"Sigh, I hate father" I sat on a chair while holding my tea cup and glaring at my father's picture in the wall "why do you hate him?" "Leila he's overprotective, and he even assigned someone who I don't like, without even asking me" Leila my best friend, and the daughter of the house of Evenlon. "Who's the man?" "Xavier Hudson, a psychopath killer" I put down my tea cup and stare at my shock best friend, and her mouth wide open. "Oh My God, Xavier? He is so handsome Adelle, every woman in these country wants him, and I want to know why do you hate him?"

I stand up and put both of my hand in my waist "who would like a man who keeps annoying you?" I fist my clench and said "The worst part is, I hate him because he saw me doing something bad and really awful Leila" Leila sat in her chair while narrowing her eyes at me "Sh!t Adelle, don't tell me he's the man you're referring to?" Leila laughs while rubbing her eyes and shaking her head "You're just embarrassed because he saw you doing something in your bed, why hate him because of that reason" "Not that one, every time I see him, I could see the scowl on his face, and he's smirking not even acknowledging me, he is shameless Leila, he keeps reminding me of what happened that time" "Well who wouldn't forget that" I glare at Leila and sat back in my chair while gripping the handle and suddenly there's a knock on the door.

"Princess, the king wants to see you" I sighed heavily since I have no choice "He's here Adelle" "It's time to act all mighty and strong, I have no other choice" I stand up and walk towards the door "Forget it Leila, move on" "Alright I'll try, but I have an idea" Leila abruptly stand in her chair while staring at me "what is it?" "You see I don't want him near me, so what if I'll try to annoy him, seduce him so it will reach to the point that my father will get rid of him" Leila was shock at my idea and said "I like your idea, but that's dangerous, what if you'll give in?" I suddenly felt a rush of happiness "I won't, I hate him!" Leila sighed and open the door while smirking "Let's see about that, let's go princess" I roll my eyes and walk towards her "Whose side are you Leila, you're confusing me" Leila just laughs while humming.

After a few minutes, I'm standing in front of the huge door and my heartbeat is a little fast "Don't be nervous" I told myself, the door opens revealing my father sitting in the center and of course him sitting at the opposite chair "Father, what is it?" "Come here child, meet Xavier Hudson" I look at him, and regretted it, "I haven't seen him in a year, and why does it feel like he's even more handsome than before" I told myself and snapped back to reality "Why is he here?" "My child I want him to look after you, I don't want you to be hurt anymore and be at danger" I sigh and sat in front of Xavier Hudson, the man who looks intimidating, women who are dying at his looks, I can't deny that, he's handsome and have a kissable lip... I scoff at myself "What's wrong child?" "There's nothing wrong father, I want to ask if it's okay for him" I look at him, and he keeps staring at me not looking away, I felt so small and goosebumps are striking on my skin, as if he's staring at his prey and want to devour it immediately and mark it"Xavier agreed, and I'm pleased he has no other objections, right?" He chuckles, and he looks at my father "There's nothing wrong with that Adrian, as long as I gets whatever I want" Did he just address my father not as a king and what does he mean he gets whatever he wants, I frowned and glares at him "How dare you disrespect my father by addressing him in rude manner" I stand up and slammed the table "Adelle, sit down!" I'm completely shock, my father tolerate this kind of treatment? "I'm not sitting down until he apologize to you" my father look and his fist are clenching, and I know it's not a good sign "What did I say Adelle?" His voice is so dark that it scares me "B-but father..." "Adelle don't test my patience, you don't want that to happen right?" So he's literally reminding me of that, I thought he changed, but he didn't I blink my eyes and looked away "You're not going to that right?" I stop myself from trembling because I won't let him see that I'm afraid of him "I'll apologize if that's what the princess wants" I really hate him, and his sarcastic remarks. "I apologize because I'm disrespectful, King Roseville" He's not looking at my father while apologizing, he is looking at me intensely and that made my breath hitch and my skin burns. "It's alright, it's all settled down" my father said while fisting his fist, and I'm getting nervous not because I'm afraid of my Father, I don't know even know the reason why.

My father left the room leaving both of us here staring at each other "What do you want? And what do you mean you get whatever you want?" he smirks and stand in front of me, and he suddenly lean down, I could smell him from this distance his addicting minty breath, "You see princess, I found something very interesting that I want to get a hold of" I grip the handle of my chair while looking at him “What is it the throne?" I scoff and glared at him "No, the throne is too easy to hunt" he said "Then what is it, are you afraid to say it?" I tempt him, but he only chuckles darkly, and I'm trembling because of anger and whatever that feeling “I want her, she's a delicious prey to catch" He smirks, and his answer made my mind wonder if who he is referring to "Why her and who were you referring to Xavier?" he stopped smirking and he suddenly grip my waist and pull me towards him, and he whispered "She's hard to catch, and I want to catch her myself, because I saw her once doing that, she's having a hard time to finish herself up" I gulp and stared at him wide eyes and smirks, If he wants this I could play his game "I could make myself org@sm without your help, I could even seek for another man to help me reach it, right?" I yelp when he suddenly grab my waist and put me in the table while his other hand is gripping my inner thigh, "You are mine, remember that Adelle, no other man is allowed to touch you, understand?" he said in a dark tone that sent a tingling sensation all over my body, I tried to push him but he's not moving at all, so I stay still and said "Let me remind you, I'm not yours Xavier, I won't let you control me, and I can do whatever I want, so get away from me, and dream on touching me Xavier." I push him and walk away leaving him there, staring at my back, How dare he claim me and even touch me.
