Oh no, i'm gonna be late for school. As I rushed out of my house,I realized that I did'nt bring my phone with me. Since I was already really late for school,I decided I would just let it stay at home. Soon it was going to be my third period and I was on my way to class when the principal suddenly called me to her office.

In the principal's office

Ms.Rose,I'm here. Young lady,where is your phone??! Um...it was left at home by accident. Do you know your mother is in the hospital? What!!? What happened to her?! She got into a car crash on her way to work.Knowing that your mother is in the hospital,I will give you a pass to go and see her. Thank you Ms.Rose

As I got out of the taxi,I rushed to the reception and asked her which room was Zina Baker in. I rushed to room 354 to she the doctor just in time getting out of the room. Excuse me,miss,but are you a reletive of Ms Zina Baker? Yes,i'm her daughter. Is she alright? We managed to stablize her for now but,she need blood and she's currently in a coma and there's a high possiblity she might never wake up. We're working on finding a person who macthes her blood. Ok,thanks,doctor. I went inside the room and I saw her lying peacefully on the bed.

I sat down and started examining her body. She was injured badly from what I saw.I sighed and started thinking of what I was going to do. I mean...we have no close reletives and i dont even know who my father is. Where was I going to stay? I dont have any friends since I mostly kept to myself. Suddenly an idea popped into my head. I once asked my mom if she had any reletives. She said no ,but,she had a friend that she had from before high school and she still had her number. I wonder if she would let me stay with her untill mom has recover and also to get her number I needed mom's phone. I started to scan the room to see if mom's phone was there. Found it! Now what was her name again? Oh,got it,Nora Blackwood. I called her and when she picked up the phone I explained my whole situation to her.

Luckily she agreed. I went to drop out of school.When I got home I started to pack my bag. I decided I was going to lock up the house and ask one of the old lady in the neighborhood to just tell anyone who was asking for me to just say im studing abroad. On the day I was to finally to go to live in another city,it took me forever to get a taxi. I arrived at her door step and knocked it.

  I arrived her door step and knocked it. I got no answer,so I knocked it again. Again no answer. I decided I was knocking one last time. Finally,the door finally opened. When I looked up I saw a tall,black haired guy who looked like he just got up from sleeping. We stared in silence.

  Who are you?,he asked. Im Madision Smith,is this where Nora Blackwood lives? Oh ,You must be the girl mom was talking about. He stepped aside to allow me to pass in,but,I stood there on the spot. The weird thing about it was that he came outside and pushed me in,then closed the door shut. He then pushed me onto the couch,then he said if I needed anything just call him(cause he'll be in his room) and if I wanted to I could watch the tv, while I wait for his mom to get home. I was kinda confused cause I thought she would be home but she's not. I didnt even know his name,but,whatever.

  A few hours later,I realized that the door was opened and saw it was Nora.As soon as she came in and saw me,she ran and gave me a hug. She then called the boy done from his room to come.She introducted us. Madision,this is my son,Zane Parker. Zane,this is my friend's daughter,Madision. (Honestly...I was not expecting her to have a son..well,at least around my age.)I hope you two will get along with each other.Oh,Madision,let me show you your room. When we got there,I realized that my room was right beside Zane's room. Nora then turned around and left.

Now only Zane and I were there. I snuck a glance at him and saw him scaning me from head to toe. Suddenly he started to talk. He asked me why I was here. I told him my mom was in a coma and I had nowhere to go,and my mom was friends with his mom,so I moved in with them. He started grining,then turned around and slammed the door right in my face leaving me shocked. That was rude,but who cares? I was fine when I was waiting for Nora to come home. I went into my room and started unpacking my bag. If i'm right,i'm supposed to be having school tomorrow. Before going to bed, I toke a shower,choose my school clothes for tomorrow,and I studied for tomorrow in case I had my entrance exam to enter the school.

  The next morning when I woke up,I saw Zane in my room opening my bedroom's curtains.I asked him why he was in my room and he said his mom told him to open up my curtains for me. After saying that,he left and went back to his room.

  I was speechless,but got over it soon enough. I got out of bed,took a shower then made my way downstairs,just in time for breakfast. I greeted Nora and saw my breakfast on the counter. Just then Zane,had to come and ruin my mood. He came and sat right next to me. He also had a stuipd smirk on his face. After I finished eating,I put on my shoes. Just when I was about to head out,Nora stopped me. She said I had to wait on Zane because I didn't know my way to school. She also warned me that I had my entrance exam this morning. I sighed and sat down on the couch. I had to wait so long till the point I asked Nora what time school started. She told me it started at 7:45 a.m. And when I Iooked at my phone,it was 7:30. I quickly shouted ZANE,WE NEED TO GO,NOW!! I heard him come done the stairs telling me to shut up.I just ignored him and followed him out the door saying bye to Nora.

On the way to school he turned into an alley and pushed me against the wall saying that I better not disturbe him and and that I should'nt even try to come close to his friend. I scoffed and pushed him away and told him I had no intrest in him or his friends as he's and a moron and i'm guessing he's also friends with more morons like him and that I don't wanna be late on my first day so,he should stop playing games and show me the way. He backed up looking at me in shock. He stood there a good 5 minutes before I had to give him a hard push. He finally started walking and soon we reached school,just in time before the bell rang.

I made my way to the principal's office,but I got told to wait till after devotion. God, devotion took forever and worse I had to stand beside Zane the entire time. The whole time he wouldn't shut up and kept balbering his stuipd mouth. I felt like to just box him across the face but I couldn't,as I don't want anyone to know my insides on the first day of my new school. As soon as devotion was over,I made my way to the principal's office again. I looked behind me and saw Zane following me. I went into the office and he started talking to the principal.

The principal was not what I expected and it was pretty annoying hearing her talk. Then she told zane to go to class while I should stay and complete my entrance exam. I was given two (2) hours to do it and three (3) hours later the teacher came out of her office saying I got a hundred (100) on the test. I was'nt surprised after all I,am a genius.
