this much? Who the fuck made it's home like this!? All black and white?!!

Ignoring the colour combination, I decided to focus on my task and get away from here as soon as I can. There were two ways to go, both of them had stairs to go down. I was confused which one to take, and which one would take me to exit. I believed my gut feelings and took the right side of the staircase, which thanks to God, took me to exist.

"Hey! Stop right there!... Don't run!"

I looked towards the voice calling me, to see the same man who I punched before, guess he is not content by just one punch. I showed him my middle finger before running away from there, he could fuck himself of all i care.

Now that i noticed, this place was... Something else, There were gardens on both side of the roads, with some strange type of flower blooming from them. I looked up in the sky to see... Wires? What the hell?! Where in the hell the blue colour of the sky went? I could actually see the stars clearly, mind you it was day! Now that I noticed this place was not what I knew, it was something that I always saw in sci-fi movies.

Did I time travel? Or what?

Honestly, this does seem true, I mean looking at the cars that were running on the road, they were different and more developed from my... time? Their speed and structure was totally like what was shown in 'man in black movie' don't mind me, I'm a hard core fan of sci-fi movies!

Ignoring these possibilities, I decided to continue my mission. After walking for like half an hour, I finally found a place to sit. It looked like a convenience store, but whatever, I needed a place to sit and it was perfect. I sat down and took a deep breath. Just when I thought I was ok, I felt someone licked my feets, I yelped, startled and jumped to run, but when I saw who it was, I could finally breathe.

It was that baby leopard from before, I think he followed me here... Did they also kidnap him?

Not wanting to beat my head more, I picked up the baby leopard, and softly patted his head... it was soft wow! The baby leopard purred snuggling more into my warmness. "Is it your robot? It looks so real!" A girl sat beside me and asked, I frowned my eyebrows, what robot?

"No it's real!" I firmly stated, what's with these people telling this living animal robot?... Wait, that man before, he also asked me this same question, now that I think about it, this place... really doesn't look like my world, just where am I?

"Oh really! But how could it be possible? Leopard extinction is way back four hundred years ago?... You are joking... Right?" At this, I finally looked at her to see a beautiful girl looking at me with curious eyes, I mean at leo, she was so beautiful with her plump lips to her green eyes and she even had a mole below her lower lips... My kink! Her eyes were doe, if I describe her in one word... SHE WAS SO CUTE!!

"No, he is real... by the way what year is this?" I decided to be a little sensible and try to find the situation I was in, if it's really the future then... It's my chance to be rich hehe, I smirked at my thoughts. "Don't you even know the year? Seriously... 12/03/5033 and why are they lying to me?" I had my eyes widen...FUCK!! DID I REALLY TRAVELLED IN TIME?!!

Wait wait, there really is a misunderstanding, how could it be? I was just sleeping on that damn tree and woke up in that damn box... So that means that box was a time machine? Those fucker had time machine and they didn't even knew? Dumbasses! And that man? Was he a robot? God! And I thought he was a ghost huh!

Stupid Yaerim, so stupid!

"Lisa, come we're leaving" Suddenly someone called the girl, she looked at the person and her eyes lightened, she ran to him and kissed him hard. My heartache seeing a beautiful girl kissing that monkey leaving this honey here, guess this girl has hypermetropia, poor girl, her beauty is wasted on that monkey.

"My bad... It's ok Yaerim, there are so many fishes in the sea, and not to mention I'm the big bee" I whispered to myself, the girl went away with her boyfriend (monkey) and I just stayed seated.

My mind as well as my situation, all were a mess completely, I couldn't think straight, I just wanted to go back to my home after escaping from those bastard mfs, but see what I got myself into, my brother was right, I'm too small for that shit!

"Hey you! I told you not to run away but you still did!... Are you out of your mind?! If the police find out you were unconscious in my flying box, my job will be kissing the floor!" The same man from before, suddenly attacked me, catching my arms so I wouldn't run away.

Leo snarled at the man and i copy leo and bared my-not so white-teeths at the man "LEAVE ME YOU FUCKER, I DIDN'T STOLE ANYTHING FROM YOU SO WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING ME!?" I shouted on top of my lungs, suddenly leo jumped out of my lap and... CHOMPED THE MAN'S ASS!...WTF LMAO!!!

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! My ass... HELP THIS ROB-AH OUCH!! LEAVE MY ASS AHHH!!!" I winked at Leo, and to my surprise he blinked at me two times back, great! After Leo was content, he left the man's poor ass and ran to me. I hurriedly picked him up and we both ran from there, leaving that chomped man on the gates of that shabby convenience store.

I now have an idea about this place, I just have to find a way to get out of here... Not before exploring this world, and for that I have to find someone who can help me in understanding this... Future world.
