Vampire Hunt
Episode 1
Narrator
This is the story of a girl code named Scarlett. She is a vampire Hunter in training and she’s currently trying to track her friend that had been last seen with a vampire.
Scarlett
“I’m in the forest where she was last spotted.” I spoke into my comm that headquarters had made me bring when I’d first set out.
HeadQuarters (Comm)
“Just make sure you don’t get caught by other vampires in the area.”
Scarlett
“ I won’t,” I respond back into the comm, “Just give me my orders.”
HeadQuarters (Comm)
“ We put you in the forest near your friends last known location, you should be able to follow her scent for some distance but then you’ll have to manually track them down from there.”
Scarlett
“Got it.” I respond as I put my comm away and start trying to find the scent HQ talked about.
Narrator
Scarlett then flinches because she hears a crunch behind her, she turns and sees John. A dhampir who is 16 years old and is known to be incredibly sadistic and cruel.
Narrator
Scarlett then goes into a defensive position and readies her shotgun filled with silver bullets
Scarlett
“Drop it!” I shout as I aim my shot gun at him
John
* he drops his knife and walks toward you with his hands up*
Scarlett
“Who the hell are you?” I ask
John
“My name is John, I’m a Dhampir.” I say in a low growl
Scarlett
“And you look around 16,” I finish for him, “ How did you get a job killing people?”
John
I’m a lot more powerful than I look, now drop your weapon.” I command
Scarlett
“How did you get this kind of job?” I asked again, not dropping my weapon.
John
“I’m part of a group of special children that the vampires use to clean up their own messes. I volunteered.”
Narrator
Scarlett realizing what that means starts to back away with her weapon still aimed at John
Scarlett
“S-stay away!!” I stuttered out as I tried to back away
Scarlett
“What do you want? I asked again after I regain my composure
John
“I want to talk to you, about your friend.”
Scarlett
"About my friend? She's missing you know!" I laugh nervously.
John
No she's not, she's probably sleeping right now." I say as I walk closer to her, "We need to talk about her."
Scarlett
"How can you prove to me that we're talking about the same person then." I say trying to get some validity towards John's words.
John
"Fine, she always used to say she looked more powerful than all her opponents me included. "
Narrator
Scarlett stands there silent and shocked that this vampire knew this about her friend.
Scarlett
I clear my head before speaking. "Alright..." I say as I step back, "But I thought you said she was a lot more powerful than even you looked, so how do you know her then?"
John
"She is more powerful than she looks, she's my boss." I says as I reveal a flash of silver and stake her close to the heart.
Narrator
John then sends Scarlett hurtling into a tree and she blacks out.
