As it was just a year after Jake and Rose got married in both their home city Paris but Jake’s stilll had to go on one last sail than he will stay with the love of his life till their last day .

Although they spent every bit of that one year together, Rose was stillll holding back and not wanting her husband to go far away from her ,

When you’re worried about your love one going far away the time just seams to be fast,she guessed. The day seem to finally be here ,more like the morning;she did everything she could to let him stay , yet he told her to be mature and allow him to come back but she was still resilient.

Take my hand promise me that everything will be fine ,hold me tight ,close to you ,it’s like I’m still dreaming she said;

yes yes I want to stay but I need this money to provide for us I’ve been too stupid,with that I didn’t save for us

Stop stop she said ,I don’t regret marrying you No ,I don’t want all of that ,I’ll be rich and I’ll give you all my gold ,and if you don’t care I’ll be waiting for you here at the port and if you ignore me I’ll offer you my last breath of life and it’ll be my love story ,be my love story ,in this short life tiiiimmee ,my lovee story.

Despite all her sayings Jake still went ahead ,cause he was the head of the home and needed to be the one that provides.

With that they shared a last kiss that was to be renewed in a year time

Time went slowly for Rose since Jake left, but in the first month things were well for they both wrote letters to each other.

The third month was definitely not good ,for rose came down with a rare condition called Seperation Anxiety Disorder (SDA).

With that she faced Intense fear, distress and emotional breakdown ,and this brings a thought of her childhood for she was abandoned by her parents who were doing very well but had to take her across the country to stay with her grandmother cause people where hunting her dad who was the city mayor and his First Lady her mom , so to protect her them both had to make a difficult decision of sending their only child to her grandmother so shee could be safe , and with that they saved her ,but both of them were killed in a terrible accident that their enemy had planned for them, and with that Rose was told later when she was 15 years old , it had been five years since her parents died yet no one said a word to her .So this was a condition she had since she was a teen and now she fears that he’s not gonna come back.

This went on for four months and with in those months she shut herself from everyone ,he friends,neighbors,community and even didn’t go to the market anymore,since she was a private person people didn’t really like her she was gossiped about often and sometimes even here rumors that she can’t bare a child so her husband left her on a promise that he gonna come back to her ! And that saying really got to her ,she was overthinking, hyperventilating,avoiding friends work and even responsibilities and constantly checking for new letters .

With several emotional distress her immune system began to weaken,making her vulnerable to illnesses,infections and even organ failure over time ,And at that same time Jake had sent several letters and still didn’t have a response so he sent another one asking if she had been good and getting his past letters cause it had been the 7th month since he left , and in his letter were these words,

My dearest Rose I hope you’re doing well these seven months were the longest months of my life for I was far away from you

I miss you every second and even if there is something that comes before a second I miss you , my love.,I hope you’ve been receiving these letters,it’s been a while know and I haven’t seen anything from you ,please reply me with your warm letter .

As Rose read the letter she couldn’t stop feeling more distress ,

At this time,rose had already came down with illness and some of her organs had failed due to her SDA;

Now Rose had no other option but to write one last letter to her love Jake,

My love ;She wrote, I wish I could have been with you more but it seems that I’m not strong enough and I should let you know now that I’m going to die that I have Several Emotional Distress I’ve been diagnosed with it since I was a teen that that allows me to feel distress when someone I love is far from me ,I know it sounds stupid butt it’s true,it’s already the 8th month and I’m mad at myself that she couldn’t control it , I thought that I could drink coffee with you every morning until our last breath ,I thought you could have given me a Rose every now and then,Jake I Love you

As Jake got the letter Rose wote ,he couldn’t help but to be worried very worried that at he finally decided to tell his crew mates that he couldn’t end the sail and they had to go home .

It was a month later that Jake had received that letter from Rose and they decided to start sailing home the very next day .

Because the were so far from home Jake and his crew members spent a whole month on the sea just trying to getting home to his wife that has written an insane letter to him .

As he had battled the wind of storms of the sea to get home once to his love he finally arrived to the port and what he saw he couldn’t believe .

It turns out that rose had died a month earlier and the same time Jakee got her letter and the since she barely talked to anyone,her body spent 5 days in the house before her close door neighbor noticed that she hadn’t even opened the door and went to check on her but than found her lying on the floor and than informed other community dwellers.

Ten years went like days as a young and lovable jake turned into a depressed old man in his 60s

Now Jake was a soul in pain who lives but barely speaks…

He’s waiting infront of this picture of them 10 years ago .

As Jake neighbor’s son stood across the yard ,he expressed his emotions and thought on why Jake had made his life miserable.

And why wasn’t he still moving on in lifeboatut stuck at one bad moment in his life .

The boy’s mother explained to him :

He is not crazy ,he believes in it that’s all ,he sees her everywhere .And he’s always waiting to meet her with a rose in his hand! Apart from her he expects nothing .

To him nothing around makes sense ,and the air is always heavy .

With that absent gaze ,he is often lonely and talks to her;well he’s not crazy ,it’s just mad love that’s all .

As he sees her everywhere ,he’s always waiting for her with a rose in his hand ,cause nothing holds him back in this world .

Everyone knows his wife and him story,and respects him for honoring her even though she’s dead , but some still calls him stupid for not carrying on with his life and marrying again as you said earlier,

you see love can really turn a person mad ………

And now is still the same for him as the time he came home to her deadbody “filled with grief, regret and love .

Not everyone gets to have a happy ending in this life time .
