Part 1:Here is the 500-word English version of your story:
Love Was Just a Deal
A Deal That Cost a Heart
Rudra was a wealthy businessman who believed love was just a deal—a game played only to win. For him, emotions were just transactions made when necessary.
One day, he met Anaya, a simple girl working at a café. She was different—strong yet kind, independent yet soft-hearted.
One evening, while sitting with his friends at the café, Rudra noticed her.
"She has quite an attitude," his friend Aryan remarked.
Rudra smirked. "She will fall in love with me within a month."
"Wanna bet?" Aryan teased.
"Challenge accepted," Rudra said confidently.
For him, it was just another game to win. But little did he know, this game would soon turn into the biggest lesson of his life.
Love or Obligation?
Rudra started visiting the café daily. Slowly, he began talking to Anaya. At first, she ignored him, but Rudra's charm was undeniable.
One day, Rudra directly asked her, "Would you like to be my secretary?"
Anaya was surprised. "I like working at the café."
"I always get what I want," Rudra replied with a smirk.
Anaya refused at first, but financial struggles at home forced her to accept the offer.
Working with Rudra, she saw a different side of him—he was arrogant yet caring, cold yet protective. Their relationship grew stronger, and unknowingly, Anaya started falling for him.
One rainy night, she asked him, "Why are you so rude to people?"
"Because the world only understands rudeness," he replied.
"And love?" she asked softly.
"Love is just a deal that ends sooner or later," he said.
His words made her heart ache, but she hoped she could change his belief.
When the Truth Broke Her Heart
For Anaya, love was real. For Rudra, it was just a challenge.
One day, Anaya overheard a conversation between Rudra and Aryan.
"I told you! She fell for me in less than a month," Rudra laughed.
"Another girl under your charm, huh?" Aryan smirked.
Anaya froze. The love she believed in was nothing but a game for him.
That night, she stood outside Rudra’s house and said,
"I thought you were different, Rudra. But for you, love is just a deal."
Rudra remained silent.
"If love is just a deal, I’m walking out of this contract."
And she left.
The Biggest Lesson of Love
Months passed. Rudra was no longer the same. He had given up his reckless life. He finally understood that love wasn’t about winning—it was about feeling.
One day, he saw Anaya on TV—she had become a top journalist, fulfilling her dream.
He wanted to meet her but never found the courage.
Instead, he left a letter outside her office:
"Love was never a deal, Anaya… I was just too blind to see its true value. You won."
That day, Anaya looked up at the sky and smiled.
Some deals are not meant to be won, but to be learned from.
