Episode 1
Leila and her husband, Leon, weren’t on the best terms.
She couldn’t love him the way she loved her deceased lover, so they always fought.
Despite that, he was always there for her. No matter what occasions, breakdowns, and nightmares, he was there through it all.
On their third year of marriage, Leila began to let go of her past love and developed feelings for Leon.
All she knew was that she was on her way home with a bouquet of his favorite kind of flowers, sunflowers, but she never made it home.

Her eyes wandered around the room. She was at the hospital and her eyes landed on a bouquet of sunflowers on her lap.

It was cut short, she hadn’t cut her hair like this since they last year of high school.
The door opened, revealing her father.

He sat on the chair beside her bed.

She was clutching onto her phone, sobbing as she heard his voice on loud speakers.

A few days have passed since then. Leila couldn’t get used to seeing Dorian alive.

She never knew why he stuck by her side or even why he loved her.

She remembered when this business party happened, a list of rich and influential families gathered together to form connections. However, she skipped out to meet with her friends which disappointed her father.
At school, she couldn’t really get close to Leon. They had no reason to talk and he had a bodyguard with him all the time. They only played a game of catching each other’s eyes which often led to Leila’s cheeks reddening.
Was it her teenage hormones causing her to act childish? She wondered.
