I’m tired of having to fake a smile everyday. I’m tired of having to pretend I’m ok. I know lots of you understand and some don’t but I do and I’m here to tell you your not alone. I have spent the last 4 years of my life hiding my depression and now I’m done. (At least I’m done hiding it from my family) You should be done too. If you have understanding parents they should know what your going through so don’t hide it. If not find someone who understands what you are going through and ask them for help. I never did and I still regret it because in the end my family found out. And it was way harder to tell them why I didn’t tell them than to just tell them. Now if your coming out I recommend you wait until your ready. If you have depression you should get help.
