The way I thought life was supposed to be, is very different from the life I'm living right now.

As a child I always thought, when I would be a legal adult, I would relax, work, and enjoy everything one near me. I'd have lots of friends and would live a life of comfort.

But as I grew up, graduated from the best university, got a good job and was surrounded by billions of people, hearing and interpreting each and every syllable from human life, hundreds of people living in the bustling city.

The life of an adult can be described in one word. Chaotic. Living in this chaos and getting used to it. Something completely different from what I thought as a kid.

It has become a cycle for me. Going to work, coming back, sleeping and going to work again.

I needed a breather.

Breaking my chopsticks to start eating, I'm disrupted by the loud ringing noise of my phone. Of all the times, it had to ring while I was eating.

"What?"

"What? Is this how you greet your mother you pig?!! I did not raise you like that Aki, uff, what kind of son did I even raise my lord" His mom's voice was loud against his ears and he could visualise his mother sighing and shaking her head. Frowning and lowering the noise of the call, Akira said

"Mom I was going to eat-"

"You, mister can eat later, I want you to come home, RIGHT NOW" by the tone of her voice, it did not seem as if she were joking, nor did it seem like it was a small matter.

"But-" he tried to protest but was cut off by her.

"Uh-uh no buts Aki, I need you to do what I said, your father and I are waiting for you" she hung up the call, giving Akira no time to answer her, or even question her why they both wanted him to come home.

What he didn't know, was an adventure awaited for him.

All he could do was accept his fate..
