A forest full of cotton candy trees and mystical creatures fades from my vision as I wake up from my slumber. My eyes stIll glued shut hardly moving. I reach for my phone on the desk and grab it, pulling it towards me as I unplug It."It's already nine o'clock" My tail wags back and forth as I struggle to sIt up. Echos off calming music fill the air as I fInally stand up and walk to my closet to get changed. Today was Frostlights 25th anniversary and I couldn't mIss it. Frostlight is where I workit'ss a small company that gives gifts to kids in need. Sometimes we even get with Santa to make a big gift! I'm especially happy today because every year Lomi (the head manager) sends someone threw a portal to another world, he says it's a way of expanding the company, and I got picked for this year's portal! I looked in the mirror doing a couple poses before adding a beanie."sadly, Lomi said the world i'm going to doesn't have demihumans so to fIt in i have to hide" I said quietly, talking to myself. Then I turned around making sure my tail wasn't visible before walking to the door. For three year's now I have lived in a dorm wIth little room but i somehow managed to have a roommate. His name is Nika, he had to wake up early today to help set up for my send-off. I griped the door handle tightly, then opened it. Right in front of me stood Lomi. His short silver haIr swayed in the wind in a calming rhythm and i stood there completely mesmerized by the sight. My gaze was stopped by Lomi's hand "hey, dude are you alright?". I gently swatted his hand out of the way, looking out the big window surroundIng us."It's like we're in a giant ice cube" i spoke quietly thInkIng nobody would hear me but to my surprise I heard Lomi whisper back "ya, I love it".

After talking for a bit, me and Lomi got invited to have tea with one of the royals thats was visiting. I was so happy you could probably see my eyes sparkle, but Lomi looked unfazed. I guess he was used to this treatment. Me and Lomi walked side by side to the court yard where the picnic table was set up waiting. As i got closer i could see more and more of our guests. They have silver blue hair and big blue eyes, they have a very feminine vibe and seem to be wearing a dress with flowers. They looked nice, so why was I nervous to meet them. I looked over at Lomi and he seemed to be nervous too. I held my hand out, offering to hold his hand. I don't know why but i Lomi blushed a little and grabed my hand holding it gently. I gathered up all my courage and walked over to say hi with Lomi still holding my hand."hello, i'm Komki, it's a pleasure to meet you" i made sure to bow and speak politely. "hi, thanks for inviting me, my name is Mila"see stood up their long dress following behind and bowed. Not as low as me but enough to show respect. "Its a pleasure to meet you to" their looked up from there bow snd spoke again "Who is that behind you?". I looked over at Lomi waiting for him to answer but he never did instead he just hid behind me holding my shirt."He's my bodyguard, and please don't mind him he's shy" I said holding his hand slightly tighter. Then i walked over to my seat and sat down after moving Lomi's chair closer to me so we can still hold hands. The conversation continued as normal and I learned that I was going to be sent to Loral. Which is a world galaxys away from this one. I also learned I allowed to bring someone with me because the world is so far away. "i hate to interrupt our conversation with my question but what are your pronouns" I had completely forgot to ask them."oh no worries, my pronouns are she/they, thanks for asking" she looked genuinely happy to be asked and i was happy to bring a smile to her face. "your welcome" i said softly as i poured myself more tea. A couple minutes later Mila stood up "im extremely sorry but i have urgent business i need to take care off, catch you two around" she practically ran away waving and me and Lomi couldn't help but laugh. "you wanna go back to my room, thesend-offf is in 4 hours" i looked over at Lomi talking softly. He nodded his head slightly so i could tell he was blushing a little and i couldn't help but smile. I held his hand tighter and got up to walk to my room, dragging him along. The whole way he hid his head in my shoulder like he didn't want people to know it was him. Whenever I got to my dorm door, i unlocked it, checked inside for my roommate but thankfully he was still gone. Then i walked inside with Lomi, locking the door behind.

Part one-

With the click of the door locking, Lomi face was dark red. "Are you ok?" I had never seen him blush, so much ever so I had to know. "i don't know" Lomi sighed then sat down on the edge of my bed. He picked up my cat and started petting her. "She doesn't like pets" i didn't want her to scratch him but to my surprise she didn't mind him holding her or petting her. "So, you're leaving me" after Lomi said that silence covered the room. A slight pout appears on my face but is quickly covered with a smile of hope "I can take someone with me". I sat down beside him, then shuffled closer so that our legs were touching. "Can i come with you" Lomi said softly. "of course" I whispered in his ear teasingly. "is there something you're not telling me" i put my hand on his thigh, watching him panic and scare the cat out of his lap. "No, why would you think that" Lomi's body was tense, and his face was somehow more red than before. I grabbed his chin gently making him look at me "really". I moved my hand farther up his thigh, squeezing gently "so, am i to assume you don't like what's happening" I said in a seductive tone. "i…i like it" Lomi could barely talk properly. I wrapped my arms around him pulling him almost fully onto my lap, then i started nibbling on his ear. Lomi hugged me back moving completely onto my lap, he hid his head in my shoulder holding the back of my shirt. I licked his ear, holding him close. Lomi's breath was hot against my neck, so I couldn't help but blush too. I lifted his face up a little "aw your so cute like this".Lomi looked away from me trying to sound mad"shut up". "No" i moved his head again to make him face me. "i really want to kiss you right now" I said expecting to be slapped but i wasn't. "Then do it" Lomi's voice was so quiet and shaky, it made me wonder if i should listen to him but i did and leaned in. Slowly planting a kiss on his lips. He kissed me back and i moved my hands to hold his neck. I kissed him on the neck, leaving a hickey. When i hear my alarm go off, i stopped and turned it off. It was already time to go. I helped him calm down for a little then want toth walked out of my room. At separate times, we didn't wanna give anyone ideas. After a short walk around the sky bridge, we arrived at the Portal.
