It was supposed to be a stupid old game. Who would have known that the game we found in an abandoned house would have been haunted. Okay so now when I am saying it loud it sounds crazy but that is what happened not exactly but something like that and now we are stuck here. I only remember the part before we found the book because that is the only normal thing happened so far………

Chapter 1

It was the last day of school before the spring holidays and there was this excitement in air except at one corner “the corner of the nerds”. But I didn’t let that spoil my spirit because it was the last day and no one could stop me not even the principal because I had my two best friends by my side maya and jonathan. We had so many pranks up our sleeves that like lead us to detention. We had this crazy sign language that we prepared during the last break which helped us a lot, and by no time we were able to make a plan to go visit the abandoned haunted house.( yeah yeah the house I told you about) so where was I……. right the abandoned house. So the plan was we wait for the detention to get over. Yeah I know kind of boring so why don’t you imagine this we waited for the teacher to get distracted then without making a sound we started walking and jonathan farted so loud we ran back to our chairs controlling our laughter and squeezing our noises tight so we don’t faint. After a couple of minutes we tried it again but without all the laughter and farting we reached the window and tried to open it luckily maya always carries a pin in her hair and has kinda done amastery in opening locks she was easily able to open the window without making a sound and then we jumped out of the window but jonathan got stuck ( not like he is fat or something…. Its just that he carries this huge bag filled with food so that got stuck ) so we managed to take him out without any sounds jumped on our bikes and went to that house. And like that boom! Detention over but without doing all that stuff.

So we all went out and as planned messaged our parents that we will be late cause we are in detention (like always) and headed to the abandoned house. We had a race to that place and like always I won. We parked our bikes and went inside it was pitch dark we couldn’t even see our own hands. Jonathan used his brain and switched on her torch from the mobile and you wouldn’t believe what we saw next. The place was full of bones and skulls(just kidding) there was actually the game kept at a very high platform and to reach there we had to walk through 299 stairs and how I know that it’s because jonathan counted all the steps. And there it was......... the sacred game
