Luke an introvert person is newly transferred to a new school due to family problems.

He is having a hard time adapting to the new environment. He finds it hard to make new friends.

Due to his quite personality not many people approach him and the one that approach him just try to take advantage of him since his grades are the best of the school.

He really hates to go to school, so he asked his parents to consider him taking online school. But his parents are a bit worried him taking online school in feared of him completely shut off to the outside world.

They try multiple approach to him and try to convince him to give another try. They promise him that if he doesn't steel like to go to school and wanted to go to online classes instead after the term is over they'll let him do what he wanted.

It's a Monday morning and Luke wake up and look at his clock, shouting"I can't believe it's already past eight o'clock, I'm sure going to be late" He quickly dressed up and went straight to his school.

As he rushes to get to school he accidentally knocked over to a person walking in front of him. He quickly apologizes to him and since it's almost past the school bell the both rushed towards the school.

Just before the school bell rang they both arrive, and they sigh in relief. They both say in sync"What a day". After to which laughing following.

It's the first period and Luke sit on the front seat and taking out his papers and notebook as he usually does. He suddenly hears some shouting, "Ah! Aren't you the person from the morning" as he approached near him"What a coincidence, it must be a fate". He sits near him and said,"My name's Chris and let's be a friend from now on" with a big smile on his face. "My name's Luke, looking forward to being friends with you" said Luke with a shy but happy voice.

The school is over and Luke is heading back to his home. As he reaches his home, unlike the other day his face glows and his parents notice it. They simply giggle and thought that something good might be happening to their son.

During dinner, his parents asked him about his school and Luke told his parents what happened at the school that day. Luke's parents are relieved to hear their son has finally had friends, and they love to see their son's face glowing when he talks about him having fun with friends.

They told him that they don't really mind him hanging out with his friend after school before dinner, and they would love to see his friend, so he could invite him over some time too. Luke blushes and said that they stat to began beings friends from just that day, and it's still far too early to invite him over. He simply said that he would sure to invite him over when they become closer.

While being happy for their son, they're worried the same time too because their son is kind of naive and is very easy to be taken advantages of. They hope that their son friend would really see him as a friend

It's a new day and Luke is ready to go to school. As he heads out from the house, his mother shouted"Dear, you forgot your lunch". Luke rushed to his mother to get his lunch and goes straight to school.

"Phew, I'm 40 minutes early" said Luke as he reached school. Then he waits patiently for his friend Chris in front of their classrooms.

At last, Chris arrives just before the bell rang. He breathed heavily, and after he catches his breath, he thanked Luke for waiting him patiently, and he told Luke that he don't need to wait for him like that even when Luke said he wanted to.

The first class began, and the students are murmuring. The teachers arrive and ask the students that he would collect their assignments paper the next day. Chris immediately knew that he is screw as he had already forgotten about it and haven't written a single word.

Then he saw Luke and remember that Luke is a smart student and one of the top in their class, so he decided to ask him to help him. Luke immediately agree to help him but as there is only this night left, they decided to have a sleepover at Luke's place.

Luke is very happy to have his friends coming over to his home for the first time. He tells his parents and his parents seems to agree as well.

His parents wanted to have a warm welcome for their son's friend, so the get off early from their works and prepare a delicious dinner.

They waited patiently for their son and his friend to arrive. While waiting for them, they talked about how happy they are for their only son to have a friend.

Finally, Luke and his friend Chris arrive. Luke's parents welcome him and tell him to feel comfortable. At dinner Luke told his parents the purpose for his friends to come over, and they told him that they would also help him if they are of any use.

Chris looks at the loving family and said"It'll be very fun to have a family like this" in kind of sad voice. Luke's parents kind of understand what Chris is saying, but they didn't asked him anything as they thought that he would feel uncomfortable.

After dinner, Luke and Chris help in doing the dishes and after that Luke helps Chris in his assignment. After finishing the assignment they both head to the beds.

Luke looks at Chris and said," I wished you could come again more often" to which Chris replies"I would love to come more often ".

They both chat for a long time and ask each liking and hobbies. Luke is amazed in hearing that Chris love to sing and write song. He asked Chris to sing him what he writes . Chris giggles gently and said that he would of course sings him a song that he writes when he finished it.
