It Was a sunny afternoon. Mike after attending his business meeting he was at the Art gallery of his sister, looking at the art displayed all around.

Jessica was roaming around here and there as she didn't like these social gathering much. She hated it, and wanted this to end sooner.

Richa was roaming around when she saw her brother Mike"hey brother how are you? Looks like

someone made some time for me."

Mike replied "So sister did you just called me to look at these pictures which are of no concerto me? Brother come-on don't be silly... I want you to socialize and know other people other than your assistant " Richa replied"see you around\" So saying Richa went from there. Mike was once again left along. Looking around he spotted a girl. She had black hairs and a curvy figure. He approached her.. without even looking at him she said "hello sir how are you doing?"Mike looked at her and said "Good I think I was looking at you for a long time, why are you looking at the same art so much? She looked at him and said "sir can you tell me what is drawn over here?" Mike said "that isa girl who is sitting in moon light looking at the lighthouse? What do you think about it sir?"She asked. Mike said "I think she is enjoying the moonlight and looking at the sea coz maybe there would be ship coming around due to lighthouse" mike replied swiftly. The girl looked at him and said Hice explanation but for me it is like the girl in her darkest phase is looking over her lighthouse that would guide her from the darkness she wanted to outrun from.... it's time to wrap up and go... so nice to meet your..?" "Mike... lam mike "Mike replied. The girl looked at him and said "nice to meet you mike". After bidding the farewell she went.

Richa was looking at this afar off. She approached Mike and said" bro, you were talking to her? Not the type I see..." mike looked at her and said" I know she is not my type but I like her" he said with a smile.

Richa seeing all this" bro... Look I know your reputation, but spare her. She is my good friend and i don't want you to play with her emotions " Mike gave a hard look and agreed to her but he asked her name. Richa said" look you like her but she is definitely not your one night stand... her name is Jessica and please don't hurt her... at least give up if I say that she is blind"

Mike was shocked at the admission of his sister that the.girl whom he spoke now... was blind.." what was she doing here" he asked " i mean its an art gallery" Richa said" bro the painting you both talked about was made by her"

saying so she left the shocked mike to his owm thoghts..

Mike POV

I was curious after what my sister told me about. Jessica was blind but she knew how to paint, th was hard to digest. I looked at the painting once again and saw the name of the artist. It was written Jessica Williams. I wondered how it was possible.

The next day I called my assistant and told him to dig up about Jessica. He gave me the information that this girl always walk around the central park in evening and her parents died in a car accident when she was six year old, from then on she is living in an orphanage till she finally met Richa and stared to draw. I was thrilled to know that the girl I liked was such a good survivor and have done good than to live in disappointment or depression.

In the evening, I purposely roamed through the central park in hope to see Jessica. She was sitting bench. I approached her before can even say anything she looked and said "hello mike, you are here today... I have never seen you before?"

I was shocked that she noticed that I never came here before, and even before I can say anything she noticed I was here.. "how did you know I was standing here"well since you know I can't see, 1 smelled your cologne, it was faint musk so I knew that it was you" she said smiling. I smiled and asked if I can sit on the beach. She said yes and I sat near her. "So what made you to come here? "She asked me."I like the season and everyone walking round here" I said smiling. I have never visited it maybe this was the reason I never understood why people liked this place so much. I looked at her and smiled why are you staring at me?" "How did you know I am staring at you?" asked puzzled"I can feel you know, I was blind after my mom and dad had accident, I only lost my sight nothing else"

Iwas amazed that a person who has lost her sight was yet so cheerful and never complained."I want to take you for a dinner. Would You come?"Ok, I will come” she said. "Do you have anything that you like the most? Or any dish??" "I eat anything... so it's your choice". Saying this she went. I was happy to hear that she would come with me.. I don't know but I don't want her to be my one night stand but to be someone special to me...

But would she accept me when she hears what deed have done in past.. would she everforgve me and see past my past which caused so much pain to me... My sister tells me I didn't have a choice but i knew had a choice... Can she also look past my past and accept me as I am... I thought while sitting...

exa POV

Yesterday Make asked me whether I wanted to go on a dinner with him... I am very excited for the same By this thought I woke up in the morning. All throughout my breakfast and journey to office! was only thinking about Mike calling me to go with him...I was very happy but was afraid at some pontiff he knew about me what would he say, would he call me a monster or would he have pity towards me..I don't want his sympathy or his pity I wanted something more. what are you thinking Jessica.. I want it to be just a dinner nothing more.. A person like mike would have many girls around his arms..

"Hey Jessica, why are you zoning out today? If you are not well you can have leave today... Rich told me..."

"I'm sorry Richa to worry you; I am ok, just thinking about next art that's all" "hey, don't worry, me as you wing woman I will take care of you”Richa said hugging me... "If I say that I am going on a dinner with your brother, would you be ok????" I asked her "What?? Look I know you Jessica but he is a playboy so I just want to warn you that please don't have any kind of felling towards him please..." Richa said to me with a worried look..."he, don't worry I know what I am doing right... i am having just dinner with him"

At last the time came when have to prepare to go on a date with Mike... i was happy i don't know why I took my favourite dress in the cupboard and wenton to get ready... My phone rangand my phone told me it was Mike... I picked up the call.. "hey, i am downstairs...you ready or want some time?" he asked me... "i'm ready... coming downstairs..." so saying i was excited to meet him.. then i remembered can see him... I was blind... i wanted to cry but i didn't because i knew Mike has seen me as a beautiful woman not as a blind girl...

I came downstairs and got the same cologne that Mike wears..."hey mike" i said... "how did you know it was me" he asked amazed know your cologne so I know I said to him with a smile...

I know he was pleased "shall we go?" he asked and led me to his car....

He took me to a steak restaurant"I would have medium cooked steak "I said.." same as the lady with red wine... that would be ok for you right??" he asked" i am fine..i like red wine" Taking our orders the waiter went...

"so is this the first time you came on a date or am I too late?" he asked jokingly..." tell if you count my failed dates then this is my third date""why what was wrong in previous date?" he asked "well you know after we eat.." I said.. I thought maybe he would also leavr like others did if he know what was going to happen...
