Serenity's POV

I'm looking outside of the window trying to calm my heart it can't stop beating I don't even know why I feel so nervous.

I tried to search for my phone

I want to contact Jared I wanna know if he's fine or I wanna tell him this bad feeling I have.

I reach out for my phone then it suddenly rings.

"Hello is this Jared Fiance?"

my heart can't stop beating so hard

"Yes it is me why? Can you please pass the phone to him" i said muttering

"I'm sorry miss but he's in the Gregory Hospital please go here immediately we need am approval for operation we can't contact his parents." the nurse said

I immediately go to the Hospital wishing that he's pranking me and wants to suprise me

But...

All I saw was a body of Jared full of scars and his head is bleeding even though he's alive I can also feel the pain by just looking at him.

"JARED! BABY! I'M HERE! WAKE UP PLEASE!" I screamed so hard while wiping my tears

"Miss please calm down sign this so we can start the operation." a female voice said I look at who's talking

"I'll sign it please start the operation now." I said while wiping my tears

The operation was getting ready here I am praying that the operation will be fine

I recalled the memories we have. Those memories made me felt so down... I can't live without him. He is my savior afterall. As I think about the memories I walk at the corridor while crying

While walking to the corridor I bumped my head at a very masculine chest

I saw a handsome guy who I think is in my age he is wearing a coat it made me think that he's a doctor

"I'm sorry please pardon me." I said while wiping my tears

"It's not good for a beautiful lady to cry" the doctor said while patting my head

He gave me his handkerchief

"Thank you what is your name?" I said to him

"It's Ja--"

a voice interrupted

"Dr. we need to start the operation right now."

He ran to the operation room

it made me think if he's the surgeon of my fiance

"he's a nice guy but for me jared is the nicest" I said smiling at the air

I go to the nearest store so that I can buy Jared necessities and I also bought some foods since I'm so hungry

while walking I saw a park...

It reminds me the first time I saw Jared

The memories of how he save me from the misery

meeting him not only gave a good impact he also made me a better person.

After all when the world turn their backs at us... We still rock everything and instead of feeling down.. We cheer each other up

Serenity's POV

I came back at the hospital.. The operation was finished. I'm just waiting for him to wake up from his coma.

"Baby do you remember when we're at the park. The first time you said that you like me and do you also remember the sweet kiss we shared at the ferris wheel. That same ferris wheel is the area where you propose to me. Everything was simple but it's important at our hearts." I said to him while brushing his blonde hair with my hand.

I wipe my tears and clap my hands

"When you wake up make sure you remember everything if not then... I'll be.. angry! Right! I'll be angry!" I said crying while trying to smile.

I keep talking to him even though he'll not answer me.

I started singing the lullaby I composed for him

"Sleep tight my baby everything will be fine.... Tomorrow is a new day so wake up. Your brilliant smile after the sunrise is what I missed."

"See baby I'm so talented!" While trying not to cry

~knock knock knock~

I open the door and I saw the guy I bumped earlier.

"Hi Miss we meet again I'm Jack the doctor that's assigned for Mr. Jared." He said smiling

"Nice to meet you again doctor, can you please say when will Jared wake up."

"We're not sure about that everything now is going to be the responsibility of Mr. Jared. You know he'll wake up if he have a will, but just like what other people said he'll have an amnesia and who knows if he'll regained his memories." He said shrugging his shoulder.

I was stunned..

What if he will not wake up or what if he wake up but can't remember me.

What will happen to me, Us.

Everything will go back to zero

Dr. Jack started examining Jared

"I'll be back later and don't lose hope." He said then pat my shoulder

I'm feeling drained so I decided to sleep at the couch

Dr. Jack's POV

I came back at the room of my patient Mr. Jared

I felt pity for him and his fiance

I'm looking at his vegetative state then I started examining him.

I look over to the couch then I saw his fiance.

She's actually looking pretty her blue eyes shines so brightly you can see how she loves her fiance. Her brown hair is covering her innocent face but it can't hide how beautiful she is.

