Marissa : Dad! Dad, you are finally back. Mom said you won't come back.

Alfred (marissa's father): Marissa why don't you go up stairs, father needs to talk to your mom.

Marissa : Eh? Okay! But promise me you won't go anywhere tomorrow. Tomorrow you'll only play with me.

Alfred : hmm, dad promises you.

Marissa : Yay.....

Marissa runs upstairs but suddenly stops.

Marry (Marissa's mother): Why did you lie to her Alfred. You've been lying to me and I didn't say anything. Why didn't you tell your daughter that you are going to marry Sandra tomorrow.

*Marissa after hearing this was in complete shock. The words that her mother just spoke, she couldn't believe it.*

Marissa: Why! Why is dad going to marry Sandra? Why? Why did he lie to me? Why does he always lie? Mom was right he is a cheater. He says he is going on business trip but he actually goes to aunt Sandra's house.

ARGH.. SOB SOB *(in mind) every thing is going to end.*

While crying she goes to the balcony of her room. Thinking that her parents are separating because her father lies...

Suddenly she sees a shooting star and wishes " oh God, I wish I will never ever lie to anyone in my life.... even if I want to lie"

Well God hears all our prayers and wishes and some people get their wishes fulfilled and Marissa was one of them...

Marissa chester! Are you sleeping in class again.

Marissa: Yes, Teacher May. I..I mean no..

Teacher: Heh, you know you can't lie...

Teacher: Everyone stop laughing. Next week are your final exams. I want everyone to pass with good grades. Miss Chester, would you mind sitting down.

Marissa: Sorry, teacher.

Teacher: So where was I , yes after your exams we are holding a farewell party so make sure all of you come..

Student 2 : My mom bought me a new dress so I'll wear that. You know it's gorgeous.

Marissa: Yes mom.

Mary: You are early today. Is everything alright at school?

Marissa: Yes mom, everything is alright. Our exams are starting next week that's why we were dismissed early today.

Mary: So your exams are starting next week. You should work harder. I want you to.......

Marissa: Okay okay I know, you want me to do my best. Well I should go to work. I've told uncle John that I'll be off school early today and he said I can come to work and he'll pay me some extra money.

Mary: Marissa if you want I can talk to your dad and ask him to give us some money.

Marissa: NO! (she shouted) , you will not ask him for help. I don't want him to have any connections with us.

Mary: Oh Marissa, I wish I could do something for you.

Marissa: Mom despite your health you sew clothes and that's the best you can do. I am really grateful to you for taking care of me all these years.

Mary: *(in mind) Marissa your father is a rich man now and he can take care of you better than me. I hope you can forgive him one day.* thinking while caressing Marissa's hair.

Mary: And you are planning to go but you need a dress,right? Don't worry mom will sew a dress for you.

Lady: Dark with no sugar and some brownies.

Marissa: Ma'am here is your order. Please enjoy.

Lady drinks coffee. *Spit*

Marissa: ma'am are you alright?

Lady: what is this? This is how you guys make coffee? It's so strong.

Marissa: Eh? Ma'am this is what you ordered.

Lady: So you are saying that it is my fault?

Marissa: Yes! *( suddenly covers her mouth)* , I mean no. Please forgive me.

Lady: Where is your manager? I want to shut down this place.

John: Um, lady please come with me. I'm the manager here. Let's sort this issue in my office. Let's not disturb the customers here.

John takes the lady away and everything gets back to normal again...

Reene: Hey Marissa I heard next week your exams are starting. Do your best. FIGHTING ...

Reene: The one you'll join, so that we can be together at least in college.

Marissa:* Ugh, Miss May is fine but Sir Neil he is like an eagle prying on its pry. Oh God, what if my seat is beside Charlotte. If that's the case I'm dead for sure.*

Teacher: Marissa Chester your seat number is 9.

Marissa: *Thank Goodness, my seat is not with Charlotte. And it's amazing that she is extremely far away from me.*

Teacher May : Students, your exam is going to start so take out your clipboards and pencils or whatever you need and don't try to cheat if you get caught, you know me, Miss Charlotte.

Teacher: Your time starts now.

After some time…

Marissa: *Thank God! It's done. It was really hard but I did it. Now I should wait for some drama.*

Teacher May: Charlotte Brown! What are you doing? Look at your own paper.

Teacher Neil: Charlotte! Get up and exchange your seat with--- whose paper is done?

Marissa raising her hand.

Teacher: Yes, exchange your seat with Marissa.

Charlotte: Hey Marissa! How are you? Buddy I was so sad that we were not together .

Marissa: No big deal I just wanted to save that poor student.

Charlotte: Yeah, And Marissa which college are you going to?

Marissa: I don't know! Maybe that nobles college.

Marissa: Mom said we have some savings so I can get into that college. Moreover, there a special concession for orphans.
