Kate POV

hi my name is kate im 20 years old . living in central city im a college student of central university the biggest and greatest university in the whole country only the elite, powerful and genius people can get in. since my dad is the president of central city i have my choice to study hear . and make my way to the top. im in political science course and right now being the most great student of all time . we just finish our exam and tomorrow would be the time for the result im excited since i would be having a new ferrari . o i know i would get that .

"kate " im in a deep thinking when somebody called me.

" bill u scared me " i said it out loud

" sorry i was i a hurry . there is a gangster outside shouting your freaking name " he said with wide gesture . i lost to what he said who is this gangster and why is he is shouting my name . as he finish what he is saying i rush to the gate and see if who he is. leaving bill.

"mr. please stop making a scandal." the guard said.

"I wont go unless kate come out and face me." the gabgster said.

" whats this mess and how can i help u " kate said immediately as she appears before the gate.

" we need to talk in private!" the gangster said without hesitations.

to kate surprise she dont know how to deal with him in public since she was known as the presidents daughter how can she say something in public that wont affect his dad.

"mr. ill be needing to ask your number so that i can contact u after school would that be fine for u? " kate ask with every kindness she have.

" Yeah heres my calling card ill be waiting until your classes are done thanks. " the gangster said with full of conviction....

kate go back in .

" kate whos that gangster do u personally know him? " ace ask her. ace is her best friend since childhood

" best u dont have to worry about me i can handle it." kate reassure her bestfriend

" but are u sure to talk to him in private ? " ace ask with concern all over her face

kate is thinking how can she say to her bestfriend that the gangster earlier is her friend who just needs help to secure his life .

"yeah ill be fine . no worries i have my bodyguards who would be there so you dont need to worry much." kate said with a smile on her face. to reassure her friend that there would be nothing wrong to talk to him.

they step in the class when the speaker made an announcement that shock kate to the fullest.

as they are in the class the voice of the announcer seems a beat concerned.

"ms. kate you need to be at the principal's office now. someone is wanting to see and talk to you. " announcer said.

'ahhhh great another person is finding me what a shitty lofe i want to learn ' kate said at the back of her mind.

"well then please excuse me sir " she said at the whole class and walks toward the door and run fast to the rincipals office.

at the principals office.

"dad??? " kate shouted once she entered the principals office. "what brought you here?? " kate ask immediately.

"oh my daughter how i miss you " mr. president said with his eyes on his daughter. "im here to take you home there an emergency i need to talk to about . " he said with a very concern tone.

"but that dad i cant go my school is not finish yet" she replied as soon as possible. its not the only thing that worries her its also the guy from earlier that she shiuld speak to.

"i already ask the principal about this and said ok to it since its your last day of school and there is no more activity to do . " he said with conviction "

"whattttt!!!??? is it that important for you to be here?? " she ask.

"yes it is . i need you to come with me right now!" he said .

with no other words kate and his dad get out of the principals office and walk to the hallway.

"dad i need to talk to dj he is waiting for me outside ." as she wanted to talk to him badly and promise him to talk to before going home she needs to be more honest to her dad.

"DJ ARE YOU TELLING ME He is here??" his dad ask with the eyes with open.

"yes dad he wanted to talk to me earlier but i cant since i have classes. " she said.

"bring him home i need to talk to him as well. " he said.

amuse and surprise kate ask"why? before you dont want me to have any contact with him now you wanted to talk to him ?"

"this is a family matter he needs to know it so let him be with us. " her father said.

she cant go against him as soon as they approach the car at the main gate she saw DJ waiting at the left side of the gate sge get out .

"DJ sorry for making you wait my dad wanted to talk to for some matters can you come with me to go home?"she ask .

"for. what have you ask him why??? i really to go to your house its like a prison for me ?" DJ said with a bit of concern on his eyes.

"i ask but dad just told me its a family matter that you must be there ." kate answered

"what family matter i think we both know that i know say yes to whatever he will say !" dj said

"whatever it is you are still his son after all . you should be there for him whatever problem it would be isnt? " kate said with her eyes begging him to come.

"i dont know kate you know better but for you i would come. " they both get into the car and drive along side with the bodygaurds

As they converse DJ and Kate is a bit. confused since they really know that its not a good idea for DJ to go home . "Kate this is not going to work out . i find it a bit disturbing not only for you but also for me what do you think ? " DJ said with his heart full of questions and confusion .

"bro i know but what can we do he ask for you to come i think its really an emergency after all. " kate said with her eyes on the road driving .

"i am afraid of what it could be . " he said with tears on his eyes .

"bro you dont need to worry i would be here for you but by the way what do you want to talk about earlier." kate said .

" tine died yesterday along with my son. " tears flowed to his eyes and he began to weep. to kates shock she step on the break as soon as possible and stop the car in the middle of a high way . trying to digest what she heard.

" what the hell kate why do u stop so sudden we might cause traffict on what you did !?" DJ said while he cries.

" bro what do you mean tine died ?? how did she did ? why ? " ignoring what her brother say she ask many question as possible to understand what he said. while trying to hold back the tears that are about to shed.

"she give birth to our son yesterday but before she even fully give birth we lost her and the doctors are unable to pull out my son before her body locked up so my son was there we are unable to pull him up " trying his best to say what he have witnessed while he is crying .

"tine is in good health how can it be that way. how does that happen? .kate questioned again.

"i dont know but the doctor tried to save him i can see that i know that . i was there . she just let go . she dont even fight for her life she dont want to save my son either. " he said still full of tears.

kate drives silently until the got home . she was a bit unconsious on her driving ending to go pass by to there house.

"kate did you change address ? he ask.

"no why?" still driving forward.

"you just pass our house without knowing it? he said.

"owww shit . sorry i didnt mean to . let me go back .

as she drives back. she saw 10 cars pass by to them and heading to there house . he knows most of the cars those are some cars owned by her family relative cars and some family friend. " is it that important since im thinking they are all here. " kate said

"i think so as well since bad want me home always that would be so creepy and a mystery for us specially for me. i really thought that i wont be at home together with you and mom after dad lets me go .

as they arrived at the villa.
