sorry I got off track so this is about how the government itself is sus asf so in my au UA is a hero school that specializes in making pro heros however the school is a government school for goventmonet jobs CIA,military, nsa,ect yk them

The school is just mainly known for heroes(not just hero's with quirks) being born from their but people without quirks too.

the sandbags and log weigh up to around
the first one they did was the high hurdles there were 6 in total to go over it was in an open space, so they had room to run and jump
everyone did well on this one
on the next one the balance beam
everyone took turns one at a time watching each others
they all also did well, although there were quite a few wobbles and nervousness
small things like this are taken into account in tests like these
on the next one it was over/under
this is to test their speed in general (btw this is without their quirks they aren't allowed to use them)
some struggled with this as it was hard to be agile in case they knock into the bars
but most of them did well
the next one is sandbag carry

now class these sandbags weigh 40 kg if you struggle to carry it then drop it and let the next person go if you can carry it with ease then whilst carrying it do lunges up and down the room once
everyone could carry it although when they got to going down while carrying it they lost balance and either dropped the bag or fell with It's and the other carried it on their shoulders while doing lunges with ease but a bit of struggle
the students who couldn't do it were

the others were able to do well

all you have to so is run up to the logs make sure the log that weighs 40 kg is secured to you and make your way back here as fast as you can while maintaining balance and safety to the log in other words that log is a civilian

and you need to save them and carry them
again the results were the Same as the last
they managed to carry and lift the log, but the timings were slow as the added weight was too heavy for them due to there muscle being weak and untrained they weren't strong enough

now the last task is the monkey bars
this is to test their grip strength to see whether they can hold onto something with different type of texture for periods of time without falling and letting go
each of the bars on the monkey bars had a different texture, on hot one cold, wet, slimy, dry, icy, fluffy,
They did ok but because of the textures they weren't used to they ended up letting go or barley finishing it cause it felt weird some passed tho such as
