There was a man sitting in the corner chair, he got up his hands in his pockets. He walked to the counter, and tapped his fingers to get my attention. I jumped slightly, I turned around to see him, he's very tall, the hell?

He chuckled once he saw my piercings. "I'd like a black coffee." He smirked and walked back away. Before I responded, he sat back down. I scoffed and started making it. "Hey! Would you like latte art? I mean..." I realized that latte art has creamer in it. Not only that, but I heard him chuckle lowly. "No, thank you though." He ran his hand through his hair. "Mk." I responded nonchalantly. Since this was an old school café, I brought his coffee to him, in which I tripped...and spilled it on him.

"Oh... Uhm..." I paused blankly, panicking. "Shit..." He muttered and looked up at me, due to him sitting, he glared up at me, I felt my heart drop to my stomach. I glanced away. "s… Sir…uhh…. I'm so sorry! I..I tripped!" I bowed my head and grabbed the cloth on my shoulder and started patting him off with the towel. He chuckled in his deep voice. "Don't worry." He smiled and pet my head.

" I…I'll make you another coffee, for free!" I looked up from my bowed head, my piercings jangling. "I'd like that, thank you." He smiled. Why is he so kind? What the... Hell? I left the towel on him, and walked back to the counter. And made him another one, for free, as requested. I made him another one, without spilling it. "H… Here, you go. Sir..." I said softly, setting the coffee on the table.

"Thank you, I'm glad you're a fast worker, I have to babysit someone's kid. What was the father's name…? Ah, Rex. That was the father's name." I paused, and laughed nervously.

"I'm sorry? S-say that again?" He tilted his head and laughed lowly. "I said Rex." I pointed to myself. My eyes widening slightly. "Uhm... You're the guy I called to babysit my kid?" He paused and chuckled.

"Well, I didn't think I'd meet you here, in person." He smiled. His head still tilted. "I didn't think so either..." I mumbled. "I didn't think the father would be littered with tattoo's and piercings." He smirked.

"Yeah... I like them though." Ii turned away, laughing nervously. "I like them too, they're cute." I shot my head back when he said that. C-Cute!? I thought they were cool!? I kept a straight face, and sighed. "Thanks. I think they're cute too." I crossed my arms. "I think they look great on you." He smiled. How is this man so clueless? What the fuck? "Well, shouldn't you be babysitting my kid right now?" I scoffed, he didn't even frown, he just kept smiling.