I look at the way of Mr. Jared

"Damn you're a lucky bastard you got a girl that loves you so much. I remember when we tried to contact your family but they ain't answering only your fiance answer the phone. You need to wake up as you can see your fiance is trying her best waiting for you to wake up. while me I don't even have a real friend." I said to Jared now that I think about it I scolded a comatose patient I must be nuts.

"Well I can be your friend." I heard a voice behind my back

I saw Serenity smiling at me.

"Ah Eh? You're awake?" I said nervous I remembered how I look at her and how I scolded her fiance

"Your voice is too loud you know." She said giggling

"What did you heard?" I said as I felt cold sweat

"I only heard you saying that you don't have friends." She said while smiling

I blushed and suddenly hugged her

Serenity's POV

I felt his hugged to me I'm currently in shock

"you're hugging me so tight Jack." I said trying to compose myself

"I'm sorry I really am It's just... It's the first time someone ask me to be their friend." he said blushing

I was shocked because he looks so good I can't believe that he don't have friends

Jack leaves the room

What comes in my mind why did I made friends with him

"Maybe because of pity he looks like a cute little puppy when he's saying he don't have friend." I said trying to find excuses

Maybe it's not that bad. I also need friends while waiting for Jared to wake up

"Babe I made friends with the doctor he's a nice guy but don't forget that I only love someone likes you I'll never cheat to you okay so when you wake up don't be jealous." I said smiling

"Baby don't give up on me no matter what happens okay?" Jared said as he smile

"I'll always love you... Let's fight together.. Take my hand let's face everything together" he said reaching his hands to me

I almost reach out to his hand when suddenly his smile became cold, his eyes are so fierce as if he wants to kill me suddenly a black shadow grabs him away from me

I was frozen at the moment then Jared looks at me

his deadly aura from before became a soft aura that touches my heart

"Baby help me" he said while tears fell at his cheeks

The shadow grab him away from me

I ran so fast towards him but the shadow is much faster than me

"Where are you taking him! Let go of him! He's mine give him back to me!" I said screaming

I was awaken by the sound of a guy

"Hey?! are you alright?"

I saw Dr. Jack with his face covered with concern

"I'm scared Jack!" I said sobbing

"Why what happened?" he said

"I'm scared that Jared will give up and suddenly leave me.. He's miserable I saw it on my dream.. He said thag I should never give up." I said uncontrollably sobbing

"If you truly love him. This kind of challenge you can overcome it afterall as I observed he's trying to fight his comma for you." he said looking at my eyes

"So you mean.. my fiance is doing better now?" I said smiling

"Yes, we just need to wait for his returned who knows maybe tomorrow he'll be awake"

I smiled at him

" I hope when he wakes up he'll still remember me." I said

~knock~knock~knock~

"Doctor the patient from room 202 needs you right now." the nurse said as she entered the room

"Assistant Claire kindly wait outside. So, I will go now take care of him. Please continue talking to him that will be good for his condition."

Jack POV

(While walking at the corridor)

"Doc I think your interested to that girl." my assistant said

BTW her name is Claire when we're in public I call her Assistant Claire and she calls me Doc but when we're in private we just call each other's name.

She's a colleague but I don't consider as a friend. For me she's sticking with me because of some hidden agenda. Just like what I said to Serenity I don't have friends only her.

It's hard for me to show that I care but the truth is I don't.

This perfect guy image they thought? Well that's not me.

Its hard to be plastic to people. I have a major trust issues

But... I don't know why I trusted Serenity easily.

She is like a magnet of charms

"hey are you joking? hahaha anyways dont joke like that she have a fiance. You know stealing somebody else is bad." I said to Claire while laughing

"I really hope what I'm observing is a joke I still remember you crying in the club because a girl dump you. It's hard to take care of your mess so take care of yourself." she said while scratching her head

"Stop your gossiping about my life should I give you more work Assistant Claire?"

"Hey! Don't you dare pull the I'm-higher-than-you card! You're my boss then you don't show sympathy to me? I'm your colleague and your friend since middle school have sympathy on me! I don't have a love life because of how stressful this job is!" she said while making stupid faces

"You're so noisy let's just go to the room you said earlier."
