It was pretty hard locating Gath high since Belinda came from a different state and thus it was her first time to travel to silver state where the school was located.She was excited and nervous at the same time after bidding farewell to her boyfriend she drove off to face her new station her new coworkers and new students.she had to ask for directions from different people and it was not helping much she lost her way and after several attempts she was about to give up .She packed by the roadside but just as she was about to alight she heard a tap on her the car window looking up she saw a tall well built man looking down at her.She was a bit scared but composed herself and rolled down the window and said hi after summoning enough courage she stepped out and explained her situation to the guy .He offered to help her locate her new school in exchange for a ride to the nearest motel to which she agreed .She breathed a sigh of relief and drove off with him seated next to her on the passager seat .They started conversing about the landscape and ended up talking about the weather .Belinda remembered that she had not asked him his name it felt awkward and just like he could read her mind he said" Damon is my name yours?," She almost veered off the road and her heart was beating wildly" wo wo!! "Steady easy" he said as she struggled to control the car "mmmine is Belinda sor_rry" she said.She had heard stories of people from silver state who had exceptional powers ,people who could read minds n now she looked at him cautiously n tried to block all thoughts from her mind and focus on the road instead. In between driving and thinking she stole glances at Damon who looked pre occupied looking intently at the landscape.She noticed the he had exceptionally beautiful blue eyes that were very bright almost intimidating he was well built with blonde short hair and a slight beard .His nose was sharp beautifully formed ,his skin was silky smooth and a bit pale .In her mind she envisioned angels and couldn't help but think that he could actually be one or something else something out of this world.She was brought out of her reverie by a chuckle from Damon as he tried to point out that they had arrived at Gath .He went ahead to explain that the motel was two kilometres ahead .Belinda stopped the car briefly near the gate tried to peer inside but could only catch a glimpse of the parking lot so she drove on heading to the motel. The road ahead looked livelier with apartments and shops dotting the entire area she looked at the houses and hoped that she would settle in one of them "Looking for a house?" Damon asked. "Yeah probably in the course of this month" He offered to help she was a bit apprehensive but agreed since he was so persuasive
