Tomorrow was "The Singles Ball" an extravagant gala where werewolves find their mates. Though I'm not a werewolf it's possible that I might be a werewolf's mate.

Though I'm pretty sure.I'm going to wear it on my disguise too.

I woke up early the next morning, knowing Kate would be livid if I was late for hair and makeup. if your wondering why don't I use my magic. I try not to use my magic for everything. Because it is said that if you use magic for everything. You lose your train of thought and use magic for walking, eating, maybe even showering. Great witches and wizards have all gone delusional using magic for everything. So that's why I avoid using magic for everything.

I called Katelynn at 6:30 because our hair appointment is at 7 and makeup at 8.

We both laughed together. Then I said, " Ok come on let's go "

"Yeah let's go!" She shouted

I'm pretty sure she woke up some people.

"Ok just wait a second" I said as I checked my surroundings to make sure No one was looking then flicked my hand going back into disguise

"That is so cool! " she shouted again " I wish I could do that! "

This time not as loud

"Heh let's go now" I said as we hoped into my lamborghini.

At The Ball ~*~*~*~*~

When I was all the ball boys stared at me with lust. And women shooting daggers at me.

I said to Kate " Hey have you found your mate yet? "

"No" she said with sadness

"Its okay" I said " The night is still young"

Her smiled filled with sadness, "Yeah your right!" Her mood brighten up instantly

"I'm just going to go to the bath room for a little bit " I said

I actually didn't have to go to the bathroom. I just wanted some privacy for a bit. After five minutes I came out. Kate ran over to me and said

Every girl was throwing herself on him. Everything felt like I was in slow motion when suddenly his head snapped in my direction. And our eyes met. Every girl in under a second was in my direction trying to be his mate. Waving their arms and shouting.

As he made his way through the crowd I realized something," F*ck I have a mate. A werewolf mate. Why! Moon goddess! Why!

I know i said if I have a werewolf mate. It's all gods plan. But why! Tsk! I said in my head. As people made a path for him in under a millisecond. He was holding my waist and said very loudly "MINE!" Girls gasped and men groaned. I glared at him as I pushed him away using my magic. He chuckled, " a witch huh? Now what are you doing at a werewolf ball?" I answered quite confidently, "accompanying a friend!"

"Vivian!" He said which surprised me. She was my apprentice despite being just two years younger than me. My parents adopted her in when I was just six, she four.

I was practicing magic at the time and she said she wanted to learn it too. So I taught her what I knew. Her magic potential was quite large to my surprise. Soon she became my apprentice. And even started calling me master while I insisted she not. I smirked Dakota noticed he even said, " Why are you smirking this is Vivian Campbell. The second best witch in the world. Adopted sister of the number one witch in the world and apprentice, Coral Campbell! " I was dying of laughter inside because it was so ironic. But I made good poker face and continued to smirk. Even Kate put her hands over her mouth to stop herself from laughing. As Vivian made it in front of Dakota. I whispered a barely audible, "Hey Vivi" Vivians eye's widened. She instantly dropped to the floor and said, "Master!"

Confused people explainers: Vivi is short for Vivian but only Coral calls her that

That's how she knows that's her sister even when She was in disguise

" I was suspecting you. " I said rather calmly " That's why as soon as I felt your magic aura I switched my real body for a clone" " That's what I was doing in the bathroom.
