Ep. 1 - Moving Day
Never did i think leaving Falcon Haven, would upset me, but it did
Suddenly leaving everything behind didn't seem so appealing
As the moving truck drove down the highway and i took my last glance at Busan, I felt a pain in my chest
I would have to start over in Crystal Cove
I had only managed to make two friends over the eleven years, and now i would only have a year to at least make one, surely it wasn't possible.
At the thought of my friends, I remember the end of our goodbye.

I said goodbye to the girls again and climbed in the truck
As I looked in the mirror I saw tears forming in my eyes

I looked around to see we were still in Falcon Haven and had about 4 hours left

Ep.2 - New Home
I woke up to my mom shaking me awake.
Mrs. Lee
Areum!! Areum!! Wake up!!
Mrs. Lee
I've been trying to wake you for ten minutes and you didn't even budge!
What can i say? I'm a heavy sleeper.
I had been sleeping on and off for the entire ride and we had finally arrived.
What I saw when I looked outside was not what I expected. Outside there was a huge square white house with a porch that wrapped all the way around. Not to mention we were close enough to the beach to have sand in our yard.
Areum
How could we possibly afford this?!
Mrs. Lee
It was your grandmothers on your fathers side. When your grandma passed away and then your father died the house went to us
My dad passed away a year ago. He was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. He was in the process of being treated when he had passed. When me and my mom heard the news we were devastated.
Mrs. Lee
Hey, why don't you go pick your room

I exclaimed throwing my arms around her neck and hugging her tightly

I jumped out of the truck and walked to the door quickly. As soon as I stepped inside I ran for the stairs. There were four doors in the hallway. and an open room at the end. I walked through peeking my head in the different rooms until the fourth room. It was perfect. It had light blue walls and white fixtures. There was even a window seat in the corner over looking the beach.
Mrs. Lee
I knew you would pick this room
My mother said, standing in the doorway behind me.
Mrs. Lee
He painted the walls and put in the window seat over there

Yup. He insisted the walls be close to the same color of the ocean, and then insisted that whoever stayed in her be able to see the beauty of the ocean.
Mrs. Lee
He built it for you. We were planning on coming here this summer on vacation and he wanted to surprise you before you went away to college.
she said quietly, her voice full of sadness
I walked over to where she was standing and wrapped my arms around her.
Mrs. Lee
Come on enough of this lets unpack so I can return that truck and you can go shop!
An hour and a half later we were finally done. My closet looked so empty with barely anything in it. The climate was completely different here. In Falcon Haven I only needed one pair of shorts. I think I need a few more for Crystal Cove to say at least. I decided to wear something comfortable, so I threw on a yellow sundress, that my dad had bought me a few weeks before he had past. I then paired it with my white sneakers.
It was only twenty minutes to the local mall, so my mom drove me and dropped me off for awhile

Mom, thats way too much
Mrs. Lee
No its not my new job pays a lot more. Take it.
Areum
Okay. Thank you! I'll walk home. See you later!
I waved to my mom as she drove away
And an hour later here I am, carrying bags of shorts, tank tops, a few blouses, and a new swimsuit. Now I was in a home decor store looking for stuff to decorate my room. So far I had a white full length mirror, a white fluffy throw rug, a black fuzzy pillow, and a dark blue threaded pillow. All in all after i bought this stuff I would still have about $8 left so I decided to head to the food court to get a pretzel.
I was not looking forward to walking home. Surely it was only a twenty minute walk, but I had to carry five big bags due to everything being on sale.
I finished up my snack and left the mall starting to walk in the direction my mom drove. I may have had little help from the GPS on my phone.
About ten minutes into the walk a guy had passed me knocking into my bags making me drop one of my bags of clothes.
He had black hair, tan skin, and amazing brown eyes. He was very handsome

Uhhh, it's okay. Don't worry about it!
Jiho
Hey aren't you my new neighbor?
Jiho
Uh, yeah. I think so. Didn't you just move in to the big white house with the wrap around porch?
Jiho
I live in the beige house next door with the balcony railing on the roof
As he said this, I vaguely remember seeing a house next door

Oh yeah! Nice to meet you, I'm Areum!

Jiho. Hey, are you walking home carrying all those bags?

Yeah! its no big deal

My pleasure! After all I did almost run you over!

