Year 665, Elmswood Kingdom's Palace

Within the peaceful silence of the Palace corridors, a panic-stricken pair of footsteps disturbs the quiet halls. Princess Ji-eun, her heart pounding in her chest, races through the mindlink, her voice laced with urgency.

Together with her Official Guard Jackson, Ji-eun, her eyes wide with fear, doesn't hesitate to break the door open with her powers, they burst into the nursery, the air thick with the scent of lavender and baby powder, The princess rushes to the cradle, her fingers trembling as she lifts the pink fluffy blanket.

Before Jackson can react, a chilling message cuts through the mindlink, sending a wave of dread through them both.

Mindlink: "Sir! The Second Prince is missing!"

Jackson moves to stand beside the panicking princess, who clutches the pink blanket to her chest. A flash of lightning illuminates the room, momentarily banishing the darkness. Their eyes widen in horror as they see a figure standing by the window, shrouded in a black cloak.

Jackson unsheaths his sword and pointing it at the cloaked figure

The cloaked figure turns, revealing a man with a face hidden beneath the hood. In his arms, he cradles a purple and gold bundle, the 4-month-old princess sleeping soundly.

Jieun begs, her voice breaking, with both hands stretched out to the little princess who is 5 feet away from her.

The cloaked man laughs, a cruel, mocking sound that echoes through the nursery.

He opens the window with a flick of his wrist, a purple light shattering the jalousie into dust. Jackson lunges forward, his sword raised, but the cloaked man throws him back with a wave of his hand, sending him crashing into the wall. The commotion wakes the baby, who begins to cry.

The cloaked man's voice echoes with a chilling intensity, his words laced with a raw, burning anger. Jieun's eyes widen in horror as she realizes the depth of his hatred, the pain that fuels his actions.

Just then, a deafening roar shakes the palace. The ground trembles beneath their feet, and the windows rattle violently. Before Ji-eun can react, the cloaked man leaps out of the window, holding the crying princess in his arms. He disappears into the night, leaving behind a silence that is thick with fear and despair.

Black-cloaked men attacked four hours after the birthday celebration ended...the two-year-old prince, along with the 4-month-old baby princess, were taken. And no one knew what happened to them..

The scene shifts abruptly, from the hushed terror of the palace to the bustling energy of a university classroom. The air is thick with the scent of old books and chalk dust. Students huddle over their desks,

The History Professor, a stern-faced woman with a sharp wit, stands at the front of the classroom, her gaze sweeping over the students. As she closed a thick, leather-bound book, its pages filled with the stories of Theolia's past.

The bell rings, signaling the end of class. The students scramble to gather their belongings, their conversations buzzing with a mix of curiosity and concern.

Hyunjin pouts, remembering how his mother scolded him and threatened to confiscate his new paint set, if he tried to run away like that.

Jeongin and Changbin continue to tease latter when the school alarm blares, sending a wave of panic through the hallway. Students start to panic, and the hallways soon become a chaotic mess, with students almost causing a stampede.

Jeongin grabbed Changbin and Hyunjin's arms as he lead them to an empty classroom, which quickly fills with other students seeking refuge. Thick metal covers slide down over the glass windows, sealing them inside.

Just then, a deafening explosion rocks the building, causing the ground to shake and the hanging lamps to swing violently.

Suddenly a voice spoke behind them..

Minho's smile fades, a shadow of sadness crossing his face

Changbin knows where Minho is getting that from. He sees the flicker of pain in Minho's eyes, the unspoken grief that lurks beneath his playful facade

Changbin's thoughts: 'That's why you didn't attend our history class today, you know what will be discussed, and you don't want to hear it and neither remember it again. You're running away again, Minho'

Changbin's thoughts are cut abruptly short as the metal covers of the windows slowly lift, revealing the horrifying scene outside.

Minho doesn't hesitate. He runs outside, followed by the others. They reach the school ground, where the so-called crater lies between the campus' central buildings..

Minho calls out, his voice firm. The mentioned man turns, his face etched with worry. He bows to the princes, along with the other generals who are checking the area.

Just then, long vines emerge from the ground, wrapping around one of the infiltrators who escapes the royal guards' hold. Changbin uses his powers to drag the rogue down, thick vines binding his arms and legs, preventing him from moving.

Groaning in complaint, Changbin releases the rogue, who is pulled away by the royal guards. He still glares at the other rouges being dragged away while approaching Minho.

Jinyoung hands Minho a ziplock bag containing a dagger and a black cloth with a symbol painted in red

All four boys immediately shift into their wolf forms, and together sped up to the Central Palace.
