There are many families in this world, who are much more influenced than many and controllers of every movement around their territory.
This world is mixture of ancient and modern world.
There is royal hierarchy but not one king to rule every territory to form a kingdom. However, This two families 'Carxes' and 'Syrax' are golden family of this world. Who holds more power even tho there is no king, one is south while one is in north.
Their words are absolute.
There are 2 Major parts and 4 Sub-major while 7 Minor parts, which concludes this world.
CARXES — Feared in the North and worshiped in whispers, their blood runs not red but like fire through veins of shadow. Forged in chaos, they do not preach peace — they bleed for it. Ruling not by crown but by conquest, they possess the underworld with hands stained crimson and silence deadlier than war cries. Born of a lineage both monstrous and divine, the Carxes are darkness made flesh — and in that darkness, they bring a ruthless, eternal order.
SYRAX — Cold as the northern wind and sharp as the edge of a silent deal, the Syrax rule not through blood, but through brilliance. Masters of mind over muscle, they build empires in silence and crush rivals with contracts, not blades. Feared for their intellect and revered for their success, they control the pulse of northern commerce like unseen kings. Where Carxes bleeds for order, Syrax calculates it — precise, patient, and always ten steps ahead.
Both are only the family name registered as 'Dukedom', Both are opposite Syrax is Sunshine while Carxes are Darkness.
The Castle was in outburst as the family was celebrating 25th birthday of their youngest child - Aemond Syrax.

Both families went to the Castle.
Yes, they met each other after many years more like 17 Years together without any burden of work just as casual friends.
There constant work in their respective fields were enough to make them busy but they used to meet frequently not at anyone house but councils.
Moreover they were busy because of revolution of Carxes and Syrax family against King.
Yes, there was a king around 100 years before today, but he was tyrant so was his corrupted family.
They were Chatting and Happily recalling their teenage.

Aemond do not know much about Raymond as he is older than him same age as Alicent and they have been good friends since childhood.
Aem do not encounter Ray much due his choice of choosing life as doctor. He lived away from family due to his studies.
They went on to celebrate the feast inside the Castle hall. Cut the cake, made wishes, danced, drunked and rolled.
Everyone packed themselves in their room after the exhausting celebration. The celebration was also huge as Aemond finally returned home to work from there only.

They slept in their room after sometimes with something important in their mind to be discussed tomorrow.

Aemond went for his work in the hospital, his parents own and gave it to him.

There was something going in the air, the happiness of the Carxes and Syrax.
