I Mercy 23 age married woman. I married my college boyfriend samson we are best couple of st.shens University.I was very happy when sam purpose me for marriage in our farewell day a 4 years ago but today I am crying and sam is not there he promised me he never leave me alone and today he want to divorce me because I can't be a pregnant .he sent me a divorce paper 1 week ago and today he want my answer. when I heard a sam voice then I realised I was fooled who think we can patchup he come to tell sorry for divorce papers but no I was dreaming he cheated me .

"mercy I know u don't want divorce me but sorry I love lilian she is pregnant with my baby I want give her and my baby face so please sign a paper"

"samson how can u tell that u don't love me we married becouse we love eachother now u want to divorce me I can raise that baby we will raise together "

I am sobbing and kneel down on samson foot but he kicked me .

"are you going crazy I just wanted to divorce you I don't want old fashioned women who only eat my money and u can't even give a baby to me "

"sign paper and pack your luggage and leave my house there is attorney money pick the money and get out of my sight"

listening the word of my beloved husband my tears is rolling down through my cheeks .now I can't be a week . I quit my job because of samson and leave my parents because of him now he telling me a old fashioned woman who eat his money all these year . Now I'll show you who is mercy William I picked a pen and signed the divorce papers and throw on his face .

"now u can marry your love mr. samson and raise your baby . I thought u want divorce for a baby but no u cheat on me u had affair.And I'm not a beggar so take your money "

I packed my luggage and leave this so called house . After leaving I realised I don't have anyplace to go their . after wondering I decided to go a hotel when I reached in hotel entrance and see a man in black suit accidently drop his purse .

I picked a purse and called him from behind but he didn't hear my voice and he sit in black car. then I knock in a car window . he took the lead down...

kevin became angry ,he stared mercy with his cold eyes because this is first time anybody talk to him like this but he didn't say anything to her and tell driver to go.

" what a man I give his purse and he didn't say thank you ". mercy talking to herself.

The night wind was bone piercing.she felt her limb go numb but she didn't dare to stop her footsteps , fearing that if she stops she wouldn't able to walk. however in an instant she felt dizzy and heavily fall onto the ground.

sir that lady* . kevin driver said

"shit"

kevin hurriedly get out of the car and touched her forehead and found that she had terrible fever.he took her in car carried her to the hospital.

when he entered in hospital every staff, doctor and patients looking him because everybody knows him ...

"*ohh, hey look he is mr. kevin a cold stone but who is she ?" nurses whispering

"ho can I know who is she but he looking so handsome but he didn't like anybody go near him if anybody annoying him they have to face a big problem don't talk shhh*!" nurses whispering.

kevin was very nervous but he don't know why he hold her in his embrace tightly and running in the lobby.

"doctor see what happened to her" . driver told doctor.

After while hours later...

when mercy wake up,she heard a familiar sound of pulse monitor.

"*Is it a hospital."

"you are awake".

"helo lady I'm your doctor u had a fever are you feeling any uncomfortable"

she casually replied "I'm okay" .

"what is your name"

"mercy sh*"...

she stop in middle because she not want to tell her identity because shen family is powerful family in an city.

"*doctor".. she said.

"how I came here

"ohh mr.kevin carried you here".

"mr.kevin*"..

she was thinking who is kevin ...

"yes yes and he also paid your medical bills so u don't have to worry you take rest*".

no I have to return money because I can't take anybody's favour.

whe she closed her eyes her memories were still vivid in her mind she wanted to forget those memory but they were still there, etching scares in her mind and in her heart.

she intrupted by her phone ring she picked up call

"*hello".

"hello I'm talking form city hospital your friend raby had accident and she wanted to meet you"

"what how can this possible she was fine yesterday I talked her ".

"u have to come fast ma'am"

"ok I'm coming."

she hang up the call and started sobbing*" I have to go" she write a note and placed in side table of the bed with some cash and leave the sick room.

In a large office surrounded by lot of books and stylish interior kevin working in some projects his phone rang..

"hello "..

"sir that lady escaped she is not in the hospital." assistant wen said.

"*what how.."

"sir she left some cash and note ".

"what she wrote in a note".

"thank you for paying my medical bills I don't have enough cash now so I giving you some cash .I have a urgent matter I will pay you all money this my mobile number xxxx089 contact me" .

"what she paid me money for medical bills and didn't thank me for taking her to the hospital ." kevin replied*.
