I was made to wear a suit. Like seriously?! I was in my house on a Sunday morning waiting for our dear guest. We didnt even know when our dear guest will come. URGH!!!! I FUCKING WANNA SLEEP!!!!! I was pissed like how I wish to crawl back to my bed. But No! Here I am waiting for that person since eternity!

The door bell rang as the maid went to open the door. I could hear footsteps down the hallway coming towards the living room.

And there she was. Carle D' Rosario, the only heir of D.R Group. The most eligible bachelor in town. Most men (even women) had eyes on her and wanted to marry her.

And why not? She was intimidating, rich, beautiful, strong and had a whole different aura around her. She made people fall for her persona! To be pretty honest I do think I have a crush on her. Well you know, she is beautiful AF and who doesn't have a crush on HER?

She became the CEO of D.R Group when she was twenty and from then one she had made it the Number One company in the country. She looked stunning. She was wearing a formal woman suit and the overcoat hung on her shoulders. She looked extremely professional as if she could make a conference then and there. She looked so...oh I am at loss of words to describe her. She looked so glam that she could run a cat walk at that time!

My parents stood up and greeted her.

She greeted and opening her overcoat sat down on the single couch. I was opposite of her. She made a quick glance at me and them looked at my parents.

Carle...the name alone is so mesmerizing let alone her. I tried to speculate her without being obvious. She had beautiful hair. Golden brown in colour which was curled. Her hair was open and a few strands were playing around. Her eyes...enchanting. They were big and full. She had a toned nose and her lips were full. She beared no expression but she looked stunning nonetheless.

My dad went to say something but Carle pointed her hand and he stopped. I hadn't notice that a man in black suit was beside her with some files. The man(I guess he is the manager/ butler) handed over a file to my parents. My dad started reading it and as he progressed the pages, his expression changed to shock.

My father looked at me. I guess he could see the confusion on my face.

Carle said with a very serious face looking at my eyes or should I say glaring at me!

I mocked. I couldn't believe she wanted to marry me? Me? She was ten time better than me and deserved better men then why me? I couldn't help wonder.

my father wanted to say something but Miss Carle stood up and walked straight out of my house without even turning back leaving behind a puzzled me!

I kept wondering. Look basically I and she are no match like literally!! Although my dad is a big businessman we are nothing compared to D.R. Group! And me? I am literally the black sheep of the family. My elder sister Carolina is the CEO of our Company and why not? She is extremely eligible and the CEO I could never be.

Although that doesn't sadden me. I knew my sister is much much much more capable than I am. She is a top Graduate from the University of Finance. She made my parents proud AF. While I also studied in the University of Finance, my results were nowhere near her. She was confident and strict. She was the rightful heir of our Family. My parents and sister loves me very much but i always knew that sister is their favourite and she is worth looking up to! I am merely a manager in our company. I am not strict or competitive. I love to stay low-key. I basically am an introvert! And when it comes to Carle, don't even let me get started! She is everything I will never ever be! She is strong, independent, business genies, cold, icy, dominating and BEAUTIFUL!! I am the most average looking person ever. I don't even consider myself good looking or even ok looking. And I feel because of it no one ever dated me. Yes! I never ever had a girlfriend and btw no! Never did girls fight for me even when I am wealthy! Then I guess I really must be ugly!!

My sister had come back from the office  and we were all sitting in our living room. Yes nowadays she works even on Sundays. Recently our company is facing some problems regarding stocks and the sales, so our production rate has also dropped. We need some support or collab so as to get back again.

That's why my father asked for help from the D.R. Group, as even before they had helped us during crisis. But this time Carle being the CEO had made such a condition!

Father gave a frustrated look

I couldn't answer

My sister said for me. She is literally the best sister ever. I looked up to her with admiration and she gave me a small smile.

My father shot back at my sister. Now she didn't reply. It was true, we really needed help. She looked down.

My mother tried to make him understand. I love her for doing that for me.

He looked defeated

I suddenly said, which made everyone look at me

I said strongly. I don't know what I was thinking but I could no longer be a burden to my family. My dad and sister had done enough and now it was my turn to repay them and if it means that I have to marry Carle, so be it!

And I particularly had no problem with it! If I could have a girl like Carle, who would ask for more? But my only concern was that she would break off the marriage anytime and then I will be heart broken. I didn't wanted her to have regrets after marrying me...

Since I was going to sign the file and be married to Carle, I thought that it's better for me to send the file to her myself. But before signing the contract,  I had to aske her a few questions. So I made my way to D.R. Group. It was situated in the main square of the city and it was huge.

I was awestruck at how big it actually was and also that I am going to marry the owner of this gigantica. I went inside to the reception.

I said a bit nervous. I haven't had made an appointment beforehand.

The receptionist made a call and told me to wait in the waiting area. I walked to the waiting area and sat down. I was the only one there. After about a minute or two, a man camed up to me.

He said shaking my hand. I followed him, he took me to the elevator and we went up, soon the door opened and we came to the hallway.

We walked down the elaborate hallway.  I looked around.

The hallway was so long. It took us some time before we reached the door. The Door.

The door was carved in golden and it looked majestic. Mr. Henry slightly opened the door and asked me to go inside. I took a deep breath and went inside the room. The CEO's office.

There she was sitting on her chair/golden throne, with a bunch of papers and files on the table. I was breathing fast and my heart pounded. She looked stunning. I stood like a statue staring at her angelic figure. She looked at me realizing my presence and stared back at my eyes.

Realization hit me and took my small steps and sat down in the chair opposite her. I was facing her and she looked even more enchanting from up close...

I said like a whisper

She just nodded. Some moments passed in awkwardness. She finally looked up at me. Her eyes brown and hypnotic.

I already felt dizzy by her beauty!

She slightly tilted her head

Heart was going to burst!

I took deep breaths to keep myself sane

I stammered

I passed her the file and she checked the last page where I should have signed

She looked at me, eyebrows furrowed

I said nervously

She sat back at her chair and folded her arms and looked at me questioning.

My heart skipped beats as she waited for me to speak up. I finally had enough courage to speak.

She said coldly

I looked down

I whispered and looked up at her eyes that were searching something in mine.

She smirked

My heart bombarded. The heart was beating so badly at my chest that it physically pained!

She suggested. She rested her chin on her right palm and looked at me trying to read me. That gesture made me blush. She is freaking tempting!! And trust me it's hard to stop myself from kissing her!

I said trying to act strong, which made her smirk. She was making my heart act like crazy. I fear I will get heart disease like this!

She sat up and rang a bell, to which a lady walked in. Carle handed her the file and told her to modify it. She went out and she went back to the papers, that were before her and I sat there, an awkward silence hanging.

...

Soon that lady came back with the file and she handed it to me. I wanted to read it but with the awkwardness I just signed it.

I looked up at her. She was still in those papers...

I mistakenly called out. Her name was so beautiful just like her!

She looked up from those paper and looked at me. I didn't knew what to say.

I said in a hurry and was going to stand up

She opened a drawer, and took out a wrapped up box, and passed it to me.

I took it while she took the file. Before opening it I looked at her again. I didn't knew, if I should open it.

I opened the wrapping to find a box, turquoise coloured. I opened it further and what I saw made me dead.
