A minute past and the nurses is done preparing Ms. Lilia for her surgery. They already gave her injection to make her sleep.
Lilia is aware of that, so she called her son and wanted to talk to him.

Tyler, no matter what happened be strong okay?

[Crying hearing his mom weak voice] of course I'm strong because of you mom, so be strong for me.
Lilia (MC's mother)
[Smile] I love you son always remember that, and I'm sorry if I gave you a hard time. I just wanted to say that I'm so blessed to have a son like you, you are my angel.
This is the last words that Lilia said before she finally fell asleep.
While Tyler can't stop crying. His mom is also his angel and no matter what time or era they are, he will always choose his mom as his mother.
6 hours past and the surgery is still not done, and Tyler is waiting outside the surgery room.
Minutes have past and the light above the door turn green, it's means that the surgery is over.
Tyler immediately stand up when he sees the doctor who's perform his mother surgery.

I'm so sorry Tyler, we did our best, but your mother didn't make it.
Tyler feel numb when he heard what the doctor said. Tyler tears unknowingly fall from his eyes, and the doctor can't do anything but to leave their with a broken heart, because he knows what that young man is feeling right now.
While Tyler doesn't know what to do. He doesn't want to believe the doctor that his mother left him.

W-why...hic...why did you leave me m-mom...ahhh [crying hard]
Tyler is like that for God knows how many hours. He feel so hurt, and knowing that he won't be able to see his mother again, break his heart into smaller pieces.

He still continued his job at the bar because he still has debt that need to be paid.
But little did he knows, the God of destiny have a plan for him.