Well if you want to, go right ahead!
He said grabbing a few of my bags and walking towards our houses
We talked the rest of the way there. Apparently he was a junior at the local high school that I would also go to starting tomorrow. Something I was not looking forward to, at all!
When we got home there was a car parked in Jiho's driveway and his face went pale
Jiho
I...uhh...got to go! I'll see you tomorrow!!
And with that he set my bags on my porch and ran to his house as fast as he could. Well at least I had one friend. I think...
The rest of the night passed in a blur. And soon enough I was falling asleep thinking about the school I would be attending tomorrow. I really hope everything goes well.
Ep. 3 - Junseo
Ugh! What is that annoying ringing noise? I rolled to my side to be faced with my alarm clock. Oh, yeah right, school.
Senior year, they say its supposed to be the best part of high school. But with me starting a new school this year, I doubt it.
I crawled out of bed and headed to the bathroom attached to my room. I showered and brushed my teeth before I went over and picked my outfit. I chose a pair of white shorts, a black crop top, and my white converse. I put a black oversized flannel over the crop top. I curled my hair and applied light makeup. Even with it curled my black hair fell to my waist.
After doing all that I still had about a half an hour before I had to leave. Wow, not having to bundle up for school sure did save time. I walked down my stairs to find my mom wasn't awake yet. But by the sounds of it someone else was.
Jiho
Junseo! Listen to me for once! This is a terrible idea!
Junseo
You can't tell me what to do Jiho!!
Another voice yelled back

You know what? Your right! But at least I have common sense!!
I decided to stop listening at that point because even I could tell the conversation was going badly and it wasn't my business.
I grabbed a bowl of cereal and plopped down on the couch. About twenty minutes later my mom still wasn't up. Oh well, I didn't want to wake her so I would just ask Jeno for a ride. Hopefully he said yes.
I grabbed my bag and left my house, locking the door behind me. Jiho was thankfully leaving.
Jiho
Oh! Hey Areum! Whats up?
Areum
My mom is still asleep, can you give me a ride to school?
Jiho
Yeah sure! No problem at all!
I followed Jiho to his shiny black jeep

Thanks, its my brother's and i's. He picked it out.
Jiho
Yeah he just got back yesterday afternoon, he'll be at school today
Jiho clinched his jaw when he talked about his brother

When Jiho pulled into the lot my mouth fell open. Crystal Cove High was huge. Jiho drove to the very middle of the lot and parked next to a red Porsche where two girls, one with pink dyed hair and one brunette were leaning on the passenger side door. Not moving at all as Jiho pulled in beside them.

One of these days I'm going to hit one of you and say I told you so

Jiho would kill you if you ran over his beta!
The brunette joked. Her face paled as she saw me.

Guys, this is Areum. She's my new neighbor

Hi! I'm Minjae, but everyone calls me Jae

To be honest she kinda scared me
instead of answering she walked towards the school building

Damn! This school was even bigger on the inside. I could get lost in here for days and never find my way out. Thankfully Jiho had the same first period as me and led the way. Biology, my least favorite class. Of course I would have it first. I instinctively went to the back and took a seat as far back as I could while Jiho sat at a table relatively close.
I chose to doodle until the bell rang. More and More students filled in filling every seat except the one next to me. Class eventually started and a bald headed man walked in silencing the class.
Mr. Choi
Okay class. I'm Mr. Choi and I will be your biology teacher this year. Now i will be passing out textbo-
Mr. choi was cut off by the door to the classroom slamming open. In came a guy that made my mouth fall open slightly. He was wearing black skinny jeans, a white shirt tight enough to see his abs, boots, and a badass leather jacket. From what I could tell, he was very handsome.
He walked in confidentiality and down the row until he got to the table i was sitting at. He carelessly sat on the stool and leaned into the wall behind us.
Mr. Choi
Mr. Kim. Your late
Junseo
Sorry about that Mr. C. But if I do say so myself your head looks very shiny today. Did you polish it this morning
The class immediately erupted into laughter
Mr. Choi
Anyways... as I was saying
Mr. Choi said, quieting the class
Smiling the boy turned to me and his eyes lit up. Thankfully he only stared for a little before he turned around to face forward. Class passed fairly quickly and soon the bell rang. Immediately Jiho grabbed my elbow as I grabbed my bag, and led me to my next class quickly.

What your not excited to see me?
Jiho
What do you want Junseo?
Junseo ? Where do I recognize that name from?

Relax Jiho. You're not still mad about this morning are you?
Oh! He was arguing with Jiho this morning! It all makes sense now why Jiho was angry about Junseo being here today.

Just for you to introduce me to that little friend of yours

Jiho said stepping in front of me
Junseo's smile never disappeared as he stepped around Jiho to shake my hand.
His smile was amazing i thought to myself

Excuse my brother Areum, he seems to think im not ready to come back home
At his sudden outburst, people stopped to look at Jiho

Where were you before you came back?

I guess you could call it a vacation
Jiho snorted. A grim look crossed Junseo's face before he quickly covered it.
Junseo said in a daring tone
